Never in my life have i seen someone or a company abuse their clients. Taking advantage of the elderly should be a crime. How many times in 1yr can u change a alternator?? Yall changed this part 4 times in one year? Why?? Your a scam. And now i have the car that yall deliberately jerry rigged.... Yall are very lucky that I cant sue you. The person who had the car b4 me should though. Yall ripped her off repeatedly since 2015.

During the two years I lived in Fresno, this was my go-to car shop. The customer service is excellent. If I needed work that they didnt do (such as windshield repair) they advised me on where to go, what sort of work to expect, and how much I should reasonably pay. I trusted them to be honest with me and take good care of my car.

They have worked on my car a few times now. With the different repairs I need education on my 2000 SUV, their price was the best, their very friendly and they know what their doing. I trust them and know my car is in good hands. Both of them take pride in their work and stand by their job. My car runs great!!!! Thank you making us feel comfortable, we had been to other mechanics and I just didnt feel right. Youre in the right hands at Tower Automotive.

Back in 2015 I realized I found my guy! This guy is my Car Husband..honest, reasonable timely, and listens to me stress when I have a car issue...then he steps in and calms my nerves and does what he does best..fixes the problem!!
