Best barber shop in Gainesville hands down! Been going to the same barber for 4 years now, and have never left the shop unsatisfied. I constantly have friends and even strangers asking me where I get such a clean cut and I always tell them to go to Elite. From the humble barbers, to the hilarious conversations, this is definitely an atmosphere you will enjoy to be around. Most people walk in for a haircut, but will leave with a great experience. 💈

I have been going to see Jose Ramos for about a few years now. I was going to see him at show and tell barber. Now his shop is called elite hair studio. I recommend this barber shop for a few reason. One: they are God oriented; second is the environment; third is they all know how to cut hair. The best spot in Gainesville Florida.

Barber never showed up for appointment and left me waiting. After waiting 30 minutes I asked to be seen by anybody else. The barber who ended up cutting my hair was very distracted watching the TV. He ended up cutting me in the neck accidentally because of his lack of attention. Other than that he was really friendly and did an overall good job with my haircut and beard. I wouldnt recommend this place though. Terrible first experience.

Jose Ramos is my barber and I can say this place has that barber physiologist feel. Conversation is always interesting and the cuts are always on point !

Jose Is one of the best barbers in GVILLE you do not only go in for a fade, you go in for the community and to be around the guys. My boyfriend has had sooo many horrible hair cuts and when we move we will come up here just for him.

Got stood up by jose on three separate occasions even after making an appointment. Lost another customer. I will not be going back.

My experience was Horrible. My first time getting a sew in .with ms deelight and first off she said be there at10 which I was only to find out she was washing a friends hair gossiping and having me wait for 30 minutes then when she finally sat me in the chair with out washing my hair or asking me any questions of how I wanted my part no consultation at all. She stated braiding it I had to stop her and tell her where I wanted my part . She kept stopping doing my hair to continue with her friends hair every 30 minutes. My hairafter a ccouple of weeks was a mess it wasnt tight had to take it out paid 120 dallors when I called to ask her way she didnt wash my hair or way its not tight she said shell charge me an extra 40 to tighten and wash it which she shouldve done in the first place and when people walked out of the salon the manager talked trash about them. Never again. And they claim to be religious. Good luck with that. Gods watching
