Overall, everything was perfect.Recently I changed my carrier to Verizon and I highly recommend this store if you are thinking to visit Verizon owned store. I had couple of issues related to my account with previous carrier. Even though it took a time to solve and kind of complex process, all employees were very well knowlegeable and on the top of it, they were super kind. Thanks to them, changing carrier to Verizon was successful. I will become a regular customer to this store for sure :)I recommended this store to my friend and she fully satisfied with her visit as well.Thanks again to all of them!!

Going into most (Verizon Wireless) stores is like going into a used car dealership...slick salesmen, shady business tactics and marathon sessions where you dont know what kind of deal just went down. Not so at this location. Very low-key environment in an almost unassuming shopping center. Most pleasant was talking to Erin, our representative, who helped us maneuver from a trade-in of an archaic generation of iPhone (7) to working out the best possible deal on a new iPhone 11 for my wife. She did steer us to this latest model, but actually saved us several bucks due to the increased value of the trade with a more up-to-date phone. The XR would have actually cost us several dollars more per month. She even managed to upgrade our service to a plan that included unlimited data for nearly the same cost of our much limited data plan. This all happened in a race against the stores closing time, as she transferred my wifes old phones--my new phones--data on to the 11.No phony (no pun intended) sales hype, no consulting the manager to see what he could do, just plain old good service and a pleasant demeanor. We loved working with Erin and walked away feeling like we both got a good deal. She worked very hard to please us, both with her effort and her attitude. We would highly recommend her and this location for their courteous and straight-forward manner.

I highly recommend going here.They speak both English and Korean!The staff was quick and attentive.I will only come to this Verizon store from now on due to the quality of customer service!I went with my family to get switched over to Verizon last Saturday at around 2pm.Usually, Im the one to help transfer everything over from the old phones for my aging parents, but the wonderful staff was patient and attentive in doing all that work on top of explaining all the phones/functions/wireless plans! My family and I left that store as happy new Verizon customers!

Had a question about my bill. This Verizon retailer shop was located right by one of my favorite bakery. The sales rep. was super kind and attentive. She answered all the question I had, and she even found the better plan for me so I could save few bucks on my phone bill. Im returning back for my next upgrade!!!

The store targets first generation Korean elders who can easily purchase the phone without any language barrier.They request for a 5 star review after the transaction has been completed. Of course, the customers do not know any better since they lack knowledge on technology, social media, and store reviews. The employee will write the review for them with customers new device.Of course, a five star... 110 google reviews were most likely written and posted by the employee of the store.Just a quick summary of the encounter for yesterday.They did not have enough stock of the phone and color Ive wanted.One of the employee drove to diamond bar store to pick up the two phones (S20 UW). Another one did not explain the full specifications and comparisons between the other S20 models. She told me to pay off one of my device so that I can open another line with a new phone. I agreed and paid off one of the devices I have purchased a while ago, but the problem was that this phone was under a promotional offer (credited full amount of payment per month) and since I had paid the phone off (close to 600). I have lost the offer and blew 600 away. Also S20 UW did not have expandable memory capability. I decided to take the loss and pay $80 restocking fee and returned it since it was my fault not doing a thorough research as well. I asked for S20+, but they were out of stock. I dont regret walking out of that store losing $680. $600 for paying off the device that was under promotion for free and $80 for restocking fee.I am not stressing because I will file a formal complaint and try to work with the official Verizon store. I really hope I can prevent other customers from falling into their trap. I do not recommend anyone to deal with authorized dealers. PLEASE visit the official website or store. For example if I were to get S20 UW via online, then I would have saved $200 on the device + $1000 credit for the second phone + $20 discount on the activation fee + free same day pick-up with all the colors and stock available on site. This store offered $150 discount on the device + $950 credit for the second eligible phone + full activation fee + service fee $29 per device + very limited stock (yesterday they only had 2 or 3 new S20 devices on site.....) + incompetent and unprofessional employees (not satisfied with pay, commision, benefits? Not sure.) If you are fluent in English and computer friendly then please visit official store or website or even phone!One of the employee seemed to be very inpatient and it seems to me that she had some anger and temper issues. Very unprofessional. I really appreciate her effort to drive one hour to pick up the phones (not knowing it was the worst model out of the S20 line). She was using derogatory terms in Korean while dealing with an upset customer over the phone. Her true color revealed.Another one seemed to be more experienced, patient, and knowledgeable, but the problem with her is that she did not provide specific details of the model and did not inform me about losing the promotional offer once I paid off the device ($600). I cannot tell if that was intentional or not. Personally, I do not think she had any bad intentions from her overall behavior and customer service skills. You never know tho. People can be devils in disguise. It was not difficult to notice that she was pressured by the company to open as much line as possible and also target Koreans who cannot speak English fluently and write reviews for their own company utilizing customers new devices. She will be more fit for the official store that does not pressure employees to behave in such a way to attract more customers and generate more revenue for the company without the true empathy and care for its customers.I am patiently waiting until I can reach a rep from the official VZW store via phone.As a Korean American, I feel ashamed that our businesses are chasing money rather than prioritizing and valuing the customers from liquor stores to wireless stores during this pandemic.keep you updated.
