THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SALON EVER. This is my third try giving this salon a chance. The first was my nails which were HORRIBLE, the second was eyebrows which was left with hair still everywhere, and today was my feet which is still HORRIBLE! They were all different ladies and it was dumb of me to think that each experience would have been better. I live 5 minutes away and other salons were booked so I had to settle for this one because I leave town tomorrow. They started out by pressuring me to buy the highest priced pedicure and after I said “no thanks” 4 times, she finally stopped pressuring me. Then, she was taking off my old gel polish (because I get my toes done every 3 weeks) and she kept tearing up the skin around my toes with the nail drill! Then, the gel polish was bumpy and sloppily done! I felt like she was in a rush to finish the whole time!!!! I take medicine which causes sensitive areas of my body to peel, so my feet normally flake, that’s why I get my feet done every 3 weeks!!! Other nail salons never leave me with the same way I come in, but this one did! She didn’t even try to scrub what she could off. I was with a friend who purchased the same service and they got way better treatment than me - my lady didn’t even massage me at the end like the other did to my friend. She just put oil on my legs and used the hot stones for 3 minutes… we paid for the 40 minute service and we were only in there for 22 minutes! 50 dollars later and no change except for horribly done gel polish…. I am highly disappointed and WILL NEVER COME BACK. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen and I literally never complain about anything because I’m a very understanding person and easy to please, but this is ridiculous!!!

Quality service you don’t get anywhere else. Not only that, but it’s very decently priced as well!! Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. Unlike everywhere else, you feel welcomed here and not rushed. I won’t go anywhere else!

Lately every time I go the nail techs are in a bad mood it has been twice that I choose a nail color for SNS that is numbered under the nail color and it ends up being completely different and once I tell them it does not look like the color I choose they get mad ? It is not my fault that is their mistake! Today I went for French nail tip and I wanted my nails long once she cut only 1 nail I told her I wanted them a bit longer before she cut the rest and she got upset saying I need to know how I want them etc I am paying for the service I want . They shouldn’t ask if everything is ok if they are going to get upset if you tell them to fix something! Ridiculous the nail tech was Selena I was charged $65 for a French nail tip that basically she choose how she wanted them done the customer has no say or else they get upset and make the experience awkward! Honestly if you want good customer service safe yourself the bad customer service . Lang the guy who sits you down is awesome he’s the only thing there that provides great customer service … I would have never wrote a bad review but enough is enough I still tipped her I am not mean but can not say the same about Selena

So very happy with this place. I came here with 6 other girl. We came because I’m getting married oct 11/2020. So me and my bridesmaids came. They treated us to well. Was able to pop some champagne and enjoy each other’s time. I will definitely be back and make the drive from Hamilton mill to go here. Lindsay was my nail lady and I love them. It’s exactly what I asked for .

Very pleased when I walked in. I was greeted and then asked what services I would like that I was escorted over to a pedicure chair where I was given a color menu book and a pricing menu book. Prices were about average. Then someone was over very soon after. Did a great job on my pedicure but I feel it needed a little bit more for the price. My finger nails were done by a different tech. I got designs on my toes and fingers and they didn’t match because of the different techs. But I will be back. I was very happy with the place and the services

I made an appointment for a Sunday at 12:00, which is the time they open. I got there early and sat in my car until time to go in. I was appreciative they came out and went to each car and told us waiting to come on in. I got a gel polish manicure and pedicure. Over a week after having it done, they still look great. I also had my eyebrows waxed. I was in and out with everything done in about an hour. Love and appreciate quality wasn’t sacrificed while also being quick and efficient.

You ask for a certain length and they choose theirs also the shape they basically coated my old sns with fresh did not take old sns all the way

Fantastic salon. Went for the first time today and its first class. Everyone there was so friendly. Will definitely be my regular place from now on.

I was not happy at all..I was told the wait would be 10 mins...it took 25 mins befor they even came to me in my chair..then I picked the $25.00 classic pedicure..then picked my color..the color wasnt even close to the color chart that I choose..then I was ask if I wanted gel paint..he saud it will last longer..I said ok..but nothing was mentioned about price difference..I walked out unhappy and over charged..I ended up having to pay $40.00.. at the register he said gel paint 10 more dollars..I was t not told that at all until I was leaving..but how does $25.00 + $10.00 =$40.00.I am so confused and not happy..I would not recommend this place..I dont feel I was treated fairly at all.And they dont even look that good

Just came in for a pedicure..... I was blown away by this salon!!!!! The interior is incredible, beautifully designed and decorated. Very clean + everyone wore masks, maintained social distance. my pedicure was more than stellar, i have never in my life actually been impressed by the massage technique before coming here. I was seriously so relaxed. TOMMY IS GREAT!!!!! Ask for him!

