We cannot wait until our lease is up so we can get FAR away from this place. Terrible neighbors, terrible construction, badly designed neighborhood.Right now I am listening to construction guys banging a hammer on a Saturday morning to replace the bad wood that this entire complex is made of, while my girlfriend is trying to sleep for her night shift at a hospital. This is by far the worst apartment I have lived in.

They don’t have enough parking and if u want to park your vehicle you have to walk 5 minutes to get to your appointment. And one day I park my car for 1 hour to take my grocery home and I went outside my car got tow. I went to the office they says we don’t know. I have to wait so they can call the manager. And we have to wait one hour in the office then schedule appointment to release the vehicle. Waist my day looking for my vehicle.But Nicki She was really nice and helpful she works hard with me.

My partner has been trying to reach them regarding her refund that’s long overdue but no one’s replying. Even tried to call them thru their phone number but all calls go straight to voice mail :(

Talked to Nikki about potentially moving to the area. She gave us a tour and was very informative of the different models and ammenities that the Residences at Belmont provided. Sadly, the unit that we were looking at had just been signed off to someone while we were touring the model, but if we could have made it work, we definitely would have!

Nikki was extraordinarily helpful and communicative. We were able to work with her and management to procure an arrangement ideal for our growing family. I am excited to move into this beautiful community and based on the level of professionalism/ kindness from our minimal interactions, I would highly recommend this property.

The area outside looked very homey, looking to move to the area soon. Spoke with Jackie who was very warming. Definitely number one on my list. Thanks again Jackie you were amazing!!

During inquire and viewing process the property manager was knowledgeable on apartment and property. Renovated apartment with stainless steel appliances. New washer and dryer. Offers a lot in an apartment space!

Ive been here since October, and so far its great! My move in went smoothly with no glitches. Management is very helpful and maintenance is super responsive

I wasn’t going to renew my lease and then the old manager Jackie came back and brought in a whole new staff and now I’ve decided to stay. The new staff is always smiling and friendly and super helpful. They are definitely turning this place around.

Nikki is so incredibly helpful! She answers all of my questions at all times of the day or night. Belmont is so helpful!

Unfortunately the current management is not being responsible for the upkeep of the apartments - especially when it comes to air conditioning units and washer/dryer units.I received a reply back stating that the management wants to talk. It is fine if “management wants to talk”however, they do not pick up nor do they reply to phone messages. It seems amiss to expect tenants to pay their rent when items that effect their daily living environment are not in working order.

Soo for starters, i am SO HAPPY! Jackie is back! After she left, things definitely went down hill in management. It even got to the point where I didnt even want to go in the office because of the negativity. Now that Jackie is back things have been a complete 360. Concerns get taken care of quickly, the rodent/mice issue has been under control and I actually look forward to paying rent. Things are getting and have gotten so much better here in the community and it sure feels like home again! Everyone in the office is so great now and maintenance is very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work, we appreciate it

I am so disappointed in the way my maintenance requests have been managed. I have been without air conditioning for a total of three weeks, and you all will not return any of my emails, calls, or texts. I called the office over ten times today. No one ever answered. I still have no information on when my AC will be fixed. I also have other appliances that need fixed, but you all have not acknowledged those requests either. I am still waiting on a ticket from JUNE to be looked at! It is September! It looks like reviews are the only thing you reply to. Someone needs to reply to my email now. My air conditioning needs fixed. This all has been completely unacceptable. I don’t want a generic response back to this; I need someone to actually get in touch with me! It is crazy to me that this is the only way to get a response from you all. I just want my appliances fixed.

I moved in on 08/ 2019, I felt very welcome by Jakie, she went over details about the property, I had other places in mind but I decided to stay at Belmont because I knew I was going to be well taking care of by this amazing team, About FEW months not sure months ago I heard that Jackie left and some of the amazing team left, that upset me a lot because the new Property manager was not good a all, so about 2 months a go I happened to see Ms Jackie arriving to the property and I approached her and she stated that she back to Belmont, I mentioned to her that couldn’t leave us ANYMORE ... Very happy to see Hackie back, great manager and a team playerNew member ( don’t know her name is friendlyMelissa HAS TO GO- RUDEPLEASE HEAD QUARTER, DO ANYTHING possible for Jackie NOT To leave again, because a lot of us will leave this property,Thanks!

