In december we started using massey. Now we are into may and still have bugs. They did make a small inprovement. I was doing the same with home defense from lowes. We have called several times to compalin. Now mind u we have replaced kitchen cabinets all new appliances totaly gutted bathroom got all new containers for sugar flour ceral etc. Still have bugs . finaly called and said just dont bother anymore. Lady says o but ur due friday for service . i say for free cuz i still have bugs every couple months ur taking a payment she says yes ur due for next quarter . i reply with do not take another penny im done paying yall for nothing. So again they have manager guy call us says he will come Thursday and look around put some differnt bait well go from there. My bf tells him if yall doing a free spray ill be home . we are still cancelling almost 6 months and bugs we are not happy dont not take next quarter from my bank because we are just not happy with ur service. U guessed it next morning notice from my bank. They manually tryed to take the payment out my bank . nope i have shadey ppl protection nothing is taken from my bank account and i mean nothing without me preapproving it to comeout. So massey shows up Thursday to gate closed told u we was done and u still tryed to get money from me so . massey is no longer welcomed on my property and def deserves this reveiew. I already have another local company 60 bucks cheaper on start up and they come weekly no extra charge until bugs are gone and spray whole house wen they spray bonus 25 buck cheaper qaurtly also. So dont let massey fool u with satisfied or ur money back.sad part i dont want money back discounted or free service i want these bugs all gone but they failed miserably to make that happen. Our tech chris was very nice pleasant and respectful so nothing against him he just uses what his company gives him . to use

Rick comes regularly for preventative treatments. He is very dependable, friendly and considerate.

Terrible customer service. Failed to show up for their appointment then texted me the next day to reschedule. Didnt even say a sorry. Will never use them again.

I signed a contract with this company for both pest control and lawn care. However, I have never seen this much roaches in my house compared to when I did not have any pest control. Also, I have two large yards and when the serviceman came today to do services for my two lawns, I just saw that he was gone in less than 10 minutes (my ring camera caught him leaving right after). Then, they sent me a long list of services that he supposedly did today. Please tell me how someone do so many services in such a short amount of time? If I could give negative stars, I would.

They have owed me a refund check for over four months. I have called six times regarding this issue with no satisfaction.

The representative who came to deliver the guarantee, Jose, was so thorough. He answered all my questions and was very patient. He is an example of excellent customer service. Too bad all businesses dont have employees like him.

Not the best as far as call back and customer support

When we moved into our newly built home in Gainesville, it was a no brainer to contract with Massey to service our newly laid St. Augustine grass. We had used their services in our former home in Ocala for years and were very pleased. However, recently had to fire them as they killed a portion of our lawn and told us the only way to fix it is for us to replace it. We paid them to maintain and nurture our lawn, not kill it. Very disappointed!

Massey Services is the top pest control company in Alachua County, hands down. Anytime I have issues in my house or yard, they are there the next day. They are cordial, a pleasure to speak to, and always have great respect for your home when entering the premises. They know their stuff too and never try to price gauge you. It helps that my wife loves them too.

Massey does the services for my very old, all wooden apartment complex that is basically the hipster ghetto (aka sometimes not the cleanest people in surrounding apartments). After the hurricane this year, pipes had burst and the roof had to be replaced simultaneously, and I had a HORRIBLE German roach infestation. My guy was out here not even 12 hours after my after hours phone call, and spent about an hour in my tiny apartment, explaining EVERYTHING about the roaches, their habits, the cycle. They have (4 I believe) full time entymologists on staff, and the pest control employees have constant ongoing training about new products, etc.. Since the complex pays for the service, there was no extra charge even though so much extra time was spent AND it was on a weekend; I finally feel ok being in my apartment again. Thanks so much guys!

I thought that I had an infestation and was desperate for somebody to provide me with assistance. I called this pest control company and not only did they put my worries to rest, but they didnt charge me or even need to come by my house. I so sincerely appreciated his expertise and telling me that the cockroaches I had seen were more than likely coming from outside. Thanks again!

Staff and overall concept is terrible. just show up unannounced spend 5 min and leave and bill me top dollar. banging on my door Sunday mornings and New Years day. if i could give them 0 stars i would. stay away from this company
