Been using Arrow for over 6 years and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. My service tech, Ricky is one of the nicest people youll ever meet. Hes quite knowledgeable when it comes to detecting insects and never complains if he had to do a callback (ive had 2 callbacks in 6 years)... thats great!

Arrow is always on time and in addition, communicate prior to their arrival. The technician is very professional and sense we have had Arrow we do not have any bugs in our house, no fire ants in the yard and keep watch of the termites. In addition, the technician always takes the time to answer questions or address our concerns. It is an outstanding company.

Quarterly pest control. They also do our annual termite. Would recommend.

Have service and notice my cats show no signs of fleas. Ricky also brushes under all the eaves when he treats removing and wasp, mud dauber, etc. nests. I do not get the inside treated because of covid and my allergies and the only things I ever see inside are what the cats bring in, like lizards and baby snakes,

Arrow Exterminators is the best pest control place Ive ever used. They make it very easy to schedule an appointment that suits my convenience. Their representative is always polite, friendly, and professional. He does his job efficiently and thoroughly. The product they use is safe for my cat and completely odorless. If I have any problem in between service calls they are prompt to respond.

Excellent, professional service. They are consistently on time (both with schedule and with time of day). When spraying for pests inside the house, they also treat the garage and the outside of the house, reducing the number of caterpillars that crawl up to nest under the eaves.Termite inspections - they will add traps to the perimeter of the house when activity is noted to older traps.

Great company to use for any of your exterminating needs. Set a date & time without any issues, even called them back for a separate situation and had a quick turn around on fixing the new found issue.

Weve been a customer of Lewis Cobb for nearly 20 years. Never had a problem until now. House is full of bugs 2 months before annual service is due and a technician cannot be scheduled when we are available. Lewis Cobb previously provided excellent customer service and always willing to accommodate their clients. Now that Arrow has taken over...Not so much. We will not be renewing our service this August.

We use Arrow Exterminators for all our lawn care. They have been responsive to any questions or problems we have. We use them for lawn care (weed and feed), mosquito problems, pest control, ant control and termite protections. We are very satisfied with their service and communication. When we have any questions, they come right out to help and if we have any problems, the service we need is sent out again, even if the call if before the next service. We are very satisfied with them and will continue to use them for all pest and lawn care.

Service man listens and is courteous, which is important when letting someone into your home. We have had good success with them.

HORRIBLE and unprofessional customer services in their local call center and management staff! Individuals in this location do not care about their customer since after following up on my appointment they proceeded to rush me out of the phone by stating that the inspection is a free services as AKA dont have time to clear up my questions. DUH! It is a free services to build your customer base and promote your company! This person was not customer friendly at all and after brushing me off the phone by telling it is a free services hung up the phone on me. Tip to owner: Evaluate customer services staff and take off the phones the people that lack soft skills since it just cost you a new customer and a negative review....Competitor Massey was very happy in providing an excellent customer services.

Ive had excellent service with Arrow Pest Control. I first heard about them on the Skys Bob Rose radio show. I called them up and my tech Tim has provided great fast, friendly and through service ever since. I have no pest issues and the prices are are right.

This might need an update later but so far I spent $225 to have someone spray for roaches iIhave roaches first time did absolutely nothing was supposed to have someone out today and they didnt show apparently they called out would have been nice to being as I have things to do rather than wait on someone who isnt coming on my day off the only reason for the two stars is that the receptionist Nina is very polite and at this point the only reason Im not ripping my hair out i make minimum wage and would just like for my home to be bug free!!

Horrible customer service. Unfriendly and rude staff. I called about an unknown policy from previous owner. They sent us the bill without contact us . The lady from office told me that she can cancel the policy if i was ok with poor service, since I have another company providing us termite service. She never offer an explanation why they are better and she hang up the phone on me.

