For The Most Part They’re Okay, I Came In Later In The Day. Maybe About An Hour & A Half Before Closing, I Got An Older Lady. Very Sweet. BUT I Felt Like She Was Rushing my Pedi. I Then Noticed She Was Doing Her Toes Before Walking in & She Probably Wanted To Finish Hers Before Closing. She Did My French Perfect But She Didn’t Remove My Ingrown & Could’ve Cut My Nails Down More

Pedicure was good but manicure wasnt. Acrylic was added very thick close to the cutical. Looks like the young woman that did my nails was just learning. Sorry to say I wont be going here again.

After just a week 5 jewels came off. Paint was chipping on a few fingers, and one of the tips off my stiletto nails broke off. Not to mention the girl who did my nails acted like she barely knew what she was doing. and I had to go back in 30 minutes later, because it was supposed to be black and I noticed in the sun it was a midnight blue. Terrible experience. And that’s after $40. I’ll definitely never go back. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I got a pedicure less than a week ago on 5-25/21 and now my toe nails have chipped. Not good quality for 40$ and did not even cover my whole nail and also didn’t trim my nails. Definitely not going again not worth the $$$!

Had my first set done here. Turned out great! Professional and clean. Shop was very busy but the beautician did not hurry. Will go again. Pricing seemed fair for a job well done.

I usually go in for an eyebrow and lip waxing. I’ve never had to wait and it comes out to 14 dollars for both. They always do a good job not matter which lady it is. Today I took my mom in for a pedicure and it was just in time before it got busy. They have massage chairs for those getting a pedicure and they are wonderful! :) The ladies are nice and they work hard. They do accept credit cards and have a restroom for customers. The pedicure was 22 dollars for each person which is not bad :) I will go back bc it is close to my house and they have fast and friendly service.

I got yellow nails with rhinestones. They turned out pretty but they are lumpy instead of a smooth finish with the top layer with glitter and i wish she would have put more layers of polish and glitter. Ill let them know for next time. Its what the customer wants! Not what the manicurist wants! Dont be afraid to tell them what u want! We are all paying good money to get our nails done just the way we want them done!, period. :)

Great nail salon. Friendly workers. Clean. Sophia and her brother John does great nails any length you want shes got you. Her brother did my nails today since Sophia is on maternity leave and I got 1 word for John. FABULOUS!!!!!!

I WAS NOT LUCKY GOING HERE! Terrible job shaping the nail, I had to grab the file and fix it myself. Then she painted on regular polish without using a base coat!! She globbed it on and it’s now gooey under the top coat. So upset and disgusted at their work

I hate going to places like this and they talk in another language and everyone starts laughing and the customers are looking like. what are they saying, whats funny? Are they talking about me. So besides that this lady saw my size 14s and she basically didnt want to do my feet. Half doing them so I didnt pay. I told her she can stop. They are not very friendly here. Also I walk in and speak they looking at me and said pedicure manicure sit down. 😒

The manicure and pedicure were very good, but the color nowhere near the one I showed them. I chose a pinky/plum. They painted my nails with red. Because there was a language barrier I could not communicate with them. Nice people and I tipped them, but overall too pricey for the wrong color. It was fortunate for me they were open today as my regular shop was closed.

God awful! I was going to get my nails done for a wedding I got gel and when I picked the color I wanted it was so much lighter then the actual color on the display! I showed a picture of the shape I wanted and she made it almond instead of oval. I was pretty calm but when I saw the color I was going to ask and she said “you’re fine it’s same color as your shoe!” In a very rude manner I am never going back to this salon ever again

This place was very unprofessional, they didnt clean my nails after each file, they a pile of glue in order for the righnstones. And my sisters sticker nails design came off less then 24hrs. They charged me $100. I will never return and u shouldnt either!!!!!

Took my daughter her to get her nails done for Disneyland. We showed the girl exactly what she wanted. The girl did a HORRIBLE job, left glue all over my daughters fingers, didnt file them down well at all, they look like a $20 job at best and she charged me $50! Worst mistake going there, NEVER AGAIN. She also did art my daughter didnt ask for and obviously knew my daughter wouldnt speak up because she was young.

Rude and take wayyy too long

This place was busy the reason for my one star rating, it’s very pricey I wanted a signature pedicure with gel for myself and daughter and a fill with gel polish. Pedicure was 32 the gel was 13 dollars etc for each of us hands and nails. The end result I was not happy with. Both hand and feet look messy my nails look bumpy. The nail polish isn’t even either. My regular place was closed and I was at target so I thought I would check I out. Will be the first and last time. Pretty much sloppy work rushed thru my nails did not file cut them evenly and hurt my cuticles so bad.

I was sitting in the pedicure chair for over half an hour and they made me move because another customer was gonna sit there they still made me wait a very long time they were very unprofessional.

I really enjoy the lovely technicians. They are able to make my nails look perfectly shaped and when its a design. So excellent

I hate to leave a bad review for a local business, but if I could give them a -1, I would. My experience was just that bad. Went in for a gel mani and pedi and I think they were racing to see who could finish first - the pedicure guy won! It was not a relaxing experience at all. The manicurist was rough and the manicure painful. The guy who did my pedicure gave me the laziest, quickest most uncomfortable pedicure ever. I was so confused why people were patronizing this establishment. Two days after I left the gel started to peel off of more than half of my nails so I had to go back to have them fixed, but they only did the same thing two days later - I didn’t bother returning. I just went somewhere else to get them done right. I will never step foot in this place again - never!!

