Horrible customer service and unreliable. I left a couple of voicemails and never had my call returned. I finally texted the third week of June and heard back in a couple of days; I was told the prices, via text, and informed they were a month behind on installs. That was June 29. I never heard back and texted August 13, asking for an estimated ETA on the install. That text was never responded to.

Great company really good choice for those who live in the country.

We installed Nexstream and signed up for youtube tv (which has all the sports channels I ever watch as well as most of our favorite channels). We also get the locals out of San Antonio and Austin. We cut the cord to our TV provider and our previous internet provider. We are saving about $100/month. We replaced two large satellite dishes with one 12 inch dish. We replaced a modem, internet receiver, the TV provider console, and a jungle of wires with a unit the size of a wall plug that is plugged direct into the wall. That’s it!Our internet is much faster and we can now get Netflix, Amazon, YouTube tv, and a multitude of others. With these we can access all the episodes of our favorite shows all the way back to season 1.We are now looking at a VOIP phone to save another $50 a month by cutting the land line.Finally, the last best thing is the owner of Nexstream is a local who was a student in my chemistry class at FHS many moons ago.
