My friend had a gift card for this place so I figured, what the heck....Im used to having a nice leg and foot massage thats relaxing. I felt like the lady that did my pedicure today was in a hurry to get done. I asked for the most expensive one b/c I dont get them often so I wanted to treat myself. Definitely NOT worth the $65 I paid plus tip. I did not leave relaxed and the only reason that I gave a 2 star instead of 1 was b/c my friends tech was really great to her and took her time and made her feel good. I was sorely disappointed and will not be back.

Gel nail coats normally last about 3 weeks for me sometimes I can even get 4 weeks. Had mine done 2 weeks ago today. First day 2 chipped. I literally now have 3 that have chipped completely off and not a single nail that isn’t chipped. Prices are higher and quality is lower. Do not recommend.

I have been to this salon many times. However today I walked in without a greeting for over 4 minutes. No one looked up, the receptionist was towards the back and never looked at me. I finally just walked out. I found this very disrespectful and will not be back. There are plenty of salons in the area that would be happy to take care of my needs.

Attention to detail. Chairs were best massage chairs Ive had in a while.

Never been treated with less respect. Been going to this salon for 5 yrs and they finally went to far. Carried my niece for a mani and pedi after her last day of school for the summer. They ignored my niece. The owner came over to do her service and did not do what I requested. The lady doing my service left after my mani and worked on someone else. The owner took us over for manicures. She did my nieces and left me sitting there. Once she finished with my niece, she started mine. A lady in the salon was leaving because she had been sitting for over 30 min and no service. The owner jumped up and apologized and left me!! A little while later another person came and finished mine. Will never give them my business again!

I’m sure depending on who you get, the service is great. However, the man that did my nails was in a bad mood that day and was incredibly rude. He didn’t ask what shape I wanted my acrylics, he was about to do whatever he wanted or whatever was more convenient for him, until I stopped him to tell him what I wanted. He didn’t trim my cuticles or the sides of my nails, so now my real nail is poking out from the sides of the acrylics. He also didn’t paint the gel all the way down to the base of my nail, so they appear more grown out than they actually are. I would recommend going here if the staff is in a good mood that day, but if not, I would definitely head somewhere else..

Aesthetically, very nice. I liked how there was a large menu of services upfront rather than just the little handouts and playing the guessing game of how much one service differs from the other. Everything looks still brand new. However- the actual manicure I received- AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! I could have done just as well myself- which is not saying anything good. If I were able to do a decent job myself, I wouldnt pay someone else to do it. I attached photos of the manicure I got YESTERDAY. It looks like I did it personally a week ago. The paint does not cover the tips of my nails, nor does it go down to anywhere close to my cuticles- my cuticles look like crap, the paint itself began to chip right away and though I sat there with my nails held at least 6-8 inches from the dryer as instructed for more than 20 minutes, the paint was still much too soft and was ruined right away; later in the evening I noticed it was STILL mushy and so anything that touched the nail left a mark in the paint- which usually indicates they are using fillers and additives in the paint to make the bottle last longer therefore skimping you out of a few dollars. The photos dont even look as bad as it does to the naked eye, so imagine it about 10X worse. Very disappointing. I will give them another shot since its so close to my house, but if it doesnt improve I will not be back.

We made an appointment for dip nails and pedicures but we had to wait a long time then I was told I couldn’t have the pedicure I wanted because they were too busy and they acted like toes were all we were supposed to do so we made manicure appointments elsewhere for another date!!!!

I had been going here for almost a year and sent everyone I know. I really do like most of the nail techs here but because of how I was treated a few days ago from Tracy not being very understanding in customer service and her literally getting up from the chair and refusing to finish my nails resulting in me walking out and having to pay another place to fix them plus the owner also arguing with me about how I should like the color of them. I will not ever be back. Sad. But customer service should be number one. And obviously they don’t seem to care. Luckily I did find a great place in return for this situation. So thanks for helping me find a nail salon who does understand customer service. Don’t waste your time going here because if you are ever unhappy they will not know how to handle that.

The staff always goes above and beyond to serve their clients in a timely manor. My gel polish always lasts longer then expected and i am continuously complemented on my nails. I highly recommend!

Great atmosphere and awesome vibe with nice people. I definitely recommend checking them out. Its in a nice area with different shops in the shopping area. You are offered complimentary beverages with your service. There are different pedicure options for you to choose from. They always have great music on, and everyone is very nice there. Everyone does a great job.

Went to The Nail Parlor for the first time this evening. It wasnt too busy, but it was at the end of the day. I had great service while I was there to get a gel manicure. The person who did my nails, April, was very attentive and personable. She did a fantastic job on my nails. 3 coats of color and 2 coats of top coat. Nails look wonderful! Will definitely be going back!

My wifes all time favorite nail salon! I get my own toes done every few months which is a reward for me, a hygenic necessity in dealing with diabetes and just a fun date with my bride of 40 years. Great staff, clean and bright facility.