Visited this place from out of town, they were rushing through the manicure and pedicure. When it came time to do the manicure they started to do a shape I had not requested even though I had shown a picture for what I wanted. When I realized what was happening she told me that she can not do my shape cause the nail was to short but I could change my shape to something else which was still not what was on the picture if I paid extra money. I said I was okay with her changing the shape but not okay with paying more since this was no fault of my own. The owner treated me with no respect and was very rude and yelling to a paying costumer. I informed I was okay with paying extra if they restarted from the beginning. The new set of nails were rushed and were very bumpy and crooked . When it came to paying, the manager was very rude and intimidating. Even though they had messed up and had to restart my nails there was no compensation for my time. I do not recommend this place at all, come here if you want to be scammed out of your money and treated very rudely.

So upon arrival you need to understand if you are cheap this salon is not for you. I got a mani pedi gel with acrylic and it was $91 I got a better pedi then the standard though. I noticed right away this is not a chatty salon meaning they don’t have too much to say to you but lots to say to each other not in English. Personally I am fine with this, I don’t care for small talk. It took alittle long and the prices definitely are not the best but the young girl that did my nails had crazy attitude she reminded me of myself stubborn and just mad for no reason. Lol ALL OF THAT ASIDE MY NAILS CAME OUT INCREDIBLE. they kept them nice and long and the shape were PERFECT.

Im never coming here again i walked in one Saturday evening for a full white tip set and my nails came out bumpy and not at all leveled with the acrylic! Not even 2 weeks later and one nail already fell off! Thats not good at all for getting charged $30. I usually get my nails done somewhere else and i decided to try this place since it looked very nice and elegant and i was deeply disappointed with my nails even more after one fell off. My nails are not what i expected to be for the price i paid i will continue with my previous nail salon there i at least get a good price for a good quality work. If even that at least put the right people to do the job who know what they are doing people pay good money for their nails when the job is done right! DISAPPOINTED !

Do not come here, went in for a gel manicure and the lady Tina was in so much of a hurry she couldn’t even take the time to file my nails straight or make sure the nail polish made it to the side of every single nail. As a customer I shouldn’t have to tell you those things.

A 3YR OLD COULD HAVE DONE BETTER

I went with 5 people to get our nails done When we got there, they were rushing to be done with us. When they started they kept moving us to chair to chair. When they were filing nails they were very rough and caused bleeding. They rushed through the gel nail application and forgot to take off the gel film. When it came to paying they thought there 6 people and they thought we were lying. This created a big unnecessary drama and we had to call back the rest of the party to show that in fact there was only 5 of us. Over all I do not recommend the are rude and disrespectful and on top of that their work is poor quality. Also showed favoritism to certain customers (aka not brown people )(Aka hates Indians )

Only 2 things I was not pleased with is how short my nails were when the staff member cut them down and I had the flakes added on and within 6 days, it started falling off :(

So I went into the salon yesterday. As I was getting my nails done, there was a black female who came and asked for a pedi. The asian woman said ok and went on, then five mins later she told her to come back tomorrow. Her excuse was that everyone was tired and wanted to go home. Confused, this female left. 10-20 mins later... another girl walks in, asks if theres still time for her to get a pedi... and they QUICKLY ATTEND HER. She was white. I was in disbelief, really, since even after her 2 other light skinned females asked for a pedi and were attended without question. I really enjoyed coming here, but I cannot support this nail salon any longer.

Horrible! I will never go here again. I waited 30 minutes and in that time 4 people that had come in after me were taken care of first. I had called earlier in the day to make an appointment and they said that they do first come first served. They need an education on what that means. Never again.

They charged me 32 for a full set when they charged the gal before me 25. I say something and they claim because I had white tips it was more. Ok I pay. My nails start peeling off next day. Crappy job, uneven nails. It was late so I didnt notice until I got home. Never again. Dont bother.

This place is ridiculously under staffed and highly unorganized. They display a full set for $20 and up. Ok so regular full set is 20 and if you want something special or different its 30....Wrong!!! $30 for a regular full set. they like to pile on the prices!! Not only that they these ladys came in for pedicures and they had two ladies sit in ped chairs the others sat and waited.....AS OTHER PEOPLE GOT TOOK IN FIRST!! and the left the other two ladies part of the party sit with there feet in water for an hour!!!

If I could wouldnt give a single star. It was hands down the WORST service Ive ever had. There were so many communication errors and they DID NOT give me what I asked for. I was ignored, treated poorly, and they constantly rolled their eyes at me when I had to repeatedly tell them that it wasnt what I wanted. The polish choices were very few, which forces you to get a gel color. I got a pedicure and a full set, which they didnt ask me what pedicure option I wanted and tried to charge me for the most expensive one and when I asked why my bill was so expensive, they couldnt explain it to me. So I told them that I just got a basic pedicure which said it was 25 dollars and they tried to charge me 45 and I did not receive any of the special scrubs or creams. They also tried to charge me 60 for a full set when it was priced at 25 also. I did not get any designs or jewles added to my nails. When they were doing the polish designs and jewles on my toes they did it in the wrong order, so it makes you have to come in sooner to get it redone. When I made a comment on it they started talking about how complicated I was being. I was not happy with my service and what was supposed to be full set and pedicure. I would go almost anywhere else aside from this place. I was fuming halfway through my service, I almost just got up and walked out, but I didnt want to put that garbage on anyone else to try and fix. I had to go home and fix them myself. They are very unproffesional and extremely rude.

Poor Customer Service, understaffed, and not diligent. Work is done sloppily and half assed. I got gel nails done and within the first week it was chipping. Not only this but the employees will have fights with one another during work hours, extremely unprofessional.