I love this place, they have great service here and they do my nails very well, better than any other place i’ve been, I highly recommend going here if you want your nails to look good, the price is a little more expensive than most places but with the quality of my nails it’s worth it.

Usually I go to this salon and love it, they are good with shaping and designs. My last visit , the woman doing my nails was causing me pain. She didn’t soak my previous acrylic set off, she took a fake nail and tried to remove them and I showed it was hurting me, then she ripped them off. She just said “I know it’s uncomfortable”. The ones she couldn’t rip off she filed down a good bit but left the remaining and out acrylic over it. She didn’t cut mu real nail underneath and then she just was grinding the new acrylic down she cut me 3 times , and just said “I cut you sorry” three of my fingers were bleeding when I left. The finished product looks great but the soreness from the cuts and the roughness of the removal was not worth it. Otherwise I usually love this salon but I will not go to Teresa again here.

Absolutely lovely! They serviced me efficiently, and in a decent amount of time despite being busy. This was my first time there, but I will be a recurring customer for sure. Thank you Lynn again for my beautiful nails!

They close at 8 and I got there at 7:20... They did not give me any problems or treat me any kind of way for coming in that late. They were busy, but they took care of me and were very respectful and did such a wonderful job!! This was my first time getting S&S and I Love it!!! I will no longer go to another nail salon!! I am a customer for life!!! I would Highly recommend to any and everyone!!! 💚💚

I always get my mani and pedi here! I love this place! So clean and friendly! The last time I went I felt like they were way too busy but I wanted my nails done. I was there for 3 hours for a mani and pedi, which is fine, but my sns nails started to crack 3 days after I left and by the 7th day 2 were cracked in half. Usually my sns nails last 4 weeks but this time it was like a week. Also I always get a gel pedicure and it last for like a month but I have had this one for 7 days and The polish is already off 2 of my toe nails and is starting to come of another one!!! So if they are busy come back another day!

This is by far the best nail salon in Gainesville! I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is very professional. The owner is exceptionally professional and kind. He walked around the salon today handing out water and snacks to his customers. When I left he held the door open for me and wished me a great day. This salon goes above and beyond for their customers.

I walked in and instantly was greeted with a smile. Ididnt have an appointment but was still seen immediately. Very hospitable. Everyone was so nice. I loved my pedicure and will absolutely be visiting again.

Loved my stylist for my nails Ms. Theresa. Place is beautiful and they serve champagne and wine and beer if you really want to indulge! The staff seemed exceptional and organized. Prices for a basic S&S was 35 I was impressed. Will return for another mail treatment soon

I recently moved to Gainesville and have tried out several of the nail salons around here. Royale Nails thus far has been the best quality for price.Service is very friendly, they happily take in walk ins and the atmosphere is very relaxing.The only reason this doesnt get a five star is because the quality of your services is very dependant on the person performing them. There is one male technician who I ask for whenever he is available because he is very focused on making my nails neat and clean. However, I have had a few people that have done a sloppier job. My advise would be to ask the front desk for their most skilled technician if the quality of your service is very important to you and especially if you want something elaborate/specific.They have complimentary drinks and snacks which is always great! Youre usually going to spend between $50-$100 depending upon the services. Overall, they have made a loyal customer out of me and I go at least once a month to have SNS done. Keep up the great work guys!

WILL NEVER GO BACK, DO NOT RECOMMEND. this place charges wayyyy too much for the awful quality they provide. it is listed that a pedicure takes 35 minutes and they only took 15 on both my sister and i’d. not to mention how bad the gel manicure they did was, i got hot pink and it looks old and grown out. hot towels smell like they haven’t been washed in weeks.

The pedicure water was COLD COLD. They could not have cared less. They were extremely rude to my niece and I. I decided to give them a second shot since my nails did look good and I was just going to go there for a manicure. The couple of times someone actually answered the phone they hung up on me.

Always a pleasant experience when coming here. This is one of the places I go to for my lashes/brows. Tina hooks me up every single time. No matter how slammed she is, somehow she always has time to do this on the side. Its never a problem to get in. They are also taking precautions due to COVID. They do temp checks, no mask= no service and they clean regularly. It makes me feel a bit safer to see that theyre taking precautions. Not every salon does this.

My eyebrows, she ruined them. Took me forever to grow them out and I told her i wanted them thick, she made them THIN. Also, for $138.00 the design which were circles looked liked sunny side up eggs. My feet, still crusty looking. My cuticles weren’t even messed with.

This is absolutely by far THE best nail salon you could ever go to! The staff is so friendly and the salon is spotless. I would never go anywhere else!

We called & made an appointment for the lady I work for she’s 95, when we showed up they didn’t recall the appointment we set up. She has some memory issues & once they noticed they kinda just acted like they didn’t want us in the store. So we left! Went to B&T nails they really were awesome on Thomson bridge!

