Brian and his teammate help my father and I with all of our phone needs and my father even went back the next day to get help with his phone and Brian taught him more things as my father went from an android to an iPhone.Please change my response to 5, VERY SATISFIED.

Got my upgrade and a fancy new iphone 12 mini. Agent was helpful and professional.

My wife went into the office to pay our billShe gave green $$$$ Asian guy said he couldnt give her a receipt. I got on the phone n told him. WHENEVER SOMEONE GIVES CASH WE. MUST. Wow! Amazing service and Brenda was so patient with all our questions.

If I could leave no stars I would. Was completely sold a bag of goods and my bill is twice as high as I was told. Found out there were extra lines added to my account that I didnt agree to. The changed my plan around and now I dont have hotspot and my data seems slower, come to find out they put my family on the lower plan to offset the cost of the new lines being added. So shady and I can only imagine how many other customers are getting the same treatment here!

Greg was Vert Very helpful! He helped us get an additional line and a new phone for my 6th grader and was able to get a new phone for my daughter PLUS manage to lower our bills!!! Everything was explained in detail. Place is clean and social distancing, barriers, masks were visible, And hands sanitizers were available as well. Gregory even managed to get me a discount for a case.

Zero hassle experience. I dreading having to go in and left with my issue resolved and saving so much money. The entire staff was helpful and pleasant.

Thank GOD these guys could help me. I recently moved here from Texas and I was looking for service on a phone I already had. They gave me all my options and offered promotions but I really wanted to keep my phone. So happy I got a new number now my ex can’t reach me anymore. Thank GOD! Everyone is so friendly and nice, I can’t say enough good things. Asharaina and Kevin were so helpful. Wish I could get fiber in my new area though. Hopefully soon.

Walked in on oct 14th. Alexandria was helping me with all my questions. She was super nice and willing to help. Definitely coming back for this location if i have to.

Wont help me get my deposit back. Even tried calling customer service and they said they cannot help. Basically AT&T stole my deposit money and is not even attempting to help me return my money back. On the last call, I specifically asked, You are not going to. help me get my deposit money back? and the customer service agent said, No. I am dumbfounded by the level of customer service given by AT&T. Some of the people that I was transferred to even had the guts to say its been 5. years since your deposit, why do you want your money now? Another agent sent me the following Good afternoon! I understand your frustration with the situation, however due to the length of time that your account with us has been closed, we no longer have access to your information and therefore are unable to provide any credits or refunds to you Please go to another mobile service agency guys. This place will not help you with your needs. They will steal ur deposit.

I really appreciate David and Alexzondra at the AT&T store off of Malvern. They helped me make an insurance claim, get a new phone, and make my bill cheaper. They were very prompt, polite and helpful!

I love this at&t location. Staff is always very friendly and helpful, and they are patient with answering any questions you may have. The manager was on the floor as well helping out customers, I would definitely recommend this location for a new phone, upgrade, or any questions regarding your phone or service.

I love the service with this store! I went to every other store around me and they would not help me, they kept pushing me to talk to customer service and it was super frustrating UNTIL I met David & Darien. They made the whole interaction very easy for me, I will definitely be back!

I am very pleased to be apart of at&t!!! I previously had t-mobile and was unhappy! The associate Alexzandra was very knowledgeable and made it so easy to make the switch! If you go to this store, make sure to ask for her! I went back in a few days later and she helped me with adding an Apple Watch. Very pleased with all around service!

I came in here for a problem I was having with my bill and I worked with Darien and Ash. I was furious what the other att store had done to me. I asked to speak to the manager and Kevin and David ended up explaining everything and helping me figure out my bill and eased my fears. They were really cool. I wish I would’ve done my initial transaction here.

So i went to Eaglerock At&T to trade my iphoneX, i spoke to joey and tell the story behind that, to cut the story short he processed the trade in and not giving me any receipts of my tradein, afetr a week my bill came and it was shocking to know that the full amout of the phone was chrge on me, so i went back to Eaglerock and found out that joey only giving me bill credit not trade in, so i wonder that he juat trick me bec he took the phone and intended to keep it. Why AT&T has this kind of DisHonest Employee it just like stealing something with customers and the company. I guess he did this many times. The reputation of AT&T dragging you down because of this kind of employee.

The people here earned my trust and respect just by being patient and working through the problem, even with my attitude.
