German is simply amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and industry. During my process he was attentive, practical and thorough and if you move with his paste he makes sure things are done quickly. Something that really stood out to me was that he went through the process of getting a home from step one to finish and as first time buyers  my family and I heavily relied on his experience and his knowledge of the neighborhoods and the marketplace. Also, if for some reason he’s not able to meet with you he makes sure that one of his team members reaches out to you via email, phone and text. Every member is up to date and is willing to help with any questions you might have along the way. German, still stays in touch after you have purchased your home and that’s rare for other realtors to do. Overall, Germans work was amazing. I can truly say that hes a rare find and I was  blessed to have had him on my team during the whole process of buying a home. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. He did not disappoint!
