They were AWESOME! I was super nervous to take my car to a new mechanic shop (I’m not from Fresno and I usually drive home to service it) but in an emergency they were able to take in my jeep and fixed her up super fast. So grateful and will be going back!

First experience with Harolds recently after being referred by some friends. Very pleased with the experience. They explained the diagnosis procedure to be confident in the correct repair, completed the repair at a very fair price in a timely manner, located and informed me of another issue that needed attention and fixed that as well, and took care of the regular services I had also requested. Its been about week since I got my vehicle back and its been running great and its been great to drive it again after needing its repair for quite some time. I will definitely be taking my other vehicle to them in the future when it needs work.

He told that there is only one place he would take his own car. And that is all I need to here....So I call Harold’s Automotive and they were able to get me today. They completed a checklist of my vehicle issues and told me in detail what we needed to do today and what we can wait on. I left my vehicle in good hands. We talked twice thought out the day. It was ready when I was told that it would be done. I was thanked by three employees/mechanics before I left in my truck.Great communication. Great customer service.I felt at home as if I was with my previous mechanic. It’s hard to find a place you trust and they have already earned mine.
