My friend and I had appointments for pedicures and a full set of acrylic nails for each of us. We arrived 10 minutes early. After a 30 minute wait we were set up for our pedicures. The lady rushed and didnt get any of the calluses off. Our nails werent even cut even. They left us sitting in the chairs for over an hour before they were ready for our finger nails. My friend got a decent job done. Not as good as were accustomed to, but acceptable. Mine were hideous. The acrylic didnt cover my nails completely, she did a horrible file job, the polish was full of streaks and I was hurt 3 times. Her response to the pain was if it didnt bleed it was ok. I will not be returning there.

The inside of this place is absolutely stunning absolutely beautiful. I sat down to get a simple nail design with a nail tech they were closing at this time so they were rushing my nails. Great customer service I even end up tipping $10 to my nail tech. After I got home a day or two later my gel nail polish on my feet start cracking and bubbling and my nails start coming off. Maybe it was because they were rushing and they didnt do a good job as they could have or maybe not I wouldnt recommend just based on my first experience

They did a poor job on my hands and feet. The owner Nancy did my nails and a another staff male did my feet. These two over priced me and did a sorry job on top of this. I was humiliated while they spoke in their language while servicing me. I dont recommend Nancys nails. I was charged 80$ which was supposed to be 62$. They are crooks so be careful and settle prices before service begin. They do less than standard work. They dont even deserve one star! Im never going back.

Nancy likes to rush. Lisa is better with nails and even better with eye brow arch.

This was by far one of the worst experiences that I have had at a nail salon and a total waste of $70.00 and 3hrs! I went through 3 different people while there and none of them appeared to know what they were doing! My skin was cut and I had to demand many repairs before leaving the salon. I would never recommend this place nor will I ever go back!

Had to go back and have a full set fixed because they were lifting after just a couple days. Ms. Lisa did an awesome job of rectifying the issue; she has been my nail tech for over 20 years. Sticking with her!!!!!

I am very upset with the service I received! I went with my daughter she got a manicure and I got a full gel set. The instruments used to work on my cuticles actually pushed my cuticles back way too far. My fingers where cut on my left hand in several places. Because this was my first experience I would give zero stars and would not recommend going here. I may give them a chance to redeem themselves in the far FAR future...

Great, clean place! Went in for a fill in and was extremely happy with the outcome!! Hai was awesome and made my nails look perfect!!!

Got a clear coat of gel polish with a gel manicure and theres lint and bubbles underneath the clear polish. Didnt even get lotion on my hands. Great atmosphere but I wont go back. Now heading to another salon to pay more money to get this fixed.

CARD SKIMMER BEWARE!!! Tried this place for the first time because of all the reviews - Both the ladies cut mine and my daughters toes. I can’t wear shoes right now because of this annoying slit at the base of my toenail. I said “ow” more than once and so did my daughter. THEN today less than 24 hours later, Wells Fargo notifies me that someone tried to pull $100 out with my debit card... the only place I’ve used it in the last 3 days is here!!! it COULD be a coincidence, but it’s the ONLY place I’ve used my debit card in the last 3 days. Beware!

AMAZING!!!! Got my toes and nails done yesterday with this bright red polish and WOW. Joe the nail tech is AMAZING! And the nail tech that worked in NY that did my feet LORD SHE IS GOOD! I just found my new favorite spot! Highly recommend.

I went today for the first time. I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. The gentleman did my pedicure and Ivy did my full set. I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THE SERVICES I RECEIVED!! This place is beautiful and so clean!! Was greeted as soon as I came in, I didnt feel rushed. Everyone was so nice & welcoming! 10/10 for me! I will definitely be coming back!!

Over all. Not the best! I asked for SNS and they gave me acrylic! My nails were very thin and hurt so much! I have a class where I have to write obviously and I was writing, out of nowhere my nails fall off! One was just hanging to I just ripped it off. I don’t rip it off too hard but, it hurt very very bad! I then realized one of my real nails fell off and was bleeding the entire time! Although I rlly liked my nails, they’re really good at attending they’re customers.

No idea how this place has such a high rating. Went here only because my regular place was closed due to emergency. Pedicure was painful. The next day I ended up with an inflamed, red toe. Pedicure costs more than my regular place. They could not get my card to run for some reason (never had any trouble any other place). They ended up swiping my card almost 20 times. I am keeping a close eye on my account. Will never go back.

Wonderful experience. Had a mani/pedi and eyebrows and chin waxed. Staff was exceptionally courteous and the massages were heavenly. Will definitely be going back when in the area.

Bad dont waste your time or money I got my nails done on Sunday and its Friday and my nail is already broken!

Showed them a pic of what I wanted. They said they could do it and this is what I got. She didn’t have me wash my hands after my fill so the paint is bumpy the ghost is terrible and the black nail polish which was gel polish started smearing off. They charged 65 dollars for the fill and gel polish with design. And I paid $40 somewhere else to have it fixed as soon as I left. 10/10 would not recommend! This was the result after I had the manager guy fix what the girl did.
