We started to work with Iryna in 2009. She helped us to rent our house in Fairview/ Mckiney. She was very professional and honest with us(what is very important because we are leaving in Atlanta and do not have chance to check) . After we rented our house several more times with her and Iryna was on top of everything. The only thing we should help her is to take money from the Tenants. She advised us when is the best time to sell the house and we got more than we expected in the very short period of time, she get a contract for our house in a few days after it was listed. We had some troubles with the showing our house because of the Tenants but she makes everything very easy for us and helps to solve this problem as well, though it was not her responsibility.
