They always do a great job even if you go in not knowing what you want

My daughter got her haircut here and they did a great job. Did exactly what she asked for and it was only $23 for the cut!

I used to go to this location always. I will no longer go to this location. I booked online like I usually do. Go in and sat down was not greeted when I entered. As I was sitting 2 kids came in and then someone decided to help. I over heard her say that they were booked and she would be the two kids on the list if noone shows at the time then they can take it. So I told her nobody helped me when I walked in and to make sure my name was there. She told me it was not. So I asked if she could put me on the waiting list she told me it was full. So I asked her to put me before the two kids who came in and she refused to do it. Saying she dont want to tell them that. I told her if you were doing your job correctly and greeted me as I came on my name would be above the kids name. She refused to do it. Sad thing its the lady who cuts my hair all the time Jenn I used to give this lady good tips. You will longer be getting my service or my tips. Horrible customer service Jenn.

Wait was long, but the service was good.

Save your money, they all give the same haircut everytime. You ask for a fade, they just buzz off all your hair. You ask for layers they take out chunks of your hair, not even trying. Im not even sure if they can see what they are doing. They need more training/practice. Not worth $20.

Beyond dissapointed.I understand the whole customer greeting/talking during a haircut scenario. Its actually really nice to be heard and talked to while getting a trim or cut. BUT.... if the waiting line is long, and there are a TON of walk-Ins and they already have a long-a$$ check in from online..... and the stylist are doing more talking than cutting...(LEAVE...Go online and book your appointment, or else you will be left waiting for 1-2 hours!!!!).. I draw the line. People are waiting. Yes, be nice and carry on a conversation. But please, dont stop to make eye contact for five minutes to carry on a conversation when you need to be cutting. Cut and talk. I promiss that the stylist will get compliments and a bunch of tips.Also if someone comes in to ask about coloring their hair, please stylist, dont explain to them in full detail for 10min of the process. They should be put on the waiting list, and they will get their turn once their name gets called.Stylist can say thank you for coming. Yes we do color. Right now we are busy, and i would love to explian in full detail the coloring process. But, we have a lot of clients waiting. I would love to put you on our waiting list, if that is okay with you? Then i will be able to give you a great synopsis of the hair coloring - and end with BIG smile.Also TMI on the topics they talk about. Seriously, dont want to hear about your horrible date/party night. 😑I give them a ☆☆☆☆ for giving good haircuts. The stylist are nice, but the wait and talking is ridiculous.....

This is the only place that I will go to get my hair cut, I only have to tell them how I want it cut and they do a super job ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

I love the Marks and Shaw location. My son can be a bit of a handful, but everyone there has always done such a great job handling him and giving a great hair cut. Definitely kid friendly!

Not single parent friendly! I have a son with autism who has difficulty with sensory issues. Getting a haircut has always been a challenge. We both came in for haircuts. The lady cutting his hair just expected him to “stop and calm down”. She also didn’t let my son sit next to me to get a haircut. I am a single mother and I can’t leave my small child in the waiting area where I can’t see him and he can run out the door!! Ugh I really wish people would give a little help when others are struggling.

Went a few times just to make sure it wasnt a fluke, but every haircut Ive had here has been a huge disappointment. Many missed/uneven spots on a very basic haircut, hit my ears a few times with the razor, and most recently a line of cuts/pinches along my neck. Id recommend taking a bit more time to go to a different store, I wont be returning to this one.

Amazing! I went in on a Friday night last minute. They were a bit busy but the wait wasnt bad. Victoria is the stylist that helped me and she is fantastic!! I wanted something a lil different and short but wasnt sure what. I just let her do what she wanted and I was so happy!! Best haircut in years😁

Pleasingly surprised. Stopped in with a friend (he) was getting a haircut. Got a quote to have my roots touched up. And the pride was very competitive ., so I might have to give them a chance.

They did a good job.

Super cuts was super fast and super cheap as I had a 4.oo off coupon. She gave me the exact cut I wanted. I left her the 4.00 from the coupon and then some for the tip. I will be a regular there from now on.

Did not cut my hair like I asked, I had layers and she cut it all an even length without layers. That same day my 8 year old daughter also accompanied me and I asked for 6 inches to be trimmed off of her hair and she cut only about 2 inches off. I have had good visits before but this was not a good visit.

Courtney did an amazing job on my hair! She took her time and didnt cut it too short without making sure I wanted it that way. Everyone at the salon was very kind and I will definitely be going there again.

Not the best experience here, stylists dont acknowledge you when you walk into store and its not in a very good area. The store itself is ran down and had a very unpleasant odor to it, the decor is outdated and the stylists did not seem to work very fast. This must definitely be one of the unpopular stores and it is easy to see why. Not a very clean atmosphere or very friendly staff.

Very poor service. Although I booked the appt slot online first available yet I was not given my turn. Not a single word by the hair dresser explaining when my turn will be and ignored. Not ethical.

It has been a while since my last haircut, and I wasnt quite sure what I wanted to do with it, I just wanted it short. Mariah was my haircut chick and she did an awesome job.

I can say Ive went several times and each time is worse than the last. Ive had my neck nicked all over by clippers, Ive made an appointment and the girl obviously tried to squeeze someone else in that wasnt even there because they needed to go grocery shopping and would return. The stylist are terrible. Ive had three different stylist and it was just a ahit show there. Im super disappointed.

If you want a good haircut dont waste time coming to this Supercuts. I was literally turned away when a stylist couldnt cut my hair, after taking someone that was going to spend more money then me, and instead of someone else cutting it right then and there I was told to comeback in a hour to a hour and a half. I have been trying to get my haircut from this establishment for three days. They are a waste of time. The price is not even worth the cut.

The girls there always do a great job with my son. Hes been going since he was a lil over two yrs n hes now 5. They know how to calm him down, have patience with him, n get it done fast. I do recommend tgem to family n frens all the time.

This place does get busy, so an appt would be recommended. But the longest Ive had to wait was only 45 mins. The ladies that work here are very nice and get my haircut right every time.

It was a long wait but, I went in on a Friday with no appointment.The two younger stylist very sweet and my son got a really good haircut and I would go back.

Horrible customer service! I went in, walked to the desk, was completely ignored. Sat there for 15 minutes, meanwhile a white lady walked in, she was immediately acknowledged and ask to be put on the list. All the women whom work here seem extremely conceited, and are completely rude.! Dont go here unless you are white and of high class.

My Hair cut is cute

The lady i saw was rude too start with. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and it says prices start at 8, the lady charged 10.50 . When I was sitting at the hair washing chair the lady kept pushing my head into the sink pretty hard. Finally when I looked at my eyebrows they looked curved at the beginning when I asked for an arch. She didnt do them well either. I wouldnt go there again.
