WOW! Bailey was amazing! So knowledgeable. So patient. I had really old devices and it took her a long time to process the transfer to my new devices. She was great at helping me decide which devices would work best for ME. She is available in the future if need be. She has been there a while and I believe will remain. Had the best experience ever in a phone store here. While I was there for a while (had to transfer lots of data to my new phone), Bailey could not have been more helpful or patient throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about all the technologies, phones and features and just darn nice. I transferred from AT&T (who I had been with since the beginning of cellular time), and am so glad I did. Im saving money on my monthly plan and getting more hot spot capabilities. Highly recommend this store!

I went in to the store today to switch back to Verizon today and I was immediately greeted by Ms Bailey, who helped me pick a nice flip phone and good plan, and I was even able to keep my same number. She was very knowledgeable and I was impressed by how quick and painless the whole process was. I feel better knowing that I have somewhere to go if I ever need help with my devices in the future, as I am older and technologically challenged. Five stars!

However, the details we discussed with Andy were not the same as what Bailey was seeing. Apparently, the phones we have to trade in for the deal are not in a high enough tier. The deal wont work out the way we were sure it would when we spoke to Andy. This is a ~ $600 savings deal no longer on the table. One we waited months for.Andy apparently is new and therefore I suppose is very inexperienced, so according to Bailey if they were to give us this deal he would have to pay for it (basically theyre guilt tripping us for their mistake-not a good sign). We are hoping that by going back tomorrow to speak to the area manager Virgil we can come to a happy resolution. We certainly do not want anyone to lose their job or lose a paycheck especially around the holidays but were not appreciative of the massive screwup. Again, we waited months for this and now any good deals are no longer available.Will update this review and will happily give a higher rating if after tomorrow Virgil is able to solve the issue.

Bailey Loomis at the Fredericksburg Verizon store is solid. She babysat me through a huge mix up with corporate Verizon. She was understanding and professional through out the several month ordeal. Everything got resolved. If you need help ask for her.

Whenever I have an issue with my phone or iPad, the people at the Verizon store are so helpful. Not only did miss Bailey fix the issue I had where I could receive calls, she walked me through fixing the issue myself should this happen in the future and taught me how to use the Verizon app. Awesome service!

I had an old plan and when she presented the new plan, it ended up being cheaper and had much more benefits in the end.

Today I purchased my new phone from the cellular sales store here in Roseburg Texas and I have to tell you the experience was outstanding great conversation friendly people friendly reps overall amazing experience I was able to not only get the content transferred from my old device over to my new phone however I was also able to set my phone up like for like the way that I had everything orientated on my last phone. Krystal is a Queen among Men! I live in Houston and had to call my grandparents in Kingsland to get a location that was open so I could get a hold of someone. Quarantine down here in Houston and even customer service lines were shut down, but grandmother gave me a number for a Verizon store that was open in Fredericksburg, TX. Krystal is the official savior that I needed. This rep not only helped me get a hold of somebody for replacing my phone, but also navigated me through as quickly as I could. Thanks to Krystal, I am now getting a replacement phone on Monday and she said if I have anymore problems, to call and ask for her. I stepped into the store looking to upgrade my iPhone 7. I was invited in by JaRayiah and Virgil. They took the time out to explain the differences in my options to upgrade. I ended up taking a brand new iPhone 11. JaRayiah was able to transfer over all of my data to the new phone. I am pleased with the service I was given today and will be in contact with JaRayiah and Virgil for any other of my wireless needs.

I went to pay my phone bill on August 1st. Simeon Barnes was my Verizon account representative. I had a $92.17 bill and asked him to apply $100 so I would have a positive balance in the future month. He did a transaction for the current due amount and charged me $1.00 processing fee. Then he told me he had to do a second transaction to apply the remaining amount....and he charged me another $1.00 processing fee.CMON MAN....are times that tough at Verizon? I give you ⭐⭐ because he was polite.

Today I worked with Virgil boykin he was my wireless expert he was able to help me change out my defective device when it all of a sudden died on me not only was he able to help me return my lost photos contacts and messages but he was also able to help set up the Bluetooth in my vehicle as well as help me get the accessories needed for my device to work and perform properly I was also given a credit to help compensate some of the cost of my accessories if you are in the Fredericksburg area either have or are looking to get Verizon service I highly recommend you stop by the location here in Fredericksburg Texas for service

The one and only employee in the building severely needed training an assistance. She lacks customer service skill after 20 minutes of not even being acknowledged I proceeded to call customer service while in the store. She greeted and acknowledged the customer that came in after me before she finally acknowledge me while I was on the phone with Verizon. If I could give less than a star I would.

Was very disappointed with service here. There was only one attendant who did not smile or make eye contact the whole time we were there. Plus she argued with me about switching my mothers prepaid phone to her tablet plan because she was only half way through her pre paid minutes. I understand that would be paying about 25 dollars for nothing but Im rarely in town to help my mother do things like this and getting her to do them herself is practically impossible. So here we are 5 months down the road and the problem is still not resolved because I didnt want to spend any more time arguing with a girl that obviously didnt care about her customers anyways.
