DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want to get ripped off. They took advantage of me, thinking I was naive and that I wouldn’t stick up for myself. They put tires on my car that they DO NOT SELL. When I tried to confront an employee in store he brushed me off saying that they did exactly what the work order said. I did my homework...spoke with an online customer service rep (said they didn’t sell the tires that were put on my car) and contacted the original employee who created the work order (said they didn’t sell the tires and sent me a text with the tires that were supposed to be installed). The tires they gave me were half the price and had 0 mileage warranty.I took it to corporate because every time I tried to contact the Fullerton location they were rude and dismissive. Long story short, they never admitted they were in the wrong and told me to be reasonable. They weren’t communicating with me and were not transparent. I have tried to reach out when they didn’t handle the situation with integrity and honesty and corporate is now just ignoring my emails. It’s fine, I want nothing more to do with them, I just figured other people should know that this business is shady. Why would you go to a business that is willing to scam you and jeopardize the safety of you and your family just to make a quick buck. I don’t know how they have so many good reviews here, do your research!! There are many better, trustworthy places that deserve your business.

Called them at 4pm. Was back on the road by 5pm with four new tires. Fast, easy service.

I called them up because my daughter went there before and they give you free tire rotations. I needed to find a tire store where the tire wouldnt cost me over $100 or so. I called them up even though I didnt get a name brand tire but at least it has 50,000 on the tire. It was a decent price that I could afford and the manager said they give discounts to everyone because I was going to ask for a military discount. Everyone was really friendly and they accommodate you to bring your car in.

They helped me out when I got a nail stuck in my tire. Ended up getting 4 new tires and the level of info and help was on another level. Thanks guys!

Jessie at American tire depot did a fantastic job getting my tires for my Jeep. I made an early appointment for Saturday and as soon as I pulled up they were ready to go! They changed all my tires and then did an alignment on my front end the technician did a fantastic job my Jeep has always had a slight pull to the right and Jeep could never get it straight, but American tire depot got it right. Jessie and his team did an outstanding job for me.

The team always works so efficiently offering the best service possible! I drive 1 1/2 hours just for their service! Jesse the manager is always so helpful and offers the best options available to me as well as his professional advice.

Service was great. It took longer then anticipated because they aren’t Robots but they had good attitudes and made it happen. They had the best price on tires too. Shop was clean and they didn’t have any gimmicks or pressure you to buy things you didn’t need which I appreciated. I even did some work on my laptop, they have free WiFi. I sat outside and it was about to rain and the manager set up a little area inside for me but they had finished. Now I thought that was service. I highly recommend this place.

Jesse is a good store manager that will work with u on pricing. Jesus is a good mechanic and knows his stuff. They look over your car & recommend stuff, but it is entirely up to you if you want to do any of it. I know my car is old & needs some work, so i may take it back to have them do it..hopefully they’ll help me even more with the pricing if i return.

After working with American Tire Depot, their lack of basic tire competency, an apathetic attitude toward their work/customer service, and a disregard for sticking to estimated wait times, I wasnt surprised to see that their alignment left my car worse off than if I hadnt performed it in the first place. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.EDIT: American Tire Depot has reached out and sent a check to refund the cost of the alignment to make things right. Adjusted rating to reflect.

I’m a little inexperienced with car mechanics but I felt more comfortable here than other places. The manager of the store is the real deal– he doesn’t try to upsell you and gives you exactly what you ask for. I walked in and got new tires installed and got my wheels aligned in less than in hour, all at a really good price and with good warranties. Overall a really good experience

This place is great. I stopped by this shop to replace tpms battery for a sedan and found out tires were worn out completely. the owner recommanded and found a very reasonable priced tires and I could afford. the great thing was that the young mechanic wearing cab with mustache (sorry i dont know your name) helped me to fix the major issue on my wheel disk. Really it could have cost a lot money but he tried his best to fix the rust bolt on the disk and Did it!!Thank you again to him and the business. it was a wonderful service.

Been using this location exclusively for the last 4 years. No hassle, best prices for maintenence and truly excellent customer service. They offer to patch and inflate tires at no cost if a tire is salvagable, and dont gouge you if it cant be. I cannot emphasize enough how customer-focused this organization is.

They ordered my run flat tires and got them there in a day or two. They were the best price out there.I got 2 tires, oil change and alignment. Service was great. Michael was so cool and nice.I had the last appt of the day and got it all done by closing time.I will go back to them for more service when needed.

