I had serious issues with my PC and needed it for work. Beside being very polite and helpful he explained in detail what my issues were and what could be done to fix my PC. My computer funs flawlessly and is better than ever. I would definitely comeback in the future.

Sent out my sons ps4 to be fixed 7/29 was told within a week or two it could be repaired. Was told it should be fixed. That was two weeks ago. It’s now 9/12 still hasn’t been repaired Nd no response from Ken. Horrible service! Ps4 is still in his possession.

Great costumer service, the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. My iPhone XS Max and 8 Plus was restored back to normal and it looks great. The real deal, this guy can refurbish, fix, and or construct a computer or phone. Super realistic on turn around time pretty efficient. I recommend taking any of your devices before giving up on them! And if u do they have new or refurbished phones there! One stop shop...

You can try for yourself but Id suggest going to a trusted friend, the geek squad or getting a whole new system before considering this place, based on my experience here. He had my computer for months did not call me once after promising to, every single time I called and went in to check on things. Plus, he refused to put my computer back together after taking it apart. Lastly, he made me sign something that he could not even uphold. I have been to several computer stores in my life. This one was not a good experience. Id even go as far as saying it was a scam. Like I said, try for yourself if youd like.

My Wifes computer screen wasnt working and we needed it fixed soon I happened to talk to Ken. He laid out all the options I could take which I really appreciated. My Wife and I were better able to find a solution that fit our needs. Ken was so knowledgeable and helpful, I will definitely call him again when I have another computer problem.

I would highly suggest and recommend these guys. They fixed my son computer. Made it like new. Turn around time was quick. Told them about the issue and he knew what was wrong with it.
