As usual, I took my car to Tire Tracks in Frankfort Illinois, and came away smiling. Doctor Phil fixed my Corvette like a surgeon. Mark and Esteban(Steve) were great, as always. The whole crew is just so friendly. I love taking my cars there. Their prices are very fair, so Im a customer for life.

One of the inside rear dual tires went flat on my RV. Tire Tracks fixed the tire for a reasonable fee. Unfortunately they were not able to put the tire back in place because the guy that changed the tire for me screwed up by putting the hubcap on with his impact wrench. Tire Tracks did everything they could to get the hubcap off without damaging it. Kudos to them for that. I think that I am going to need to cut the decorative lug nut cover off in order to remove the hubcap.I am very pleased with the way Tire Tracks handled the situation. I will be returning to them for future tire service for my RV.

Had my trailer tire in stock at a good priceVery courteous. Told to come back in 1 hour but as I was getting into my truck the guy came out to stop me.It was done that fast!!!

Came in for a broken valve stem. Two other tire places said I needed a whole new tire. However, desk associate said valve stem could be replaced for a draction of the cost of a new tire, and possibly the sensor too. Ended up getting sensor and valve stem replaced and it was STILL less than a new tire. Great customer service and communication.

Ive purchased several sets of tires from Tire Tracks over the years. They are always so friendly and professional. Yesterday I had an issue with a tire going flat quickly. Even though it was near the end of the day, they asked me to go ahead and bring my car in so they could check it out and try to get it fixed for me. Turns out I had a puncture too near the sidewall for repair so I ended up purchasing 2 new tires which they went ahead and installed for me so that I could safely drive home. Again, friendly, professional, and above-and-beyond service.

Mark was a big help. I needed an alignment, have them a call and he was able to fit me in the next day. He said it would be done by noon and I received a call before them telling me it was done. The quality of work is excellent and I highly recommend them.

I was weary going to this place that my dad recommended. It is in the middle of nowhere..... after getting service for my battery, I will be switching to this location for my tires.
