Had the best experience there. Lovely lady cut my hair and engaged in a conversation. Really kind and professional stuff. The place was clean also. The product display on point. The waiting time wasnt that long . Id definitely recommend it.

This definitely worth the price. I checked in online and when I showed up I only waited 5 minutes. I got a great hair cut with warm towel, massage and shampoo all included. My stylist was great and made sure I was happy with my haircut. I definitely recommend this place.

I brought my 9yo son here after his previous barber retired. He was nervous about seeing someone new but Harley put him at ease quickly. She listened to what he wanted and talked to him throughout the cut to make him comfortable. He left smiling and when it was time for another haircut he knew exactly who he wanted to see. Went today for his second cut and had another great experience. The cost is reasonable but most importantly the quality of the cut and the overall experience for my son will keep us coming back.

I felt that this place was very unsafe for Corona virus. So I left without getting a haircut.

I asked for a haircut longer than a finger and then she cut it way lower she was very rude and it was just a poor place to go

Harley was awesome! Friendly and good timing. I was able to have my 13yr old son go in by himself while I waited in the car with my 2 toddlers. When she was done I ran inside to pay, where she handed me a bunch of coupons and was super friendly. Very clean and fun decor inside. They were also following Covid safety precautions to a tee 🙌🏼 Checking in online was also super helpful and they were very punctual with the estimated arrival time 👌🏼 We WILL be back to this location and Harley specifically. Rose gave me an all around amazing experience for my first time! Getting rid of all my dead hair, scalp massage and rinse in a massage chair and finally a massage wand to relax the muscles. I cant wait for my next visit!

I had the best haircut Ive ever had! The MVP experience was so relaxing and my stylist Rose knew what she was doing! Ive never walked out of a shop that confident in my haircut, I will definitely be a returning regular.

Came in for a haircut. Was kind of disappointed. they dont do razor fades. Halfway through the haircut she says that I am the 1st guy that shes ever done a 0 fade on with curly hair. After a while she starts to show body language signifying lack of confidence in her ability to cut my hair the way it is supposed to be done. After a few more minutes she asks for help from another stylist. Very disappointing. It looked UGLY. At the end I was charged $24 for a haircut that look NOTHING like how I wanted it to be. Never going here again. Not to mention the machine at the cash register does not give you an option to not tip otherwise she would have got nothing. Never go here if you are going for a fade or if you have ethnic. Hair fair warning.

First time visit and was beyond impressed!!! The store is clean and extremely organized! Bonus my former coworker, Sarah works there! Checking in online is fantastic and easy to complete when you walk into the store. Waiting area is totally engaging. Shampoo area is relaxing with the best massage chairs ever! Definitely male focused but I felt beyond comfortable and welcomed! Look forward to my next visit!

I brought my three boys here for a haircut and the woman were amazing! They were very friendly and made sure my boys were enjoying every part of their haircuts! All three of my kids said this is now their favorite place to go!

We took our 3 year old to get a hair cut to fix the quarantine cut we gave him. The girls working were so great with him. He was tired and very upset. They were not phased at all! One did the hair cut and the other tried to entertain him with whatever she had handy. For all the tears and movement, he still left with a good hair cut. Thank you Jasmine and Stephanie!

I have been a Sport Clips customer for years. I’m happy that we have a SC closer to home. I heard that Vanessa, the former manager at the Palm Avenue shop, has worked at the Brawley shop occasionally. Vanessa’s service is the reason I pay more for a haircut at SC.I appreciate an assocaite who washes a man’s hair with confidence not gentleness. Guys want a firm hair wash/head massage. I make Sport Clips part of my day when I need the stress-relief of a good head and back massage. That’s what has set SC apart from other barbers for me, and what I hope to experience at your new place in the future (but it was not my first experience at your new Brawley store.) Best of luck for your new store; I’ll be back to give it another try.

Like the upbeat atmosphere. Took my 15 yr old for a cut, great service, great friendly staff, and I do love the online check in that reduces your time significantly. The most hated part of hair cutting is the long lines and this place has nailed it by saying your time matters! Only reason why I gave 4 starsis due to the cut, it had some flaws but nothing that couldn’t be fixed with some suggestions next time, and also while we were there, they played this AAA infomercial for half the time that was really annoying, but did change it. We definitely found our new barber shop, clean and convenient.

The people were great, friendly, informative, and caring of customers. We went in to get my husbands hair cut, he recently lost his eye and his eye area was crushed, he still has surgeries ahead. He wears an eye patch, but, of course had to take it off for the hair cut. I was impressed by the professionalism of the hairdresser, she did not shrink away from him. Yet showed interest in what happened.

Its great! They can give you a shampoo along with a massage chair, and a hot towel that smells of lavender. Rose was exceptional! She asked all the right questions and gave me exactly what i wanted!

Do not get your hair cut by Rose, she is unprofessional and has a bad attitude. I presume this was her first time cutting hair. Once a man tells the stylist what he wants done & exactly the number to use for the clippers, i dont expect the stylist to say Ive never cut your hair before so I dont know how you want it. This was just explained to her, which was done about 3 more times. She didnt even out the sides & left the hair uneven. The whole experience took about 5 minutes, as compared to about 25 minutes at the Herndon and Palm location.

We were able to schedule appointments for both of my kids with Kat, she was great with my 4 and 2 year old. She was quick and efficient and great with the kids. The whole shop was nice and clean, great experience

Tried to get a haircut, they told me I had to have a mask. I told them I have COPD. They said it was the law. Really? What legislative body passed such law? I have never filed an ADA complaint, guess I will be doing so now. No great loss, they are too stupid to cut my hair anyway.
