My 2011 Scion xBs alternator failed out of the bluetwo days ago. I towed my car over to this shop. They were able to source an alternator within minutes and able to get my car up and running the next business day after the part arrived for my car. They recommended replacing my serpentine belt at the same time since it was old and that part needed to be removed anyway to access the alternator. They had my car ready for me within 2 hours of the shop being open for business that day. The cost for this was $577 total for the labor and replacement serpentine belt and alternator for anyone wondering and they also gave me a 2-year warranty on the part in case anything happened. Eric, the manager there, was really friendly and upfront about the services. Definitely going back here for future car needs.

Eric is very friendly knowledgeable and very trust worthy individual. Hes the kind of mechanic we can run to and wont go around the bush to over charge us. He tells you exactly what is wrong and fix it for you. This is one mechanic I can honestly say he is legit!

They continue to maintain and repair my vehicles now for over 20 years. Owner Wendy and Manager Eric even maintain my late Dads 1984 Toyota pickup truck. The old vehicle runs great. If there is a mechanical problem on my vehicle, they never talk down to me with technical terms but explain the repair process in easy to understand terms with a cost estimate. I would recommend their quality of service and repair/maintenance work 100%.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! The BEST auto service I have ever experienced!I had an oil leak in my car for quite some time. The first repair shop I visited prior to Millers said it would cost roughly $100-$150 dollars to repair. Since I moved out of that area before I had a chance to get the leak fixed, I decided to try Millers because its just a block away from my house. Best decision I ever made!They were extremely friendly upon arrival, offered me coffee and even a ride home while my car was being worked on. Turns out, when my car was finished, the cost was 26 dollars cheaper than what they had originally quoted me! And being a college student, this practically saved me!Millers isnt just an auto repair shop... its a family. Being there, I could see that they all clearly enjoy where they are working, the atmosphere is comfortable, they are reasonable, reliable, knowledgeable and warm. Next time your car is acting up, make sure to stop by to experience their exceptional service... they have my business for life! =)

The old Chuck & Sams, 💖 Millers been there now for about 14 years, so they have to be doing something right. Love how they remodeled the office!

My car was running so much better after I brought it in and had it worked on. The loaner car was a pleasant surprise since I needed to leave my car overnight. They were even willing to pick me up at work to provide the loaner to me. They always do an excellent job and both Wendy and Eric are extremely helpful. I am always satisfied when I leave.

Been going to Millers Automotive for well over a decade. Great service and reasonable prices. Eric and Wendy always go the extra mile to make sure your experience is consistently great. I have all my vehicles serviced at Millers Automotive regularly. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

Here were my first impressions, in order:1. Tremendous courtesy, unexpected at a car repair shop2. Wendy is down-to-earth.3. Most accommodating.4. Very clear communication.During my three trips for repairs:1. Helped to clarify when I said I hear funny noises.2. Identified the problems.3. Told me what I could safely put off, since the repairs were costly.4. Repaired the car exactly on the time and cost schedule given.5. Provided a written record of repairs and suggested future maintenance or repairs.

Once again I had issues with my 2006 Hemi Charger. The good thing is I know where to go for an honest assessment of the problem. She was overheating and that really concerned me, as this is the car we haul our grandkids around in, so off to Millers I went. Wendy was all over it, and it turned out to be a faulty radiator cap. The charges were way below the estimate and I couldnt be happier. I am impressed every time I have my cars repaired here. 5 stars all the way!

Really bad experience with Miller s Automotive...They lie me about the estimated diagnosis price ,,and want to charge me 250$ gest for the diagnosis ..Like will take more then 2 hours to fiind out whats going on with the car,and that will cost me 250$ ..then whatever the repair will be on top of 250$ ..They charge more then the dealer ...The dealer will charge 144$ for the diagnosis and if you decide to fix the car there ,those 144$ will go torch,the bill,,..not like Millers,,Millers charge 106$ hours..more then the dealer.they lie to get you there,then will charge you double..
