I’ve always enjoyed every visit. They’ve treated us like family throughout our entire experience. I want to give a special thank you to the owners and I look forward to my next visit.

Owner was extremely rude, both of them! They gave me attitude even though it was my first time there! I asked them if I could try out a watch and they denied me?! I own a Rolex and a few omega time pieces so it’s not like I can’t afford them! Overall, it’s inexcusable the way they treat their customers! I’ve also noticed a lot of 5 stars reviews and in all honesty after reading those. I’m not sure if we’re talking about the same jewelry shop. Terrible place please stay away!

Bought my wifes wedding ring here and had a great experience. This is the only store around that sells Breitling watches, which are amazing.

I went to the store recently and I can’t believe how non-existent the customer service was. The worst part was that the guy I presume the manager was very rude. He said to me if I wanted to try out the Omega Seamaster I had to buy it before trying it! I have never heard such an absurd way of thinking! Not to put any stereotypes or anything but I was wearing casual clothes along with sporting my Omega Aquaterra so even if he saw that I *didn’t have the money to buy a watch* it doesn’t excuse his way of treating me like I didn’t deserve to even be in the store. Overall, I have never in my life written a review let alone a 1 star review. In all honesty if I could give a lower score I definitely would.

Well, here it goes. I have never given a one star review anywhere no matter how bad I have been treated. But given that I’m writing this. This experience surely takes the cake. The cake as the worst place and worst experience in any retailer I have ever been a part of. Both owners are terrible, this may sound messed up but I understand why that jewelry shop looks empty every time.

I just went in this morning and let me just profess this. This has got to be worst experience ever. The staff gave tis aura of not wanting to help me out. I have never been to a store and felt so unwelcome as this one made me feel. I cant ever seem myself doing back to this store which is a shame since theres not a lot of stores that sell Omegas and Breitling watches. Its unfortunate that Ill have to drive further to LA to Feldmar Watch company or another AD. Just disappointed

They did great work on my wife’s rings, and on some of my watches. They are always friendly and honest. Always do work in a reasonable time and the price is always fair. You can tell they really care about the work they do.

Outstanding experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, fair and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I will return to do more business and highly recommend them for a “World-Class” experience.

Nice owners, batteries were a little pricey.

They take good care of my jewelry. Its always so pleasant when I visit them.
