I cannot recommend Spartan highly enough. They responded quickly, mitigating the amount of damage done as a result. Experiencing a house fire is a very traumatic and emotional experience due to the immense loss of your personal belongings and being forced from your home. Spartan immediately responded to our need and took complete care of our items that could be saved, the ones that were damaged beyond repair for disposal, and our worries about facing some many questions and worries. They then carefully cleaned and stored our salvaged items until our house repairs could be completed and then delivered those items back to us when we moved back into our house. I cannot recommend them enough and we truly feel deeply grateful for their help and care.

Two weeks before we anticipated tenants occupying our home, we discovered that our dishwasher was leaking. It had soaked through the insulation and the basement ceiling as well as part of our deck. Talk about stressful! Here we are, preparing to hand our home off to tenants and PCS with two toddlers and THIS happens. The project manager came out same day and was so kind and helpful. Then, less than 24 hours, Nardo was sent to us with insanely loud blowers and the incredibly inconvenient task of making our home semi-uninhabitable for 3-5 days. Surprisingly, I felt no stress. He was calm, polite, and even interacted joyfully with my kiddos when they kept a getting in his way. His team always wore booties over their shoes to avoid trailing dirt into our him. That personal connection and thoughtfulness was enough to keep this company on our radar if and when the house has yet another water related disaster. We really appreciated the kindness during a tough time.

Oz, Daniel, Brian and Alex worked very hard and well to take care of some damage from a burst water pipe in the ceiling of my basement. Tore down drywall, took out carpet and padding without leaving any sort of mess. They set up drying units and a dehumidifier to remove the water and came back every day for three days to measure the wetness until it was dry. They did this with evident care for my situation and with utmost politeness and respect. I still have a ways to go to fix this, but Spartan gives me confidence that this problem will be well taken care of.

I seldom write reviews and Im clearly just adding to the accolades here. But its frankly the least I can do after the experience we had today.One month ago, we suffered a catastrophic plumbing failure in our hi-rise condo which led to flooding throughout our unit, rendering it uninhabitable. Because the source was a building line, the master policy was supposed to cover pack-out of our belongings, but it was difficult to get that ball rolling. We decided to to turn to our own insurance which thankfully helped us by covering this necessary task. We conveyed the urgency of needing to vacate our unit before the end of the month. We made the request to our insurance on a Thursday. They connected us with Spartan later that day. The next day, Friday, Blake from Spartan met me at our home to go over details and schedule the pack-out. He put me at ease by giving me a packet that clearly stated how things would proceed and answered all questions patiently and thoroughly. By the following Tuesday, Katie at Spartan called to say that our insurance had agreed on the final estimate, and our pack-out occurred today, Wednesday--only four business days after our original request.I want to personally recognize the crew who worked our unit: D.J., Lamar, Daniel, and Noah. It was ten hours of painstaking packing, inventorying, assessing damages, and moving things out to the truck. They did it all with professionalism, extreme courtesy, care with our belongings, empathy, and a sense of humor. They clearly enjoyed their work and each other. They made what has been a very trying situation far more bearable, if not downright easy. We couldnt be more grateful for how they handled our pack-out, and we would recommend Spartan without hesitation to anyone who needs their services. The rate of drying was inspected regularly until all was clear.After 30 days, when the wood and drywall had dried sufficiently, the repairs were done by very hardworking and skilled subcontractors. We called Spartan Emergency Water Removal and we are so glad we did. A few days ago we had a pipe on the second floor break and flood all the way down into our basement.Our insurance adjuster recommend we use Spartan Emergency Water Removal. They were at our property and start working ASAP, our hardwood floors we’re soaked and I didn’t think they could be saved but Spartan was able to dried them.Spartan also sent out Steve the Rebuild manager on day 1 to get a jump start on the rebuild estimate, Wow great customer service. Spartan has been my go to water remediation for my customers. They are knowledgeable, professional and reliable, which isn’t always easy to find in this industry. I tend to have some of the worst possible jobs as a sewer specialist for Len the Plumber and they are always on top of anything I throw at them. I appreciate good work and good people, Spartan have exceptional crews and a chain of command which is enviable. I will continue to use them on whatever job I have in the future.

Spartan went above and beyond in taking care of of me when my house flooded last week. Less than an hour after they were contacted, Spartan showed up at my house and immediately got started drying everything, even though there was no electricity to power their machines. They worked through the night to tear down all the affected walls and floors; even though they expected to be done at 7pm, they stayed until 1am to make sure things were done right. Alex and Zach kept me updated daily to let me know how everything was going. It took a week to complete the job; throughout the entire process, Spartan provided the best customer service I have ever experienced! It was nice knowing that my house was in good hands. I would HIGHLY 100% recommend Spartan for anyone’s water recovery needs! I appreciate all your help, Spartan!
