Doesnt work on Motorola phones

First time I have used this company. I have a Samsung S 6 and needed a new battery replaced. All of the employees were very helpful. The repair guy said it would take about 2 hours to repair I just waited for him and he had it done in little over a hour. Love the work he did. Would recommend them to anyone.

I bring my sons iphone6 here to repair the screen often (he’s 14 and he’s rough.) I’ve received nothing but quality service. Prices are affordable which works for me because i don’t have a lot to spend.Staff is always friendly and helpful and in my experience, repair is always done in an extremely timely manner. Always same day, and generally within an hour or two.The one time someone took my sons phone to be repaired elsewhere because “it was cheaper” the screen ended up worse than when we took it in. So, for that reason, we found ourselves here once again. I swear by this place, and I won’t take my devices anywhere else for screen repair.10/10 would recommend.

I went to have my phone fixed and they had great customer service. They attended to my phones issues in a timely manner they always had a smile on their face, they were kind and polite and made me feel at home, and I will definitely come back here for my phones watches ect.....

After replacing battery, something went wrong with my phone. First, flashlight does not work, then new battery quickly discharge and worst, now would not even charge just after over a week since replaced the battery. Getting worse, now the phone always showing apple logo and disrupt whatever I am doing on the phone, its like re-starting. What remedy do I have ? Can I at least get back what I paid of $75, not to mention the inconvenience unable to use the phone properly ?

The lady who worked there got the repairs finished as promised. I returned at 3 and the phone was ready to go. I felt bad for her. Her colleague didn’t come to work so she had to answer phones, help customers and do the repairs as well.
