After Lowes experienced an order issue with my very expensive Levolor vertical blinds, Shawn did a great job of understanding the issue and looking for ways to fix it. After planning and hard work, Shawn corrected the issue and my new blinds / drapes look excellent. Your perseverance is much appreciated!

Worst in town!Awful customer service & work

Shawn,I have left multiple messages after my window measurement appointment back on July 13th, 2019, and NO one has returned my calls. Either you want my business or you do not want anyones business.RATING - Should be NO Stars.....ZeroMonika Newman

Lowe’s sent us to this business to get window treatments measured, ordered, and installed. They were supposed to call me to set an appointment within 48 hours but I didn’t hear from them until the 5th business day/Wednesday. I understand businesses can get busy...but when I informed the person who called me about the ordeal- she kind of shrugged it off and proceeded to ask if I still wanted the appointment. I said yes and she scheduled it for two days later (Friday) for Joel to arrive sometimes between 4-6pm.Friday came and no one arrived from 4-6pm. This is a new home development so I had to get the house specially unlocked and waited for Joel. I called the main office at 545 and recording said they were closed, but I left a message for Joel who should’ve arrived anyway just in case he gets it and got lost.It’s Monday after business hours and haven’t heard back from the business.
