Vue fast has change ownership under Eagle automotive but vue is there still working and friendly. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

Ive been going to vues since I was nineteen years old from my Toyota Honda eclipse acura rsx bmw x 5 up in till now he and his staff always been great to me .and im sure to others im 39 years old now and still a happy customer .now in days my son takes his car to get repairs done when needed.I do recommend .

Broke a peice off of my cap that where I pour my motor oil into and didnt clean off any excessive oil that dripped onto the car. Also charging me $20 when they literally say flat rate $15

It is a workshop to change parts only, in electrical and codes, sensors change like crazy, and without any result, now the name is changed to Eagle auto services, very bad experience and I can prove it

My experience with Vue Fast Auto Repair was not the best at all. I took my vehicle in for Vue to change my spark plugs and he only changed 5 spark plugs out of six, (its a 6 cylinder so 6 plugs) I assume Vue didnt change that particular plug cause he would have to move the steering shaft. Why I say he didnt want to move the steering shaft to get to that plug,... Well my next tune up at a different shop, the mechanic had asked me have I ever changed my spark plugs and who had changed it cause one of the cylinder had a plug that was different from the rest and that old plug was hard to get to cause he had to take off the steering shaft to get to it cause the shaft was in the way... Then I knew how lousy, unexperienced, and horrible of a mechanic Vue was. Ill NEVER go back there.

This place can work for other people who want to save a couple bucks, but unfortunately it didn’t work out for me. I got recommended by a friend, therefore I trusted Chong (seems to be the owner) and towed my car here.My car cranks but doesn’t start. My battery is just 1 year old and still in good condition, but it is drained out because I put my emergency light on last time it broke down. I also didn’t drive my car for 1 month. I tried to explain all that to Chong but he doesn’t take my words seriously. I asked him to charge my battery and see if it works but he keeps saying it’s very weak and I should get it changed. I believed him so I spent my time to come back his shop to get my battery and got it checked at Walmart. He gave me a ride to Walmart and back to his shop, which was nice of him, because I don’t have any other means of transportation. Walmart said the battery is good, it just needed a full charge. Seemed like he ignored my words, didn’t give it a good charge and just assume it was bad. I was upset because he wasn’t serious with his work and didn’t take me seriously. He might think I’m just a girl and I know nothing about cars. I don’t appreciate that. I’m a girl but I know my car; before I did jumpstart it to test and it cranks just fine. Luckily I had AAA and got my car towed to another shop, for free. If not, I’d be more upset.To sum up, I don’t like his way of communication and working. He might be a nice person but I came to get my car fixed, not to waste time and energy. I will never come back again.
