I went in for a quick tire rotation and i was out in 20 minutes! It was the best customer service ive gotten , ever! They were so friendly too especially since I have no clue about this stuff!

They mounted & balanced my tires within 30 minutes or so. The wheel alignment took 4 more hours but that was my fault for going in so late. Going home, the ride was quite rough. Come to find out, my tires had been over inflated. They should have been set at 35 but instead they were set at 40, 45, 47 & 50. I recommend they teach their staff how to use a tire guage & how to read a door jam to see what the tire inflation specs are. They would have received 5 stars had the been more attentive to this detail.

Everyone was nice, polite, very helpful. . .fixing a problem I knew was there but everywhere else I had for work done on my car this was the only place that pointed out the problem an offered a fix that is in my budget . This is now my go-to place!!!

Besides the 1.5 hr wait, was worth it seeing them put on new tires then balance them before putting them back on.... then they actually bagged the good used tires before loading

I worked in the tire service for nearly 10 years. So i do have the experience and knowledge of how to work with every single tire that came before me. I know the amount of time it takes to do a tire repair and mounting back onto the vehicle. And yet, i nearly had to wait for almost 2 hours for them to do nothing on my vehicle. Nothing. I waited patiently and tried to give the guys a chance. But nothing. I under stand that there was costumers that was ahead of me for their tires to be serviced but being in the field for as long as i have. It doesnt take 2 hrs to do a simple job. I had to leave and go elsewhere because i had an appointment in Farmington. Shaffers Tire did the job right away when i got there.

I had bought 2 tires from them. I did say to make sure the inner rims were cleaned prior to balancing. After they finished, I found they did not clean the inner rims and they did the balance anyway. I did talk to them about that and they wanted me to wait another 2 hrs for re-balance. Just dont make sense. Make sure to check their work. Also, I had a flat tire, it was late. I found they were still open. I did call with about 25 minutes to close to see if they can assist me. They did say to come in and so I showed up and they they said they were closing. This was with 18 min left. I did tell the guy up front that I did call and the individual I talked to said to come on in. No longer a customer.

Not going there again.... Wheel alignment was supposed to take 2 to 3 hours. I went back 4 hours later and my car was still not moved. Nothing done....

Pep Boys said they were “too busy” to get a tire changed today. A quick look in their bays said that was BS.Point S was 2x as busy, worked us in immediately, and had us in and out in 20 minutes.Highly recommend.

Today my dad went there for alignment for his truck and waited over an hour and when they gave the truck back to him it was still the same. My mom took her car in there also another time and was supposed to fix her brakes and when they gave it back to her nothing was fixed. That place is ripping off elderly and who knows who else.

Make sure to make an appointment if you want something done. I waited almost 3 hours to get my tires and my oil changed. I now have a weird sound coming from my front drivers side tire never had that problem before I went there.

Bad....I went there 3 months ago. They told me $950 for wheel alignment...because I needed parts.I told them ...no thank you...I took there list of parts and changed them.I went back today....And guess what...They said the same thing...$875...I almost started laughing ...thats when I told them I took there list from the last time and replaced the parts ...they wrote down....There answer they told me was I bought defective parts. Thats when laughed...ball joints upper and lower...are defective...tired rod ends inner and outer are defective...they said yes...It is sad ...they flat out lie to the public

We had a tire go bad on our truck with custom rims. Happened as the city was shutdown for Covid virus. We were allowed in as we were healthcare workers. They got us right in the shop. Fixed the tire on that rim with no problem. The fee they charged was very reasonable. We were so happy with the service we left the staff with some extra beer money. Other shops in town would not even look at our truck(Loves).

TERRIBLE Service I have ever experienced.!!! Took them 4 hours to do a SIMPLE oil change. I was told 2 hrs at the least but didnt happen. So upset. Wasted my time and money for service I couldve gotten done any where else for half the price and less than 1hour.

Back in 5/3/18 my mother inlaw was ripped off here. 2 hubs at $433 a piece, 2 shocks at $99 each and $60/hr labor. Be careful if your on a fixed income. Take a family member to interpret. We all chipped in to pay the outrageous 2 grand plus bill, so its all done.Price the parts yourself, the hubs sold to my mother inlaw retail under $100. The shocks retail $45. You do the inflation math. Steer clear, they will rip you off. I do not recommend at all.

Found a new place to get tires fixed. They do a good job. Worth the wait, so far..

My first time experience with them was on a rainy day and I needed two new rims and they were the only one who had it in stock. I had to travel back to phx the next day. I was thankful they had the rims and one tire I needed but, they after I paid for what I wanted done, my brother (a mechanic) pointed out that they charged me an extra tire that I never received and it wasnt the brand that was on the invoice. I called back the very next day and demanded they help me out, but they said they couldnt do anything over the phone and that I need to bring it in. Keep in mind Im living In phx and my car is in no shape for long distance travel. Not only did they charge me an extra tire they also charged me for balancing 2 times a total of 4 balances. I asked over the phone to explain to why you did 4 balancing when they were only working on the 2 front tires and never touched my back tires. He refused to work with me and explain any further. He kept repeating I cant help you over the phone and this was the manager. He wouldnt give me any explanation for any questions after he realized that I wanted my refund. They did everything I asked them to do but charged me extra which is wrong to do to their own people. I honestly was thankful for their help at the time and now they disgust me. Always check your receipt after paying and have them show you what they worked on your car. Im very thankful for my brother who caught that mistake.

