Sales staff very knowledgeable, good selection of vehicles, only issue I had with the place was the finace department making me wait over 3 hours before I could finish the deal. I made an appointment which I guess doesnt mean anything. So if you value your time dont waste it here. This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from this place. Very unprofessional.

Hit or miss depends who your service advisor is.My wife bought her 2017 wrangler sport here and she is lucky enough to have a good advisor for the past 3 years.However this one time when he is not available, the other advisor named Sean tried to took advantage of her, quoted her a $1000 + service at 36k. Basically he is trying to push some services which only needed to be done at 40k miles with certain driving conditions plus some other items we dont know because when asked this guy he refused to provide my wife a list.We follow maintenance schedule based on owners manual so I asked the reason behind the additional service, he got defensive and impatient, claimed we are required to do a 4x4 service(change front and back axle fluid) because she is on a severe maintenance schedule. He also claimed that their system indicates it is factory required for us to do so. (I called Jeep Customer Service later that day, they told me those so called factory required services are decided by dealership and owners manual is the only guidance they provide). In addition my wife drove her wrangler twice a day to commute to work, both highway miles about 20 mins drive in the morning and late afternoon and garage kept the car since day one so I dont think that is required for her in any sense even at 40k miles.Needless to say we are extremely frustrated for the service quality we got that day.

The service was not pleasant nor professional. This dealership put their practices before what I requested to be done. The dealership needs to improve customers service. So for me the facility isnt the best thier grade is 3% out of 10%. Customer service. To much back and forth and not responding to customers in a timely manner. Pray that if the public takes your vehicle there you receive better treatment.

I was in the market for a brand new Jeep Wrangler. The salesman who helped me treated me like I was the last person he wanted to help in that dealership. He was rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing him by wanting to place an order instead of buying one off of the lot.... he also informed me that on their new vehicles they mark MSRP up $5,000.

The dealer was incredibly effective and efficient when they were handling my vehicle. Robbie was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole thing. I only needed a state inspection and an oil change, and I was contacted with ease from Robbie when the vehicle was done. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Frisco Dodge!