Chet came to my log home and did a free evaluation of what I thought would result in getting my home tented. He actually went out of his way to a specialist from UF to identify the unusually large bugs eating through my counters. He was honest about the problem and gave options on treatment. I had one local company say that full blown tenting my home was necessary and it would cost thousands $$$.Thanks Chet!

I’m choosing to follow the rules of the road and the arrow truck attempts a u turn to cut me off and chooses to honk angrily at me?

At first Arrow Pest Control might seem like they care about you as a consumer, but make no mistake- THEY DO NOT. I have been an Arrow Customer for over a year and a half, and I have received a wide variety of their services: indoor/outdoor, yard pest, termite services, etc, without ever missing a single payment or scheduled appointment. One would assume that at the bare minimum I would have been treated kindly and fairly by a business that supposedly prides itself on customer first service. That was absolutely not the case. In the beginning, they would call prior to their arrival (per our instructions), to ensure that they could gain access to our house . A few months later, we began receiving invoices at our doorstep without anyone having even setting foot inside our house for our INDOOR pest service, forcing us to have to call and request that return to finish the job that we had paid them to do. We knew they hadnt been inside because they just stopped calling. They had simply begun to skip a portion of the services that we pay for, with no explanation or notice. The yard would be treated during bad weather, lacking any sort of thoroughness, method, or care. I continued to have issues with chinch bugs even after months of service, a clear indication of the ineffective job that had been done. And all the while, the invoice slips kept coming as the level of service deteriorated. I spoke to Arrow and they were not only unsympathetic to my situation,  they actually seemed annoyed by my requests. I made the easy decision to move my pest control services elsewhere- and our attempt to discontinue our services with Arrow is where our experience went from bad to worse.To begin with, if you wish to cancel your services, you are required to do so personally with a manager, who as you might guess by now is nearly *impossible* to reach by phone. How convenient! The first four attempts I made to contact this person were met with messages given to him to call me back.After finally reaching a manager, I told him I wanted to cancel all services, and upon hearing the reason for my call, the initial faked politeness in his voice was immediately replaced by one of pure apathy and indignation. He begrudgingly told us they would cancel our services, but that we would be still under termite contract until May. (Keep in mind still a customer of Arrow) I rightfully requested a copy of my termite contract for future services elsewhere and for my personal records, and I was given the same run around by the office staff. They outright lied to me about sending a copy of my contract “later today” on three separate occasions, and after another two weeks and no sign of this document, I stopped by the office in person, and was told that they had “lost the paperwork” and would send it the next day. Fast forward another entire week without receiving anything, and I called and asked to speak to the Branch Manager. I was assured that he would personally take care of the situation, and that I would recieve a letter on Arrow letterhead with my info emailed promptly.Weve still not received this document, and to make matters worse, we discovered that due to a bookkeeping error on their part when filling out our paperwork initially, our name was never associated with our physical address and the property that they had been paid to treat. Whether out of spite, or just a general lack of customer focus, they have now refused to send us a copy with our names on it.If youre noticing a pattern of promised service followed by inaction, lies, and sheer laziness, its because thats how Arrow Pest Control operates. Theres no personal attention, theyre completely apathetic about the quality of service they offer, and theres no way to guarantee or trust that you are even getting the services your paying them for. Weve switched over to a LOCAL company who actually realizes that longevity and success as a business depends on the satisfaction of its customers, and I wish I would have found them before we signed up with Arrow. Please dont make the same mistake.

If I could give less than a 1 star then I would. When my house was built it came with the arrow exterminator plan. I did not want to renew my contract and the lady on the phone kept arguing with me when I clearly told her that I dont want it any more. Not only did she keep arguing with me, but she then hung up on me.

Called to get information on termite policies. Unable to do anything but make an appointment. WHY would ANYONE waste their time, take vacation time off work etc. to meet with a salesperson without ANY details? NO THANKS! Receptionist was curt and unprofessional, so you could expect the same from the rest of the staff, I presume.
