I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here, Adam was great at making it very smooth to trade in my vehicle and get the one that was best for me at a great price! I drove 3 hours just to get this vehicle and it took less for me to drive off the lot. Will definitely be purchasing another vehicle here if the opportunity arrives!

We purchased a 2020 Volvo S60 yesterday from Jake. Huber was our first stop and we were clear with Jake that we had other cars on our list that we were going to see before we made a decision. He answered all of our questions, let us test drive a couple vehicles, gave us his card and didn’t hassle us on our way out.After we saw the other vehicles we wanted to see we decided to get the Volvo. I called on my way back and he had already worked out all the numbers while I was shopping around. We talked for a bit while I waited to go back to finance. He walked me through the warranty, the features of the car, etc. He was very helpful.As far as the buying process, I was offered a very fair price for my trade and we did very little haggling before I felt good with the out the door price. It was very transparent and very low-pressure. Finance did try to convince me to go for a longer term but was not nearly as pushy as other dealers I have worked with. Overall, it was one of the better car buying experiences I have had. I would definitely buy from Huber again and I would also work with Jake again.

My husband and I have had the most incredible experience at Huber Motor Cars when purchasing our Mercedes. The sales team (especially Ryan and Nick) have been extremely helpful in helping us find a SUV with the safety features we wanted. Brian in service never made me wait to help with servicing my car. Although each person worked in a specific department, the service was fluid. They worked as a team. At no point did I feel I was getting the hard sell from any associate. I cannot say enough about the awesome experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg! First, my sales person, Teddy Parker, was friendly, thorough and professional. No pressure tactics, nothing but listening intently to my needs. I was out of there in no time and not having to spend all day in the dealership was a pleasant surprise. My trade-in was fairly appraised and I couldnt be happier. Also, kudos to Whitney in Finance --when I came to pick up my car she informed me that she got an even lower APR. The fact that she kept working to get me a better rate even after the deal had been pretty much sealed is a testament to the good people that work there!

Teddy Parker was my sales advisor which he was of great help, but had to leave for a emergency. He left my paperwork with Mr. David Cunningham, who completed my delivery. When I got home late last night, I notice the battery light was still on after Mr. Parker had them replace the battery. This morning Mr. Cunningham had the light reset. He also had my final documentation printed out for my review. I wanted to thank both of them for a outstanding job. And if they have not received promotions they deserve one. Again Mr. Cunningham thank you for your assistance.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Acura MDX from Huber Motors of Fredericksburg. The process was quick, efficient, and low pressure. Mr. Teddy Parker, was very helpful from the test drive, through the brief negotiation process, up the delivery of the vehicle. Though primarily a Mercedes dealership, my Acura was in pristine condition, well detailed, and at a very fair price considering the options/packages. The rest of the staff at Huber was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of while the paperwork was being processed. Ive used online car buying services over the last few years to avoid the hassles of a Dealership, but my recent experience with Mr. Parker and the staff at Huber has swayed my aversion to in-person car purchasing.

I bought a certified, pre-owned GLC 300, and the auto looks brand new. Both interior and exterior are pristine, and it runs like new. The sales department, and financing did a great job. The sales consultant, David Cunningham gets five stars for his patience, thoroughness and knowledge.We went there looking for a specific GLA 300, but after test-driving 4 cars, and sitting in 3 more, we came to the conclusion that the GLC 300 was the best decision. This is my 3rd Volvo, and while I feel loyal to my local dealership, I have to say, Huber has raised the bar for excellence. While out of town in rural Virginia over Thanksgiving weekend, my 3-year old, reliable car broke down, and had to be towed to the nearest dealership in the middle of the night. It was very stressful for me, and this dealership really stepped up! Everyone was courteous, helpful, and flexible. Even though I didnt buy the car there, they supplied a loaner, which was a life saver, and got me out of a tough spot. They kept me informed, fixed it quickly, and even researched my warranty, which ended up covering the cost. My car came back fixed, and clean! On top of everything, the facility there is really quite remarkable. Huge, welcoming, and clean, and theres a garage to pull in/out of. What a luxury, since it was pouring rain, at the time.Thank you, to everyone who played a part in turning a bad car experience, into a good people experience.Based on this experience, I will seriously consider making the trip to Fredericksburg to buy my next one! Thank you, and kudos to Huber Motor Cars, for going the extra mile.

In April 2019, I purchased a car and was charged for new tags, however my old tags were placed on my new car with a new 2020 sticker on them by Ryan Brent, salesman. He told us we couldn’t have new tags, as it was a certified pre owned vehicle. He removed the tags from my old car and placed them on the new car with a 2020 sticker. Still charging us for new tags as listed on my receipt of sale.Flash forward to this year.... when I went to renew my tags, REGARDLESS of my tardiness (thank you to COVID-19) I was unable to as the tags were disabled by the dealership at the time of sale unbeknownst to me. (April 2019)Jeff Riddle, the general manager offered to pay for new tags in exchange for removing my negative google review. When I told him I’ve already paid for them, and I can do this through the DMV directly, he got angry and told me “You don’t have a leg to stand on”, and yelled at me for “blowing up his phone” (after giving me his direct line and telling me earlier to call him directly with any questions)I will never do business with this company again, and warn anyone thinking of purchasing, to give serious thought to doing business with Huber Motor Cars.

This is the worst kind of dealership I’ve ever come across! They tell you that a vehicle will be there for you to view so you plan your day accordingly just to go there and for them to not have the vehicle! The receptionist even insisted that I do not buy anything from there and take my business elsewhere. Pure insanity. The workers were rude and tried to get on a confrontation with me, I told them off as I would anyone who was cursing at me. BAD BUSINESS I asked who was in charge and everyone looked confused I feel bad for anyone who may get something from here and need services done they were in no way helpful and completely lack integrity!

Service at Volkswagen of Fredericksburg is horrendous! These guys have no clue of what they are doing. The absolute worst mechanics money can buy. Had my vehicle all day, no phone call as promised...when I walked in, it was just sitting outside. Their “Master Technician “over filled my coolant way past the MAX level...which can spell death to a cooling system, (it was at the factory prescribed level when I brought it in). He just didn’t care at all when I pointed it out to him. Just shrugged it off! They did not find the sensor issue as it is a common problem, but easy fix. Instead they almost destroyed my entire cooling system and perhaps fried my engine! “Master Mechanic,”...what a JOKE!My Audi will never, ever, ever, visit these inexperienced people again...I’ll have it brought to Richmond Audi. (Audi is owned by VW and share many parts for those who do not know)AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!