If I could give this complex a no stars I would. My husband and I have the worst 15 months of our lives there. There were weeks in the summer when our AC did not work and it would take 2 weeks for anyone to come and fix it. Once they would come to fix the AC unit you could tell that they had no idea how to fix it, considering it broke days after they fixed it. The ladies in the office were extremely nice, however that is not effective when nothing was completed properly. The fact that they are trying to charge people over 1300 for a one bedroom is ridiculous, our rent was 1125 and that was even too high for what we were getting.There is also only one dumpster that over flowed constantly and would reek in the summer, not to mention the rats that surrounded it. Any one that signs with them..... goodluck.

Don’t live here if you want to have air conditioning during the summer. They won’t fix it and will just ignore all of your calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Someone from corporate better get down here and talk with this so called new resident manager, no people skills when it comes to communication. And she doesnt seem to care about the residence suggestions when it comes to keeping the place clean which me and another resident do on a regular and we dont ask for any compensation. Been here since 2012 and Im trying to hold on until I retire in 2022, doesnt look like its going to happen. No wonder people are moving out so fast.

Highly recommend not living at Residences at Belmont due rude disrespectful nasty office staff/management. It seems like the office staff have absolutely zero care about the tenants well being. Have tried to be nice to office staff but still getting the same rude disrespectful treatment/behavior from a couple of individuals. Im so regretting renewing my lease for another year but will most likely terminating lease early and start for a newer, cleaner apt. community to live that have nicer office staff that actually care about their tenants and not just there to collect a paycheck.

Melissa was very professional and pleasure to meet . We are in the process of relocating . The property appears to be well maintained. We were unable to do an apartment viewing which hindered our decision to move forward , however the pictures of the unit appeared to show beautiful apartments.

I’ve unfortunately been here four years. Please continue to look elsewhere for an apartment. Maintenance issues are many, yet getting anything done is almost an impossibility. They are not honest nor do they care to even try to be helpful. The turnover rate at the office is high and that is used to “forget” any issues you may have.Overpriced, and the apartments are just horrible.

Horrible property to live on if your “of color” assistant and property manager have a close relationship and favor each other to cover ones back when you file a complaint through corporate. Emotionally unstable and unfit woman, their maintenance team is more professional than their office staff. I wouldn’t recommend this as a place to live, it’s quite embarrassing how they treat their residents once they lock you in on the lease, they change property rules and only notify “people of importance” also known as “non colored” people “Read the first page”. I’m ashamed to tell people where I drive my car too every night. I have been longing for this lease termination! 🙌🏽

The customer service was excellent and I felt welcomed to ask questions about the complex. Honestly, it’s hard to come by such great service when searching for an apartment complex. On top of that, the complex provides a pleasantly comforting atmosphere with quality apartments to live in. It’s without a doubt worth its price for the community and amenities provided.

The staff at Residence at Belmont are very friendly. Every time I walked into the office I was always welcomed with a smile. The staff members (Ashley, Mitchell, Felicia, etc.) addressed any questions I may have had as well communicated updates. The complex is very quiet and the property is well kept by maintenance.

I have lived here for about a month. I love this place!! It is with new management now and they are on point. I have come to the office with a few problems with the apartment and they did not hesitate to fix them all in a timely manner. I am in a newly renovated apartment and I mean everything is new and clean. The grounds are well maintained and the amenities are very nice. I am a very very happy renter.

Angela is awesome! We did our application and within 4 hours she called to let us know everything was approved! Everything went smooth and the apartment looks great! Very nice quiet neighborhood with quick response from the office and maintaince.

Worst place to live ever! Do not move here! There are way better places you can live for the amount you pay. The apartments by wegmans and cobblestone square are only a few dollars more a month and way better. Ive never had a service request that I didnt have to put in 4 times before getting someone to come - and its usually after I threaten to have an outside source pay for it and deduct it from my rent. My lease is up at the end of the month and I planned on staying but am definitely not going to be renewing.Recently I called the 24 hour line to have someone come and unlock the office building so I can pick up an important package. I had an early flight for a wedding I was in and desperately needed my dress. The person who called me back was completely incompetent and rude. He told me to call a locksmith! What?!? At 6:30 pm I find it hard to believe that there is no one that could be contacted to unlock the building. I have lived here for 2 years and you think they would try to help you in these urgent situations but they really just dont care.

It takes a couple of weeks for the main office to response to you about anything, but they want the rent asap. It has because more trashy since the new people have taken over. People at night gatherers out side doing god knows what , leaving trash all over. Its become more of a government housing minus the price, very disappointed!

MANAGEMENT DOES NOT FIX ISSUES. I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE SAME ISSUE FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS NOW AND THEY DO NOT FIX IT.I highly recommend against living here.For 4 years straight now, water has come up from under the floor and flooded my carpet. All they do is snake out the pipes but never fix the issue, so it keeps happening again and again.The only reasonable assumption is that Capreit wants mold to grow in their apartments. Stay far away from here. It isnt worth the >$1300 rent they want.

