Our insurance company recommended them so we pulled the trigger. It took weeks for them to finally start the work due to weather and Bryce was constantly in touch and weather didnt allow the work to be done well.The workers were prompt, took great care of our property, and did a great job. They were courteous, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. They and the estimator, Keith Carter, answered all our questions and were very helpful in explaining the process for what they were doing and for what we can expect going forward. Dealing with nice people really helps ease some of the stress from the turmoil of having your house flooded and repaired. I experienced total plumbing failure during the COVID-19. I had tenants living upstairs. Trying to work around the tenants was a challenge. Jenkins project manager Bryce went above and beyond a typical contractor. He took an interest in my situation and provided the compassion and understanding necessary to get the work done. Through countless unexpected delays due to the COVID-19 moratorium on evictions, Bryce remained patient, kind and professional. I will continue to use Jenkins for all of my future home repair needs. The work exceeded my expectations, and is beautiful. Both bathrooms had to be demolished and reconstructed. The basement kitchen flooded and ruined the flooring. Everything is put back together now. Jenkins did a great job restoring the water damaged areas in my home. They used excellent flooring contractors and replaced my kitchen floor (sub floor & linoleum) and replaced part of an oak wood floor, sanding & varnishing to match the existing undamaged parts. They did all work professionally and on schedule and were pleasant to deal with.

Chris, Justin and the crew did a wonderful job explaining what and why they were doing and doing their best to have the water removal impact us as little as possible. Day or evening, they took care of us. They are definitely assets to your company. We highly recommend Jenkins as a restoration company.

This company is amazing. Joe, my project manager and contractor, was very meticulous about the work and explaining to me what needed to be done. He worked with my schedule and went over and beyond, not just with my claim but with other things in my home. He explained and gave recommendations on what I should do, to fix other issues with the house, that were outside of the insurance claim. Jenkins restoration came to the rescue. Got up to go to church and realized there was a leak in my kitchen. On Dec 17, 2018 my daughter had a flood and I immediately called Jenkins only because they Gary Schembs and his crew had come to my house back in 2014 after a fire in my home and rebuilt a beautiful home for me. So Jenkins was my first call they then quickly came to my daughters home and put in mitigation then waited for approval from her ins to come in and fix home. I wish I knew how to take pic because they did an absolutely beautiful job and I will call you again if ever needed. When our finished basement suffered water damage, Justin promptly responded to my call, arrived on time, clearly explained what would need to be evaluated to determine how mitigation would proceed, worked efficiently, left the area as neat as possible given the situation, clearly explained the next steps and timeline and then again responded promptly and took the necessary additional steps when our plumber, unfortunately, re-flooded the basement. From Arturo who boarded up the house, to Matthew who explained how the process was going to be and my role in sticking to deadlines, to Jeremy who managed the project and supervised the contractors such as Michael Jordan from Valley Flooring and Karen from Kitchen Krafters, it was a painless experience which I greatly appreciate it. Jenkins Restoration quickly evaluated and mitigated the damage done to my home by a burst pipe. They also resolved the issue quickly and professionally! When they could not find the matching bathroom tile, they allowed us to choose a replacement style of tile and did not even limit us on what materials we could use. Long story short, our master bathroom looks ten times better than before the accident! They even handled all of the back and forth with the insurance company, saving us a huge headache! five stars is simply not enough to give this company, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services!

I highly recommend Jenkins Restorations for anyone trying to rebuild a home destroyed by fire. Its an overwhelming and emotional experience to try to recover from such a huge loss of personal property and this team really took care of so many details that we couldnt have possibly kept up with if we didnt have their expert help. They were able reconstruct our total loss despite not having the previous building plans. They did an awesome job at helping us keep the unique features of our home and then making modifications to improve on what was there previously. Joe Jenkins helped explain the rebuild process up front while Matthew Stanley was awesome at capturing all the details of the home for submitting the estimate to the insurance company. Gary Schembs was incredibly helpful walking us through the process. He was always quick to respond to questions and was very patient with us and easy to work with. He helped keep us on track with timing for selections, and helped keep us on budget while explaining any extra costs for upgrades and changes we made. Gary even helped us with coordinating some work we chose to do outside the scope of the project with other contractors. He really went above and beyond to help us out. Ed Bell was a great site supervisor and was always helpful in coordinating the various contractors and doing some of the work involved to adjust things to keep certain features aesthetically pleasing to us. Louise at the office was also helpful as we had multiple shipments of appliances, vanities, tubs etc sent to their warehouse for safe keeping until installation. The contractors Jenkins Restorations hired did a great job and completed their work in a timely fashion. We ended up not only with our home restored but with a better home than we had before. Jenkins Restorations is a great choice if that is what you are looking for.

I highly recommend Chad Glover who works for Jenkins Restorations and contracted by USAA insurance company. Both companies are excellent to work with. Chad led the charge and was extremely organized. He gave us a step by step timeline for all the work and he was RIGHT ON!!!!He also provided an estimate of the total cost, which USAA insurance company agreed upon. In addition, we were able to add extra flooring in our conservatory room. We also relocated an electrical junction box, which we paid at his contractor price. Chad completely went out of his way to ensure everything was done to our liking. Chad is such an excellent person to work with, has high integrity, is highly professional and just an excellent individual. He’s a man of his word which is hard to find these days. In other words, if he states it, you can count on it!!!

Calles today about an issue with my furnace from a complete rebuild of my home completed 4 years ago and received zero support. Spent nearly $400,000 with this company to restore and upgrade my home. There is not a day that goes by that I do not regret the decision. These people are ambulance chasers that will try to expoloit custumers at there lowest times. All they do us sup out the actual work and provide average project management. Do not make the same mistake I did. They do have some good subs and they have some bad ones.Update: Jenkins did follow up with me after seeing my review and the issue in service was an internal error with call center. I do appreciate the follow up and assistance with my issue. Much better customer service.
