The man who came to my apartment was very helpful! He was friendly, understanding, and answered all my questions. He was patient with my concerns. Hoping the chemicals he used will get rid of the fruit flies and cockroaches that have been running my apt!

Their service technician treated more than just pests. Treated himself to the alcohol in my refrigerator too. Not to mention he only sprayed two rooms instead of all the ones requested. Id like to also note that I have beer and rum, yet this fella still stole the seltzers. Stealing, poor work ethic, AND prefers seltzers. Get better technicians.

After using several do it yourself products and a different pest control person, Gator pest got rid of all the roaches in ONE treatment. I had used another company that was charging me monthly and I was still seeing many roaches, after 3 months, I called Gator Pest Control. Gator charged me less then the other company and their treatment lasted 2 years. I will never use anyone else again or diy products.

The bug was so small that he wasn’t able to identify it on the spot so he went straight to the UF department of Entemology to get an answer. He returned quickly with a course of action.
