It was my first time going..I made sure I let them know.. Friendly people but very rushed cut. Just wanted a simple fade left lots of bad spots. Did not offer a wash.

Have been coming here for years. Today for some reason Yolanda did not want to cut my hair. I had a 5:30 appt, arrived at 5:20. I watched her finish a cut, sweep the floor, start some laundry, clean brushes and do paperwork. All while I set there. I walked out at 5:45 with no haircut. I wont be back!

When Saturday October 10 got a great hair cut the lady was very nice will go back to her for my next hair cut

I have taken my children here for a long time for haircuts. Went today for my son’s first haircut since the pandemic, and we all wore masks. It’s stated that Supercuts requires masks of their employees. One stylist was not wearing a mask and answering the phone telling customers they didn’t need to wear one anymore but that there were supposed to be. I watched how each cleaned their stations and it was obvious who took their job seriously. Since we could social distance from the non-compliant stylist and it was empty we stayed. I requested the stylist wearing a mask and she did a great job, I was sure to tip her extra. We will not be back even after the pandemic.

Have been getting hair cut here for over four years. Have only had hair cut once since 11/05/19. Have attempted to get hair cut eight to ten times, only to wait for extended periods of time(never being noticed while waiting and given a possible time) , even though an appointment was scheduled online. DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO HONOR THOSE APPOINTMENT TIMES. I get faster service at my doctors appointment, if you can believe that. The lack of caring is also very noticeable. Not sure if i will be back.

Valerie did an excellent job on my hair. I feel like communication between stylist and client can be difficult at times, but she grasped exactly what I was going for, she took small cuts until I was happy with it, and applied the techniques I asked for and no more! Thank you, Valerie. I’ll be coming back to you!

I love this Supercuts location! All of the stylists are so knowledgeable and the prices are super affordable. I didnt even know they did hair coloring until I walked in the door. Awesome! I love that I can check in the same day as I want my hair done, no fussing with appointments and I know I can go on my own schedule. Highly recommend!

The worst haircut I have ever gotten. The lady I got rushed through it and it ended up looking horrible and being way shorter than I asked.

Ive been to this Supercuts twice and plan to go again. First, my kids and I always feel good about the service we get. Second, the stylists are great - they do a tremendous job, especially with my 9 year old. Last, it is SUPER-convenient, it is right next to the Target! I can get haircuts and shopping done, back to back. Why go anywhere else? FIVE STARS all the way!!

We love coming here. You always get a good thorough haircut! Weve been to several salons and we finally found one that works for all of my kids. 3 to 13!

Hours are never what is advertised. Arrived at 5:30 to get a horrible haircut fixed from the day before and got a 🤷🏻‍♂️at the door when it’s advertised they close at 8pm. Will never go here again!

I am so not happy I left w my hair wet paid $140 plus $20 tip for highlights they are dull and dingy none underneath and some places foil was placed to low and not highlighted to the root I think the girl that did my hair was in to much of a hurry I will NEVER go back waste of my hard earned money Lesson learned!!!