These guys were great and fast. On the way back from a road trip from Colorado to California the tire on my pop up camper blew out. I put on the spare and made it to Gallup. I saw a highway sign on I-40 for American Tire Factory so I headed straight there once I got into town. They were super nice, had the tires I needed, and had me out the door in less than an hour. They come highly recommended.

Was on the last leg of our cross country trip from Michigan to Arizona and noticed a nail in the tire. After going to a local competitor and being told to unhook the camper and then told it would be a 2 hour wait, I called point s American tire. They told me to bring the truck and camper right over. They directed me to a side drive over the phone and fixed it immediately. The gentleman pulled the screw out of the tire, showed it to me, and said he wanted to check to make sire it didnt go through the side wall. He brought the tire back and explained that it hadnt hurt the wall of the tire. I appreciate the honesty and the rush. Truly an American comapny.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I’ll begin by saying their “done right the first time...guaranteed” is completely false. We dropped off two trailer tires with rims for new tires. When we returned an hour later, their employee gave our trailer rims and tires to a completely different customer. Management tried to fix the mistake and made another by giving us the wrong size rim. The 2nd mistake was not noticed until we traveled over an hour home. When we drove back, management refuse to take responsibility for their employees or himself. He offered no apology and insisted he did nothing wrong. This was by far the worse customer service we received.A week later we returned to pick up our original rims and old tires and they refused to give it back to us.My best advice is to avoid the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Installed wrong size tire and wouldnt exchange it. Told me it was my fault for not checking. Three tires were correct size, fourth tire was smaller.

Had to wait over 2 hrs for flat repair. Buying tires, then its a fast service.

To answer Desiree........... Yes a mistake was made. But the rest of the review is a total fabrication. Mr. and Ms. Jones never paid for anything at our store. One of our employees put the wheel & tire in the wrong pick up. When we discovered the mistake, Mr. Jones was asked what size the wheel was. Based on the information Mr. Jones provided, every effort was made to rectify the situation by giving the Jones a new trailer wheel & tire with an estimated value of $150.00. That same day Mr. Jones brought the new wheel & tire back to the store and claimed it didnt fit. He was given another wheel & tire presumed to be the correct one. The store called the customer to whom Mr. Jones wheel & tire was mistakenly given and she graciously allowed one of our employees to pick it up and bring it back to the store all the way from Zuni, New Mexico. We then called Mr. Jones and told him the wheel & tire was here and if he would bring back the new wheel & tire we had given him, at no charge, we would like to return the original wheel & tire to him. He replied NO, THIS IS MINE NOW. We have not seen or heard from the Jones since. Our Store Manager acted in good faith, but, Mr. Jones actions were dishonest, to say the least. We still have the original tire & wheel in our possession. It seems that there is a simple solution to this whole mess. The Jones should just bring the new wheel & tire back to the store and exchange it for the one that actually belongs to them. We are sincerely sorry for the mix up and hope that (either way) the Jones are happy.

I was visiting Colorado on my way back to California when I stopped for gas in Gallup and noticed one of the the brand new Cooper tires I purchased less than 500 miles ago had a split in the side wall. Now I know for certain this split did not exist before I embarked on my trip (because I inspected them all) and I didnt run over anything but the staff at this establishment determined it was damaged by me and was not covered under the manufacturers warranty though they would sell me a new one for 229.00. I elected to mount my spare and continue my trip. Once arriving home I contacted a local Cooper distributor and upon inspection quickly determined it was a defective tire and replaced it for free.

Floyd and his boys are the best! I dont know what these other people are talking about, we had fast great service. Highly recommended.

Dont get your tires here! I bought four brand new tires and later found out that a tire cap was missing and I had to go back the next day. They had it and the hub cap was broken. They didnt even try to replace it or have the balls to tell me they broke it yesterday. And the manager was like you can replace it, its only plastic.

I bought four tires from this place. A week later i started getting a flat in the passenger front. I took my vehicle back to have them fix the tire. They said there was nothing wrong with it. Drove it around some more and was still geting a flat tire. Its been like that since June. Been airing my tire up every morning. Til today, took it to another tire shop and they said my front tire had a bent rim and the back tire had a nail in it, thank you schaffer tiresfor fixing my tire

Went in there for three total replacements and only one of the three was done got me waiting 4 hours. disappointed

I hey my car done here only. Its good for basic mechanical work i.e tires, engine maitnace, and other professional repairs.

Just for a simple oil change, l waited 3 hours. I think you need to change your waiting timeframe on your website to 3-4 for an oil change. This is so ridiculous. Needs major improvements. Too many employees standing around. Need shuddle bus to drive customers to/from destination (locally). SERIOUSLY!!

Cant say enough about this great crew. My back inner dually tire blew out on my motor home while passing through Gallup. The next day I went to Wal-Mart tire services, that was a bust. Called 3 different tire svc before contacting Point S, who told me to bring it right over. The guys ended up changing all four tires because they stated there were some bad splits in the tread, but the front tires were good. Great svc, great price, honest, and personable. I also had to see them again on the way back from my trip because I ran over tire tread late at night out of OKC. Couldnt get any help from any repair shop in the area, to include Camping World. Point S took care of me as soon as I pulled in to Gallup. I cant thank these guys enough. Highly recommend them.
