Cyndie at Rogers in Fresno is amazing! She helped me pick out a beautiful halo with very good quality diamonds to go around my large diamond on my wedding band. I was a little nervous that it would change the look of my ring too much. She was kind enough to send me pictures before they fully attached it to make sure I loved it first..... and I did!! It was the perfect addition to my ring for my 15 year anniversary.Everyone there is kind and welcoming. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This place is amazing in every way!! They have a very wide selection of jewelry (rings, earrings, watches, etc.) I came in looking for an eternity band and Cindy was quick to help me. She walked me through the entire store and showed me all of the beautiful rings they had to offer. I choose a beautiful eternity ring and had it custom made with yellow gold. I went to Cyndi and she was very polite and professional, she went above and beyond and not only had my ring cleaned, but also had my ring resized for me as I explained to her that it was a little big on me. She took the time to talk with me, understand my needs, and figure out the perfect size for my ring. I got my ring back and it not only fit perfectly, but it was cleaned and made look like brand new. She is a manager and diamond expert and most likely shouldnt have been customer servicing me, but she did and we proceeded to look over the inventory. Horrible experience. Had a ring resized asked for a 1/2 size bigger instead i got a ring double the size. Despite having to come back several times it took weeks to get the ring back. Upon picking up the ring I was given a hard time. The clerk asked for ID i willingly gave it to her. Then she said I was not on the account, she requested i call my husband. Confused as why i was being questioned I asked for them to clean my wedding ring we purchased there. They said they were too busy and no one can do it. I finally reached out to the sales guy who helped me originally and they changed their tune. Another clerk saw how upset i was and graciously cleaned my wedding ring. They are so rude at Rogers River-park!!! I hope management sees my post!!!