CAUTION DO NOT MOVE HERE. the worst apartment experience of my entire life. We stayed here a year while searching for a home to buy. The maintenance crew will come in your apartment without notice or many weeks after the date they were suppose to. My pet was let out only for me to be told with a shrug of the shoulders it will probably come back. By the grace of god I found her under a CAR IN THE PARKING LOT THE NEXT COMPLEX OVER. Things break CONSTANTLY and unless your just cool with super sketchy people coming and going just whenever and conveniently only when no ones home, youll have to just live the all the broken stuff. The management is a joke they never leave the office and could care less whats going on. Complaints fall on deaf years or she seems to be good friends with them because nothing changes at all.The place is run entirely by the maintenance crew. Complain and they have complete access to your life from your home to your mail. For ever 1 negative review there is about this place Im sure that there are 10 to 20 other people who wanted to leave a negative review but didnt because they were afraid of them trying to get even with you for it. its truly been horrible. There are so many rats in the railroad ties around the garbage that you will be afraid to take your trash out at night (all those holes in the railroad ties around the dumpster are RAT TUNNELS. Ive literally seen children playing with rats, WHAT THE F###. the dog waste bins are NEVER emptied until they are over flowing and the residents have to just start setting the bags on the ground next to the waste bins and it smells wonderful and the flies are so charming. The sanatary wipes in the gym were refilled TWICE while I was there so use that gross stuff with caution. Living here was the only time in my life I actually gave serious consideration to breaking my lease. SO HAPPY TO LEAVE. Insane, horrible year. There are so many local apartment options now PLEASE do your self a favor and stay far away from this one. DONT move here unless you have SEVERAL HIDDEN CAMERAS but even then save your self the headache.

I am an elderly woman and I live alone here at Belmont. I have to say there have been some really nice improvements going on . It used to be really dark after sunset, but it looks like they have done some lighting upgrades, which look very nice, and are much brighter. The staff is really great, I have see a couple people come and go as far as the staff is concerned and I hope every one there now stays. Anything I need is always taken care of. I was very ill recently and they even helped by walking my dog. A year ago would have probably been 3 stars but today is a definite improvement!

Did all of the requested work and someone left me a jacket! Joking Ill return it to the office next time Im home and theyre open.

Maintenance is prompt and the office staff is very friendly and professional. It’s a great location in a quite neighborhood. I love that they are pet friendly!

Too bad you can’t really rate in the negatives. The place was not as expected. At first i loved this place but after a few months I had a few run ins with a lady from the office whom has butchered my impression on this place . she didn’t like a request of mine , months past and she began to basically torment me and my company . One day she came and brought me TRASH from outside that someone left in the parking lot & was told that it belonged to me ( she refused to take it back i actually had to throw it away myself ) An old nasty pizza box and other junk , it clearly hasn’t the address on the pizza box , it had a different address and name on the box and i was also told that a family member who came to visit out of state needed to be on the lease to be there , she had only planned to visit for two weeks and i had to make her leave due to an eviction threat. Luckily she wasn’t able to stay with our grandparents but pretty much laden it an inconvenience because she was “ not allowed “ in the apartment ( oh and this family member was a teen , had just turned 18) . One of the ladies from the office also would try walk in my apartment after knocking once and not even giving me a second to open the door , i had been in the shower and wasn’t in a rush to open the door while naked , good thing i had the guard lock on the door or she would’ve actually seen me run out naked , because she’d had the door cracked open and was hollering for me to open my door .I could clearly tell i was just disliked by this person .cops would be called to my neighbors below almost every weekend because of the drinking and noise and they had never been bothered by the office staff .If there’s been a staff change in the past few years then maybe i would recommend this place . But if not i wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person

After having a long maintenance issue at my daughters apartment, Ashley and staff stepped up and took care of the issue promptly and professionally. She went above and beyond to resolve this and to make things right!

This place is way too expensive! I have lived here two years and my rent goes up almost 100 a year. This year my current rate is 1260 for a 2/2 and now to renew it will go to 1342!!!!! That’s over 80 a month for the non renovated unit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Hands down AWFUL! I wouldnt recommend this place if you were living in a cardboard box. Office is always lacking employees so you can never meet with anyone. Just in the 2 months my wife and I have lived here we have had 4 occurrences where things didnt get fixed at all. Not to mention after paying our water bill the next month our water has been turned off. I would rather pay to break my lease than live here. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! Its a scam with how poorly run this place is.

