My friends minivan broke down and we took it to Ball because of its proximity to where we were. Ruth was our first contact, and she was extremely professional and honest.Mike was next, and he was just as professional and honest telling us he might not be able to look at the car until Monday.Very professional team, gave us a ride home and offered to pick us up to get my friends van when they were done working on it.Number one thing to note is that they were respectful and VERY trans-friendly saying yes maam and no maam without any hesitation. Fresnos trans community needs to give their business to Balls Automotive!!

Its close to Fresno City College and its very easy to find. :) I go to Ball Tire every time I need something done with my car. I went there 3 months ago to get my alignment but I ended up not getting nothing done but just a broken top fiber glass piece from my car.... After they inspected my car, they told me that my car needed an important part replaced because it was broken and it was going to be the total of $1,200. I then was told that my top for my corvette was broken because it fell on the road. I drove my car there and it didnt fall on me but when the mechanic drove it for the test, it did fall on him. He told me that he wasnt going fast but I knew he was lying because I know my car. The total cost for the repair of the top was $220 out of my pocket and they didnt pay anything. They just did not charge me for the alignment but they didnt even do the alignment because of the replacement it needed. I then took it to a chevy dealership and they told me that the alignment is only$89 and there wasnt anything wrong with any part. This shop is a big scam for people who dont need to pay more than they need, please listen and believe me. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP BECAUSE THEY ARE BIG LIARS. Its better to take it to your local dealerships because they will be HONEST with you and get the job done.