Went to get a gel pedicure, everyone was really nice but the lady rushed my service I was in and out in 16 minutes and the gel polish was not even.

By far the best nail salon in Gainesville! They never rush you, they take their time, everyone is so nice and friendly. The owner will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable bringing you water or a snack, holding the door open for you and welcoming you as you walk in the door (at the desk, not from a chair and asking you to wait) sign in process is super easy and all digital so there is never any miscommunication on what services you are wanting. You never sit and wait, they take you directly to a chair and get started within minutes! My nails are always perfect! I get my eyebrows waxed here too and they have always done a fabulous job!I was charged double for my pedi/mani one time and the owner personally called me to let me know and to apologize and tell me he reversed the payment totally.I brought my infant with me once, not knowing how it would go and they were so helpful and accommodating.All around a wonderful inviting environment, Ill never go anywhere else!(plus 10% off coupons for your birthday!)

They’re so good at they’re job but they’re just rude. Always have a nasty attitude. Today i went To get my nail fixed and they didn’t help me find my color, they kept saying take your time looking, didnt even suggest color options, i ended up getting the wrong color. Definitely left upset today.

Even though they were busy and I had to wait a while, everyone is very nice and professional! Normally if I had to wait that long I would have been very upset! But the environment is very soothing and they tried their very best to get to me as quickly as possible! Most places I’ve been to that are really busy rush to get done with you, not here they took the time to do it the way you ask them to and they turn out beautiful!!!

The first two times here were great. The third visit provided poor results with my SNS nail polish, which began to chip and crack within the first week. When expressing my concern to the owner and manicurist they thought I was joking. No apologies from either and the session immediately following I could definitely tell my regular manicurist was upset, causing him to rush through in an effort to get me out of the store. Wounded pride is no excuse for poor service. If this is how they take criticism I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Best salon I have been to in Gainesville, my daughter and I went there today for pedicures and nails. They were a little busy but checked in with us every 5 minutes to make sure we were ok. The place is clean and very nice to look at. I am very satisfied with the work they have done and will definitely be back.

The owner is very friendly but, the nail technicians are rude cant speak for all of them. Cant speak for all the nail technicians but of the two that I have used for the couple of times Ive been here have been rude. The last ones name is Selena. First tries to tell me that the service asked for was not the best for my nails when I have been getting them done for over over 25 years now . When I would not upgrade then my arm was never in right position she kept snatching them around. And then made little nasty remarks the entire time I was in her chair. Not to return for a second time just to make sure it was just a bad day for the technician. Now Im convinced that even though they did a nice job on my nails customer service really goes on long way. I would not recommend this nail salon.

I recently moved to Gainesville and was in search of a new nail salon. One of my coworkers recommended this place. It was very clean and the staff wore matching scrubs. The area was spacious and they were definitely compliant with COVID-19 cleaning and space standards. I will be returning for my biweekly mani-pedi! No appointment needed.

An “ok” experience but never again in life!!My coworker told me about this place, they are one of the more pricey nail shops in the area and that’s ok when it’s worth it but I spent $60 for an sns set that left me with a cracked nail 2 days later. I don’t do hard labor throughout the day, no reason at all why I should have a cracked nail this soon and I spent so much on something so simple, i could’ve spent my normal $45 and still had perfect nails a week later at my regular place.

One and done! Don’t have to worry about me returning, majority of my nails were cracked within the week they were done, and I paid double what I would normally pay. Not worth their prices for the lack of quality.

The staff here was so welcoming and super friendly. Lindsey was 5⭐️ I’ve been to four different nail salons since I moved to Lula back in May. This is by far the best experience I’ve had. 42 mins, from start to finish, for SNS. That is seriously unheard of. I will definitely be back!

When I look for a place to get my nails done, I look for a place to give me an experience, not just a service. This place definitely did that! I felt like a dang queen! As soon as I walked through the door, Lang asked me where I had been. I had only been one other time and he remembered me. He kept me smiling and was so personal. My nail artist, Ben, was also so great. His attention to detail is impeccable! My nails look so good and I am so happy with the results. I left glowing inside and out. I will definitely be a regular from now on. There is no other place I would rather go!

This is the cleanest and friendliest nail salon Ive ever been to. From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. My nails always look great. Daisy is Awesome. Relaxing decor, and atmosphere. Thumbs up to Lane and the staff.

I heard so many great things about this nail salon so I thought that I would give it a try. The service was amazing but other than that I am not a fan of this nail salon. Being honest I really wish I would not have tried it because I just wasted so much money on my nails. I have been to this nail salon twice and the first time my nails chipped within a week and I was not in love with the color so I decided to give them another chance and just go get my nails redone completely. Well, the second time that I went back to get them done I had a nail chip three days after getting them done and they fixed it but it looked AWFUL and then two more chipped the day after. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this salon because I spent $80 in two weeks just to have my nails chip.

Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. My gel polish has already chipped on my toes and I got them done 3 days ago! My sister in law didn’t even get her nails done because the staff forgot about her. We had to wait several minutes in order to get service. The price I paid (which was $120) was definitely not worth the service.

I admit I made a mistake coming on a holiday weekend. I came an hour after they open they took me and my husband in for pedicures and we paid for the pedicures that were $55 and up and it said service was an hour. We got in and out in less than 30 minutes! The service was rushed as they had more and more people come in, I am very disappointed we came and paid that money for nothing, it wasnt relaxing at all. Dont waste your money. I wished I had sat with my husband so I could tell them that was a poor Pedicure.

Sophie and Kelly are the best I love coming here all staff are amazing. Always clean and everyone always speaks . The owner is also amazing always jokes around and offers water and a snack. Would recommend this place over every other nail salon.❤️❤️

And this was the first one that popped up so i decided since it was the closest to me that I would give it a try. Honestly I loved my experience here ! Paid for the same service as the two people on the side of me both caucasian. I work on my feet and expected my feet to be massaged as I paid extra for extra services Hannah didnt do any. Didnt file my nails (some curved some straight. I was supposed to get other things done. Didnt want it. The manager didnt care if I had a problem or not. Told me to have good day. I didnt make a fuss. Just refuse to give them my business. New to Gainesville and very disappointed. Not saying race was an issue but Im not saying it wasnt. Maybe they just cater to who they cater to. But they definitely wasnt trying to cater to me. My money green just like everyone else.

It’s absolutely gorgeous!! I’ve gotten my nails done there before and they greet you right away! You get attended very well and in a very nice way. I’d love to go back another day.

I went in on New Year’s Day with my daughter to get our nails done. This isn’t our normal salon so it’s was a new experience for us. I had been told by many they loved it there. I unfortunately did not ! My manicurist did a great job and I would go back a million times just to see her! The reason I’m giving 1 star is because my Pedicurist was super rude and would repeatedly ask me to upgrade after I had told her multiple times no! She was so focused on trying to get me to upgrade my package and add designs she cut my toe then said for me to stop moving! I then asked her NICELY to fix my ingrown toe nails her response was it doesn’t hurt you so I don’t do it! I asked her again to please retrim and file my toenails she did it in a rude manner cutting my toe and skin! I now have swollen red infected big toes! Might I add that my normal salon ALWAYS does my ingrown toe nails and has never once caused irritation or cut my toe. I’m very disappointed with my experience at a place that looks like a royalty salon

Me and a couple friends of mine went for a pedicure today. I have to say they were not very friendly i ask a couple questions and she wouldnt even answer me . She didnt do a very good job. The ladys name that did mine was Jada. I will not be going back there

I went here to get a fill in and I love my nails the last place I got them done done a sloppy job and charged me the same price I also got my eyebrows done to while I was there. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

I called at 11 o’clock in the morning and was given a 1 o’clock appointment for me and my daughter to have pedicures. At 1:30 we still had not been seen. I finally told the owner that I would not have time to get my pedicure but my daughter still wanted to get her nails painted. At 1:37 she still hasn’t been seen. 2 ladies came in and said they had either a 2 or 2:30 appointment for 2 pedicures but they were early. They were taken straight over to the chairs and 1 of them were already getting started on and my daughter who is just wanting her nails painted was still sitting there. We got up and walked out at 1:45. I have been going here for years but I can honestly say I will probably have to look for another Nail Salon. Very disappointed.

Clean establishment, all precautions taken for COVID, had a very nice Pedicure performed by Tammy. Did not feel rushed and will certainly be back again.

My wife finally talked me into getting a pedicure with her and today I did. They were really friendly and helpful. They treated me like I’ve been coming there for years. It was a great experience and will definitely go back!

From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. Daughter took me for mani/pedis for Mother’s Day and I was completely spoiled. I have injuries from motorcycle accident; when I explained to the lady, she was extra gentle. Extremely clean, friendly and accommodating staff!

My daughter and I love coming here. She loves how the snacks and how friendly the staff is. We are always greeted with a smile, a joke (inside joke buggy ) and great service. The nail salon is beautifully decorated and clean. My favorite place in Gainesville.

I moved to the Gainesville area recently and had gone to several different nail places looking for the one until I came here! Lindsey did my nails today and they look beyond perfect! All of the staff is super friendly, and do a good job! I would definitely recommend getting your nails done here.

My bestie and I got their Royals Signature pedicure and it was absolutely wonderful! My feet were soaked, legs/feet massaged with stones, placed in paraffin wax, and my toes were painted beautifully. Mary and Abby were both super and very polite to both of us. This is the BEST pedicure I have ever received and I would highly, highly recommend this spot!