I lived here since 2015 and the maintenance team is one of the best i ever had especially the two young men Dante and Chris take care of me like family and the grounds are beautiful

I have lived in these apartments for over 2 years. A little over a year ago the complex was purchased by another management company. There have been several improvements including new siding to every building, updated pool furniture, an old tennis court turned into a dog park and a complete renovation to the clubhouse and gym. Since I moved in over 2 years ago I am in an older unit. However, every time a resident moves out of their apartment it is renovated with stainless steel appliances, new carpet, new kitchen and bathroom flooring, new washer and dryer and walnut colored cabinets. The staff is always polite and any time I have called in a maintenance ticket it has been taken care of the same day. I really enjoy living here.

I had an air condition leak in the utility closet. Donte and the maintenance crew stopped by my apartment fixed the leak, had the carpet crew come out and clean and dry the carpet in front of the utility closet. Excellent job

Awful apartments. They dont look nothing like the model they show you. They just tell you your apartment has different colors but they never mention is different colors and materials. The kitchen is awful. Everything is old as hell. The bathroom is nasty. Gets stains everywhere. And if you ever make a stain in the carpet get ready to spend 1000$ cause you have to replace it and its just one piece for the whole apartment. The worst place Ive ever lived in my life.

Ive lived here for almost a year and when I say this is one of the WORST places to live I mean it!! When you first come in you see the beautiful trees and the people seem so nice and they show you beautiful apartments but not the one youll be getting.. I had an altercation earlier this year with them which led me to call corporate because of how disrespectful and rude the manager and staff were, but corporate was not any better than them!! The maintenance people are thugs who dont get around to fixing things unless you bombard them on your own, the leasing office employees are untrained and do not have good customer service skills. When I first moved in, they had a completely different staff and they were delightful but shortly after those people left and everything became run down and the service was disappointing. As I recently have been looking for other apartments because I will not be releasing I have found the silver collection at Cosners corner to be more than amazing with their wonderful and delightful staff to their 6-9 breakfast every day. Belmont is NOT the place to live and its not worth the price. $45 more and you can move into the silver collections with 5 star amenities. I do not recommend belmont even if its cheap.

Management and maintenance do not respond to defective conditions until days later or never. There are conditions of black mold and management does not take responsive action.

Unfair treatment of tenants who are not of fair skin complexion. One-sided treats of eviction due to speculation of neighbors who do not understand that they live in an apartment complex. I just moved in and will be moving once my lease is up.

This is the first apartment I have rented and I am far from happy with this residence.My apartment was not only broken in to (which yes, this can happen anywhere) but the following day, after my locks were changed, I had to call the police again because some how...my security lock had been locked from the inside by itself. They had to break into my apartment and call maintence to fix it at 11oclock at night. He didnt even fix it right. My husband got stuck outside AGAIN and he ended up fixing it himself. The excuse was that it was slammed shut and locked itself. No apology, nothing. The officer that broke our lock was even baffled at how this could have happened.Not only do I feel violated and completely unsafe, but I have been asking...no... HOUNDING Belmont FOR 3 MONTHS to fix my window that leaks everytime it rains and each time they continue to look for a different quote to find the cheapest way to fix it and have come to measure it 3 times and clean our carpet. Still, nothing has been replaced. I just dont want a freaking mold problem. That is seriously all.I have also placed several other legit requests for maintence to fix things and I still havent heard anything. We have black stuff all over our bathroom floor and I have no idea where it came from or what it is....and our foyer floor is buckeling by the door due to water damage from Belmont power washing the outside of our apartment. I followed the directions they left on our door the day before and put a towel down at the base of the door to protect it and it still got soaked...I am still waiting to hear from them and it has been a month.I spoke with the manager of the office. She is very sweet and has been apologetic, but thats just not good enough anymore.The reason why I am writing this reveiw at 2 Oclock in the morning is because my husband and I keep hearing noises outside of our apartment - someone knocked on our door but there is no one there. Maybe I am just freaked out after our previous break in experience, but if I cant be released from my lease, you can bet everything you have I will NEVER come back to this place. I dont even want to give them one star but Google wont let me do anything less.I am tired of paying my rent on time, being a good tennant, and not being taken care of like one.

If you can find another place to live do so. They gave me a good deal during move in so that why I did it but thier customer service is not that great and they make paying your rent a pain in the ass .

If you want to be in apartments that are clearly over 30 years old and a host of issues then this is your place. Not worth the money or your time calling this place your home

Maintenance should be done on the same day. It should not be a 48 hour gap. Not to call the apartment before going to do the work.
