I had my oil change done for a trip to Albuquerque. Oil change was quick and they took the time what was require...and what my truck needed to be changed..they did some top ups on my truck..washer fluid tire check ..was satisfied with their job..thank you jiffy lube ..keep up the good work

There is about 2 or 3 Technicians standing around, while others are working & they arent able to clean your headlights, put the sticker on the windshield for your next service. They wont take any coupons, but on the cash register is a sign about coupons needing to be physically handed to them. When asked about it, the clerk stated its only for other businesses. I didnt get a receipt for my transaction just the invoice. Bad customer service. The clerk needs to have better customer service.

Fast service great staff but watch out on 1st of the month everybody wants an oil change.

Oil change was $$$$ Ill go somewhere else next time.

Very popular had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Attendant that checked us in was helpful and he gave us confidence in his knowledge of services for our truck. Pricey, but we highly consider going back to get other services advertised to our truck.

The service I needed took over 2 hours but it was more than an oil change. The regular oil change service seemed to be pretty quick. The waiting area was pretty uncomfortably hot. I dont think the ac was working which in 93 degree heat was a definite downside.

Went to get a courtesy “TOP OFF”, they didn’t perform how I wanted them to. Because I thought a “top off” was to top off my fluids. Like my window wiper fluid lights are still on. Plus my tire pressure was not inspected.

I just had my oil changed a few weeks ago, not even a month and my change oil soon indicator just came on. So Im not sure what happened. And the wait was ridiculously long. Even with as many employees there, my wait was about an hour and a half. I recently changed out my cab filter myself but was told by the man who serviced our car that I needed a new one.

They are fast and friendly they truly earn their name jiffy lube because they get your vehicle done in a jiffy & in Flagstaff, AZ a oil change is $65.00 & in Gallup, NM $45.00 & they have will reset your computer that notifies you that you need something done on your vehicle jus remind them to do that because they forgot to do mine...But other than that I got my vehicle done in a jiffy!!!...

Ive had excellent service at Jiffy Lube in Albuquerque.Service: okayCustomer care: not good.They provide the basic service and in other Jiffy Lubes youll get more for your money. Here they wont offer carpet cleaning, window wash, or coupons for the future services. They dont seem to care to get customers back.In addition they forgot to change the meter for my oil change.I would rather drive 2 hours for better service than get a poor service closer to me.

This place is fast and friendly, but services are overpriced compared to other locations. They also tried to get me to want a ton of services that werent all that crucial. They did a good job of vacuuming my vehicle and the services they performed. No wait when I got there either.

I would say the customer service was good but I left the store thinking I did good for my car but no!.. I noticed after the store was closed that they never put a new air filter in or at least a filter!... So now I have to purchase another air filter.. Lets hope they give me my money back.

Just lost my confidence in service. Not able to change light bulb this time around. Waited almost 2 hours to be told they will need to remove the bumper to change the bulb...$95. 😲

The service on my car was good the service inside wasent friendly, the lady Char had a nasty ass attitude twds customers. Over all the place is good, she just needs an attitude adjustment..

Took my car in for oil change. Then later found out that they stole my items from my car. Sog knife and prescription sun glasses. Never going to another jiffy lube again.

Over priced, last visit was not great. Spouse overheard working cussing me out not knowing she was in vehicle and heard him. Worker didnt even apologize.

Be aware of shady practices of this place. My mom took her car to get an oil change. The place loosen the clamp from the airbox to the engine when she was driving the car the pipe came off and the car would not run. I think this place was trying to get her back in and charger her to fix the problem.

I am satisfied with the service here because staff are always busy and friendly, I appreciate the free popcorn, coffee and slushy and I always try to use my coupon booklet for great deals and services.

This place is the worst jiffy lube Ive been to ever!!they have no idea whats going on they literally took my SUV rougeapart for an oil change and broke the pins that hold cover plate. just gave me my bottom plate back and said sorry we didnt know how to take it apart but here you go had find a dealer ship near to get it fix.

Went to get my oil change today. Had my printed out coupon but was told that sometimes it wont be accepted, due the bar code not being read. I guess thats how they get you to pay the full price.
