Customer service was outstanding! This will be my new spot should I need a u haul again

The guy in the office was on the phone reading back credit card information. Then yells back and forth with the person on the phone. Hangs up. Then starts cussing about women. My wife was standing next to me. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional. I will definitely take my business else where.

They are efficient, affordable, well furnished.Not last I really appreciated their flexibility when retuning the vehicles.Well if you have to move thats the place where to go.

I am standing on the street in the sun waiting for someone on the other side of an app on my phone to confirm who I am because this is self pick-up. There is no customer service because there is no one here. Will never use uhaul again.
