I was there on 9/23 and I was the second one of the day. The lady told me there would be a 40 mins wait I told her that was fine, but I told her I had to be at by noon. She did a great job the reason I give it a 2 stars rating is because their price flex’s last time I was there I pay 30(gel) for a pedicure and this time she wanted $38 regular I told her that was fine but then she told me it would be $5 more to remove the gel. I said when did that happen and the the guy said it was always like that. I told him no because I had gel on last time and she did not charge me to remove it. I was just so frustrated with the situation because prices always jump up or down. And to top it off I had to go to the atm Machine to get money because there computer system was not working. Like I said the lady who did my nail was awesome she took the time she did a great job. They just got to make it clear what the prices are.

They do a great job. I got my nails polished and they did a very great job and they totally cleaned it and it looks so clean. Even though Ian diabetic they took care of me very well. I looked up his people should go there seriously they should check it out.

I don’t know what the mans name Is who did my nails, it was longer wait than he said but he did a good job. I got a little cough and he gave me a water bottle. It’s been 3 weeks and barely lifting all intact 👍

They cut my cuticle and didnt shape out the acrylic near the nail. Nails only lasted 9 days and usually last a month.

Had a flight the next morning. They agreed to do my nails last minute. Left white gel polish on all of my fingers. Gloopy polish on my nails. Rush job. Gel polish started chipping the next day. They Still had the nerve to charge me.

Its ok place Ive been there 2 times, its a little dirty there, I just dont like when I tell them I want regular polish they try to talk me out of it and to pay extra for the gel. Um no honey stop trying to convince me I said regular polish. They dont listen, did gel my hands and feet and wanted me to pay $55 I said nope I asked regular, you choose to put gel on me you pay the $10 extra not me. How about that. I walked out happy I can say that.

I have Black hair and I ask her can she Bleach my hair and it come out orange and red I was scary . I want to Professional Salon and they look at my hair and said she Did not repeat and did not put a toner on my hair to make it Blonde because my hair is naturally black she said $65. Then said it $ 75 . Please dont go there .So happy love my hair I want to fashion far it cost more but I was very happy to pay more.

Love the lady Lin, she does such a great job,2nd time going to her and just love her work. my nails last up to 3 weeks then Ill go in for a fill. Ill for sure continue to come back, because of Lin. Went to Lin for total of 5months.Update 9/3/18, just was told Lin no longer works there, only reason i went to this place, everyone else sucks, will no longer go and lowkey sad, now have to look for a new nail tech.

Will never go again very sloppy work. And unorganized. I had to go twice before my nails were done cus they were taking so long 2 hours for pedicure and mails for put on crooked and polish was messy. Total time was 3 and half hours.

My 1st & last time at this place...i was in a rush last minute stop before my brothers wedding the next day. Big mistake !!!None of them didnt understand anything i was telling them or other customers ..me & other customers had to explain. One lady almost cut off my real nails ..she thought i wanted fake nails..i stopped her just in time.. I had told her i wanted my nails square shaped ..and french tip white with pink.. she filed them to nubs... I wanted to cry ..the polish was flaking off by the time i went to wedding . I paid big $ for the worst service ever !!!!

This place is horrible I would not recommend it and I am not going back that’s for sure I went on my birthday to get my nails done and it was stuffy and crowded in there and they messed my nails up the shape was not the shape I asked for and every color I would ask for I kept getting told there were out of it I just feel like a nail salon should have all the products they need and satisfy their customers and that is something they didn’t do I wasted 35 dollars and when I went back to ask them to please fix them they refused and said I already payed it’s too late

Horrible. Got my nails done 5 days ago and they have air bubbles in it and the acrylic was all on side of my nails! $30 for plain gel/acrylic tips (They said it would last 2-3 weeks longer) theyre already coming off!! Dont go here or you will regret it!

Worst pedicure I ever had! Not focused on quality. Only want money. Half painted my toes. Painted my skin polish came off next day and I paid for gel. New girl actually took her time and put in care. They were complaining that she was too slow. I work for my money and you have to work for yours. I will NEVER go back. Please do not waste your time and money by going there. I had Moony or Moody. This place was horrible and unsanitary. The spa chairs did not have a plastic lining in them and the customer service was horrible. 3 of us came to get our nails done and not one of us was pleased. They refused to refund the money back . Horrible experience and the fact that they did not care speaks for itself. Please do not go here!

I was charged 70$ for a pedi and full set all one color and gel. My nails look so lumpy and I didnt get no foot scrub or massage. NEVER going here again.

It was expensive and the work was trash. I still had cuticles on my nails and the polish was everywhere. My moms French tips were so uneven and my boyfriends pedi left his feet feeling more dry than they were before. Extremely disappointing.
