Some workers do not know what they are doing. I asked for curtain bangs and they came out uneven and I cant do anything but wait for it to grow back. I also asked for a hair wash but all I got was a bit of shampoo poorly lathered at the top and quickly washed off. The stylist seemed new to me.

This place is good for kids haircut. My daughter has long hair that easily gets tangled. I met Natalia and she did a fantastic job on my daughters hair and now my daughter will only go to her. I suggest calling ahead b/c there can be a wait at times.

My daughter in law and I came in to get a wash/blow dry and wash/cut/blow dry. The stylists did a good job with both of us and were very nice. The cost was ridiculous. I actually spent more money not getting a hair cut than she did. We both have the same length of hair and her hair is much thicker. I wont be back.

I frequent Supercuts in franklin village plaza. Seems to be a busy store with a lot of employees. I don’t request one particular stylist because I’ve always had great haircuts from this location. Myself and my kids all get haircuts they usually can get us in in a timely manner (although if there’s a wait I understand).

Previously, Supercuts in Franklin has been a wonderful place for getting a haircut. However, as they seem to have driven away all of their remotely competent stylists, I was forced into the worst haircut of my life. No idea what the womans name is, but I can confidently say that she had no idea what she was doing, and for the record, had awful BO. Wont be going back in there anytime soon.

My haircut looked like someone ran it over with a lawn mower. My bf and I both had to adjust our haircuts at home because it looked like a child with safety scissors botched both our heads.

Brought my son for a cut over the weekend, he was growing his hair out for a style he wanted. Dont know who cut his hair but I will never waste my money here again! Showed her a picture and she did nothing like what we wanted! Could had saved the money and done it myself.! Asked me if the length was okay on top I said yes thats good and she continues to snip away!! Not to mention his line up is not even at all!!! Grew his hair for nothing!! So mad, such a waste of time and money! What a disappointment!!! Woman was also rude and not friendly at all. Unprofessional and terrible service. Doesnt even deserve a star on this one!!

Siobhan did a great job with my haircut and was very pleasant. Fast and it came out perfect.

Been here about 6 times and had 5 different hair dressers and always a great haircut. They seem to all be very good with mens short haircuts.

Went for highlights. She asked sake as last time (which was highlights) and I said yes. Next thing I know she is painting my entire head. Too late to stop so I just let her. She only did the roots so the rest looks darker. Time for the cut... Showed her what I wanted. your hair isnt long enough then she proceeded to layer and cut everything. Finished the cut, blowed loose hair off her hands with dryer, done. Did not check to see if my hair even looked right. Walked out with messy dripping wet hair. I think her name is isobel. I wont be back. .

The folks at this location have always been been kind and consistent, even when ridiculously busy.

Haircuts are fine, but appointments are meaningless. They encourage you to call ahead so you dont have to wait. This is BS. Called ahead for a 10:30 haircut. Arrived at 10:25. Waited a half hour, while they took two other people ahead of me and hair cutting folks messed around in the back -- the place was not particularly busy. Waited until after my cut to speak to the manager, who seemed to think I was out of line for being irritated. Message to Supercuts: if you cant or wont honor appointments, dont take them.

Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. This place is the reason reviews should be looked at and warnings heard. Dont go in within an hour of closing time or you will be greeted with an additude and hear people complain (about you) as you wait. Please go elsewhere!

As for a haircut got a trim....In too much of a hurry to cut the next persons hair. Asked for my bangs to be cut and basically was talked out of it. I always tip well too gave $10 for 2 minute hair cut I could have done myself.