People are nice and the place is clean but on Friday I got a gel manicure and by Friday night a piece of the polish on my thumb was coming off. The next day little spots are already chipping. This has happened to me more than once there, do not recommend!

I took my Daughter and her bridesmaids here for manis and was So Impressed! They did a super job was very friendly and the place was very clean. The dipped Nails is the only way to go they did a wonderful job the Nails stayed on for over 3 weeks!

Staff was rude when I came in and I got the worst pedicure. Looks like I did it myself. I’m very disappointed and doubt they care. They greet customers like they are an imposition. I got a gel manicure too and had to wait so long for a technician that the wraps were falling off and the solution was dry. Hate it because the location is convenient.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Got a simple paint job with an accent nail. One week of working with kids and washing my hands often, and I am just now starting to see chipping. I am very pleased with my manicure and I will be back.

They were busy and I had an appointment. Didn’t have to wait too long to be seated but waited over 20 minutes once I was seated. Then the girl doing my toes got up and went to go help someone else more than 5 times before my nails were complete. I wanted a simple toe polish change. I went with my sister who got a full set. She was finished before me. I was extremely disappointed. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I went in to get my acrylics filled for prom, I got there at 9:15 & didnt leave until after 11. the woman completely ignored me & got up several times to go do something else in the middle of doing my nails. she then left me completely while she went & did someone elses pedicure. would not recommend & definitely will not be coming back here.

I came here with my mom to get the Refreshing pedicure. The place is nice, clean, and open. But the nail tech that did my pedicure was more interested in watching tv than doing her job. Instead of a massage, she pressed her fingers into the arch of my foot and rubbed inbetween my toes. She never massaged my legs or feet. There were multiple times she scooted her chair and leaned away to look at the tv with her hand resting on my foot, doing nothing. I can’t believe I paid $42 for this.

I am 9 months pregnant and wanted a pedicure before the big day. I walked in and there were people getting manicures, and two workers communicating, I asked if there was a wait for a pedicure and she said no and to go pick out a color. I was picking out a color as they were getting the chair ready, and a customer walked in and said she had an appointment at 4:00. The worker came over to me and said, sorry its a 30 minute wait now. I was like, there are two workers and 10 chairs... why is it a 30 minute wait?? Plus I was there before the appointment walked in. I do customer service for a living, that was a degrading way to handle a walk in when it clearly says, walk ins welcome. Will never go here, hopefully they get better management.

I have been to this location twice (only because I got gift cards for it twice). Other than that, I would never come here to get my nails done. They dont clean up their work well and are very rude here. I think the owner is the one that greets people, but she is extremely impatient and rude for no reason. Honestly, wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I will NEVER be going back to this place. I only get my nails done for special events, which is why I went to The Nail Parlor on June 21st because I had a wedding that weekend. I got a gel mani-pedi, which most know are around $60-65, (not cheap). The first time I went in, I wanted a mint color on both my finger and toe nails. My toes were the mint I wanted, but my fingers were a neon green. I went in the next day, they had no mint to go on my finger nails to match. Think they would tell you that before you got them done, right? Nope. So I had to go for a nude, and not have them matching which like I said, it was for a wedding so I needed them to match the color scheme. Continuing on, the next day one of my fingers had already chipped, which never happens with gel. I had noticed the nail tech only did 2 coats, which theyre suppose to do 3, and you could also see right through the nail polish. Complete rip off. They could care less about keeping my business, and making it right. EXTREMELY rude, argued and yelled at us through the whole salon. We told them we were going to put a review, and they said they didnt care, go right ahead. As we were walking out, a lady was walking in, and we told her she shouldnt go there, and gave her the nutshell of the situation. She was going in to get her nails fixed because she had been in the day before, and hers had already chipped also! DO NOT recommend this place.

I had an appointment for as soon as they opened. I arrived on time and it was apparent they did not have enough help. I was told to pick a color and was never acknowledged again. I ended up leaving and will never go back. Terrible service.

My toe nail is torn up and my friends cuticles are having to heal.I love to get pedicures, I dont even mind a wait but always make an appointment because I go with a friend. It is time away for me to enjoy. We have been to the nail parlor 2 times. Neither time were we given the services listed in the menu for what we requested. We paid for what we did get but we booked our appointments for spa pedi and ended up with a basic.Both times felt very rushed but no one else was waiting. This last time ther had only 2 people working, one was the owner I believe who worked on my friend and a manicure tech who reluctantly took me. She was waiting for her 11:00 appointment that was clearly not coming. She complained about how irritated she was and ended up taking it out on my cuticle and nail bed. 4 weeks later and my nail bed is still torn up from her. I let her know she was hurting me and she just looked at me.They seem very under staffed and after appointments made for a pedi with hot stones 2 times have not done all services listed for that service.I will be finding a new pedi spot.