Jesse at American Tire Depot was awesome! He gave me three options of tires that he carried, or could have brought to the store, that we’re all within my budget. Once he had the tires off he brought me out to showed me the front brakes were well worn out and needed changing. I usually do this on my own, but I have a vacation with the family coming up and I have been working 12hr days, so I approved them changing them out, resurfaced the old rotors, and I was on my way! They even checked the alignment for me! Great job by the guys working there, and all at a decent price that I could afford! Thank you guys! I greatly appreciate it.

Go anywhere else they’ll lie to get more money, I’ve only used them before they’ve mounted all my tires have done my breaks, but going again today they said they’ve never done the work and refuse to mount tire to run like the whole purpose they exist. Here’s hoping they finally move or close

This place is so good. I showed up 5 minutes before closing because I had a flat tire! And was on a spare, in an SUV. Francisco and his staff were so friendly! He was able to repair my original tire, and didn’t try to up sell me any new ones. Love a shop with ethics and great customer service. They changed my tire so fast I didn’t even realize they had started, and the price was super reasonable. I felt bad getting there so late but they were so accommodating and didn’t make me feel rushed. Will definitely refer everyone I know and come back for my tire rotation.

It was raining, I had a flat, a nail had caused the flat. I went here as my first option, but I will NOT be back. Could have been a 15 minute job, just to patch my tire, but apparently I had to wait 3 hours because there were cars ahead of me.. how ridiculous of them to ask me to wait 3 hours for what was an emergency, all it took was 15 min to patch my tire. What a joke.

Had tires rotated, balanced and full inspection for nails and damage. My SUV drives like new again! In and out under an hour!

They changed all for tires and alignment in a timely fashion. However, they for got to give us back all 4 tires. Especially the one we need to show American tires to get out money back.

The store manager was excellent, however my only complaint and it was a big one is I had an appointment for tyres that were in stock on the website. I show up for my appointment, they didn’t have them. So instead of out the door for $450, I paid almost $900. Not the fault of the employees who where attentive, and did very well, but shows poorly on upper management. This must be fixed before I continue business with this company l. First time I had less then a 5 star experience.

Went in for an oil change since Midas had a 2 hr wait at 8:30am the American tire was very fast reliable quicker than any oil change place I’ve been too I got full synthetic 76$ Took literally 20 minutes Manager was really friendly had a conversation while my car was being worked on definitely going back waiting room was clean had tv to entertain my 2 year old son had bathrooms clean

These guys are awesome! I needed something installed that I already had the parts fior. They took a look at it to make sure it would fit and they gave me a great deal on it. What ever you have heard of American Tire Depot I can testify that their Fullerton store is the best! They assisted me and my 94 year old mother giving her a ride to and from home the the store and a nearby restaurant. There service representatives were courteous, service was quick and we left there feeling God blessed us by going to their business. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and honest tire store.

This place place gives me good service at ALL times. Im a customer since 2013. Whenever I get a flat tire or tire is low I get sevice at no charge. Which is really awesome ( but you have to buy there tires to get this kind of service). I really recommend this place.

Words can not express how thankful I am for Carlos, John and Josh. My brother and I got a flat tire, on the infamous pothole filled streets of Fullerton. We immediately googled local tire shops, in which we came across this location. At first, we were hesitant in visiting the location as it is under construction but indicated that it was open. Mind you, there are about 3 - 4 other tire shops on the same street. We took a chance on this location and couldn’t be more happier with the service and guidance the gentleman provided. I had been fighting tooth and nail with my designated dealership, regarding a metal noise when I brake. I was always told that they could not hear the noise. Sure enough it was the brake pads and other costly pieces that needed to be replaced. How did I find this all out, by the sweet gentleman at this location. Very personable and humorous, which is a huge plus during a very stressful situation. Thank you for the amazing service and I look forward in visiting for future services!

Art was amazing , he stayed late to get my tires fixed . Worked with us with different options of tires. Good customer service and was patient with us. I wish I could give 5 stars , the only part that was hard is to talk to store directly. Every time I called there was almost 30 min wait with call center answering the call. The owner should have more people to help and a cordless phone so he does not loose out on business.

Average price for good service. I did find it funny that they came to the price of $420 while I was wearing a Pink Floyd T-shirt. Coincidence, I wonder? Don’t expect an explanation of your alignment. Maybe one wheel was adjusted? I don’t know.

The manager, Art and his sidekick (forgot his name) couldnt be nicer. Art went above and beyond in solving the issue I had with my tire; and he also gave me a great tip to fix the air leak around my windshield. These kind of places tend to have a lot of turnover, but I sure hope these guys are still there when I need new tires. Thanks for the great service!
