Came here for my 90k service and was very well taken care of while I waited. Water, coffee, donuts and some vending machines. Work station for laptops, I was able to keep working without issue. Service was fast and decent prices for a dealership. I will be back for my next major service.

My wife and I ordered a 2021 Corolla hatchback from Chris Stewart in July and received it in August. Love our 2018 Rav 4 limited! David Burnside was an excellent salesman.He was not pushy & answered all our questions about the vehicle.The vehicle had all weather mats with the exception of the cargo area. Ive been on the car hunt for about 17 months now. Ive gone to many different dealers and spoken with a multitude of workers at different dealerships. Hunter used to work in manufacturing for 11 years and he was very knowledgeable about the cars. He provided all the info we needed and more. At the end, he was never too pushy about buying a car and allowed my father and I to discuss what the best option for me was. I greatly appreciated the wonderful customer service by not only Hunter but all those we came across at Frankfort Toyota. Several workers stayed back an extra hour+ to make sure we finish our paperwork and have all questions answered. I personally hate the process of buying a car. You know the routine: you hardly shut your door and there they are like a vulture ready to swoop down. This is a turn-off immediately! Well, guess what? That didnt happen! Leah waited for me to walk up to her and I told her want I was there to look at and she immediately got me to the vehicle I was there to see. She never rushed me and got me to the process of either a deal or no deal without pressure or salesperson talk. The license plate came in quickly and would definitely call her again when the time comes to buying another vehicle. I highly recommend you asking for Leah when you come in and get a different buying experience that you can enjoy.

I live in Ohio but bought my 2017 Avalon at Frankfort Toyota. I was in the Frankfort area last Monday and ran into a pile of debris that had fallen from a truck onto the interstate. I lost a wheel, tire and inner fender due to the accident. I went directly to Frankfort Toyota for repairs. The service adviser, Beth Kaiser, was super. She had all of the parts necessary for the repair in on Tuesday morning. I was well pleased with the repairs and left the dealership by 11:00 am Tuesday morning. I had forgotten that I had purchased the extended warranty on the wheels and tires, but Beth reminded me of the warranty. The wheel and tire were replaced at no cost. All other service work I have had done at Frankfort Toyota has been preformed well and at a fair price.

I no longer can count the number of cars we purchased from Toyota of Frankfort. Our first was a Corolla in 1980 that after we sold it, the new owner put way over another 100,000 miles. Since she has been with them, all of them from one person - Skeet Tuttle. She is the very best!!!!! She makes buying a car easy, painless, and fun. My wife purchased a 2021 Highlander Platinum this past fall. We took two trips to the coast in it and I had to have one, too. I traded in my much loved Lexus sedan for a Highlander Platinum of my own! Skeet was - and always is - the best I have ever dealt with. Recently, Skeet and the owners went way beyond the call of duty when a manufacturing issue developed. It was not their responsibility but they handled it in such a way that we are telling everyone what they are the only place to go!This week, we had my wifes in for its 10,000 mile service. Really enjoyed my visit there this morning! I had to have brake work done on my Toyota Highlander and it could not have gone smoother. They had screens that told me the status of my repair work so I never had to wonder if my vehicle was being worked on or not and it even told me who was working on it. They also had free wifi which enabled me to work in the office without having to take off work. They also asked me before making any repairs and provided exact costs for the work. Will definitely go back to have my work done here.
