I go here for my boys and the gals that have cut their hair are very patient and helpful. My youngest are 2 and a lot of places dont like cutting their hair. So I truly appreciate these ladies. 🥰

Asked for a low fade, got an extremely high fade. Asked them to leave 6 inches on top, was left with about 3. The store is clean and the people are friendly but they only do 1 hair cut

I went in because I didn’t feel like driving an extra mile for a fade. I seen this place had a lot of good reviews so I tried it out. I think this place has potential but it’s not fully there with the fades and design. It was a great experience that’s the 3 stars. But if you need to wait an extra week or drive a couple miles more to get a haircut I would advise so. They aren’t a bad place but lineups and fades aren’t there thing. I also said I wanted half an inch off the top and ended up with half my hair gone (went in with 4 inches of hair). It’s a decent place for decent hair cuts but they don’t specialize in anything more. I was charged almost $60 for just two of us and all we got was a haircut. Definitely not worth the money. I wish I would’ve known sooner. Avoid this place if you care about details.

The first two times I went I didnt get anything really complicated. Got a fade both times with a fairly short top and they both looked great. This time, my third visit, I had a lot longer hair. I wanted to keep the length on top and get a fade. I told the barber what I was looking for but gave her the freedom to do what she though would look best. I didnt want the top cut at all but she asked if I want the tips clipped, assuming the tips meant no more than a quarter of an inch i agreed. In the end she cut more than an inch off the top and left the very front alone. So not I got about a half inch on top and about 2 1/2 to 3inches of bangs. The fade was also terribly done. The fade line is very harsh and the fade is barely even there. Ive gotten better hair cuts for 5 dollars. But Ino I paid $22 with a $5 tip because I didnt notice how bad it was til I was home.

The ladies who cut my grandson’s hair have done absolutely perfect jobs each time. It doesn’t matter which Barber does the job They’ve been able to handle their cowlicks successfully. Even if there’s a wait it’s worth it!

My husband and son get haircuts from there pretty regularly. We have usually been very pleased with their work, but after the haircut my husband received we will never be going back.First, let me say that Dianna cut my son’s hair and it looked great! If this review was just for her work I would be giving a four star rating. In fact, she is the only reason i am putting two stars instead of one.Now, the woman who cut my husband’s hair butchered the HELL out of it!! Apparently she was the manager of the store. I think she must be new because I have never seen her before. My husband wanted a FADE starting with zero. He told her not to go high up with the zero, but she insisted it would look better and did it anyway. This woman took that zero and went higher than I have ever seen! His hair looks like a BAD military cut, like some sort of character coming out of Mad Max. He is mortified, debating shaving his head and starting all over again because. The haircut is beyond repair and if he doesn’t decide to shave it he will be forced to wear hats for ages. And the fade is so high that we are unsure if it will look normal when it grows out! Never in my life have I seen my husband so upset about his hair-never!My husband will NOT be going back to this Sports clips. This is unfortunate because Dianna did a good job on my son, but my husband cannot risk having that manager come close to my husband or son’s head!

I love checking in online and coming to this location. The staff is always friendly and attentive to my specific haircut requests. As a sports fan, I love having sports all the TVs.

Employees are nice, but $18 is way too much for a simple kid’s trim or haircut, that doesn’t even include a wash or style.

I recently visited the location at Herndon and Palm. I showed up at 7:30 approximately 30 minutes before the store closed and was helped by Hannah. Hannah was very courteous and did an excellent job in giving me exactly what I requested. I will return to this location for as many future haircuts as I can. The only drawback was the fact that I literally had to do 5 minutes worth of data entry before Hannah could start working on my haircut. That was the only drawback and the reason for a four-star and not a 5-star rating. Again the service was friendly and very satisfying. Hannah did a great job!

IvI only been there once so far, but I like the fact that Jasmin was consistent, and asked a lot of questions to make sure my hair was just the way I wanted it.

My husband went here yesterday and the stylist talked the ENTIRE time about herself and her kids, so much so that she wasnt paying attention to the job she was doing and left a huge patch of uneven hair on the back of his head, and when we went back in to have her fix it she pretended as if she didnt see what we were talking about. Not only that but she also didnt take any length off the top and my husband was done at that point so we just left. Stylists name Kristine

We received a coupon in the mail for a free haircut for new customers. Weve never been to this location, or any other sport clips. When my partner came in and tried to redeem the coupon, they tried to tell him that hes been to the location twice before. The stylist he spoke to, took a condescending attitude, and treated him like he was trying to cheat the company.I understand mistakes happen, but Ill never step foot in to any sport clips again.

Still dont know how to do a basic hair cut. I asked for a medium fade. Zero on the side and siccors on top. The hair cut is all lob sided now. And they were practicing on my head because one girl forgot how to fade half way through. Practice on someone elses next time.
