I purchased my F-150 at Crossroads a few years ago and have had a couple of service visits. Quick, fair service every time. The staff are knowledgeable and kept me well informed.I recently took my truck in to have a seat repair. The large Lexington dealer, which happens to be much closer to my office, wanted to replace the seat for about $2,500. Crossroads made a simple fix, talked to me about my options, and charged my about $200. Problem solved. I’ll go back to Crossroads.

Don’t know what u want me to do. the only thing I was not happy at dealer was putting a user name on my Ford pass it was my own fault if I paid too much a deal is a deal. I was not happy with Ford manufacturing for taking change compartment out center arm rest a place to put owner manual in glove box also removed not able to remove rear head rest floor mat on driver side also smaller these are done to save money but were really nice to have in vehicle its like everything thing else u get less but pay more

Polite and on point with the repair. My only problem was the fact that they only have one diesel mechanic there. My repair/recall item was only about an hour fix but it was there three days to get it fixed. If the Superduty truck is truly the number one seller then there needs to be more mechanics for them.

Recently bought a new first year model car from Crossroads.The Sales Staff, Paul, and Will were excellent all the way from the ordering and down to paperwork. It was a lot of firsts for them and they made it through with flying colors.However, the service department was not as superb. We will see if my opinion changes in the long term, but getting a second key fob programmed (the MME only comes with 1) was a nightmare. Even though it was explained to them multiple times that it is just like every other ford, they didnt want to do it. After I got the instructions from ford corporate and printed them out they were fine (it was literally the same as every other modern ford).Again we will see how the service department shakes out, but definitely buy your next ford/lincoln from them!

I live in Butler County Ohio and have been looking for a mustang for over 4 years but could never find the right deal for me. I had really given up and came across a 2020 mustang at Crossroads Ford. I called and was given Paul as my sales guy. He literally made communication about the car and info so convenient I only had to go sign papers. My job is pretty busy so I don’t have time to make calls, check emails and send emails often throughout the day, so to accommodate me he did everything through text. My application also wouldn’t go through the site so he did that for me over a phone call at my convenience. He is the first “car salesman” that I have dealt with that didn’t rush me or try and get me to get something different. When I got to Crossroads Ford to sign papers and pick up my new car even the owner came out to talk ask me if anyone drove my trade in and what I was interested in. He did not approach me boasting that he was the owner he approached me being helpful and wanted to make sure I was being treated well. Not only was I treated terrific and like I mattered and not just a dollar sign Paul even called me to check in to see how I was liking my mustang and to see if I had and issues or questions!! I highly recommend going to Crossroads Ford!! Thank you Paul for making my dream car a reality!!

Very professional and they gave me a great gift without knowing. My escape overheated, so I took it in to make sure there wasnt a coolant leak or other issues. I also got an oil change. They called after a few hours and asked if it was possible to keep it overnight to stay under pressure to check for leaks into the engine. When he called the next morning, he said it was ready to pick up, no leaks and everything looked great. And he also said there would be no charge for the diagnostics! All I had to pay for was the oil change. I understand this wont be possible for them to do every time, nor for others depending on the situation. But I am so grateful for that gift! Ive had other major expenses lately and it was such a relief to have this fee waved since there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Thank you all so much! I will for sure be back when I need my next oil change or any other work done 😊

Ours was a slow leak in a tire. Called in the morning asking for assistance. The young lady was so helpful and courteous. This was a last minute request. She spoke to Gary in the service department who scheduled me to come in at 8. He was very professional and sympathetic to our issue along with the need for the repair. I waited 1 hour and the technician tested the tire, plugged it, tested it again and I was on my way! Great service and professionalism!!!

I was not impressed with my recent experience at Crossroads. Unfortunately, I bought the extended warranty even though I knew better when I bought my Explorer a few years ago. I started having some issues with my passenger front tire and took it in to have it serviced. And of course, it wasn’t covered by my plan (shocker). When the service manager called to tell me what the technicians had found, he informed me of 3 other issues that were found in which only 1 was covered by my plan. The service manager quoted me the prices for each issue that wasn’t covered. He quoted me over $350 for the issue I had with my passenger front tire. Fortunately, my husband is extremely talented and can fix our vehicles. He bought the parts to fix BOTH sway bars for $50 and it took him less than 45 minutes to fix both. I’m assuming this job is billed as a 4 hour job (please). This just sealed the deal that I will never by an extended warranty again or take my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance. So needless to say, I had the one warranty job fixed which still cost me $164 and my husband will fix the other 3 problems. Also, I wasn’t impressed with the service managers professionalism. He is very arrogant and rude.

If anything is out of sorts, from repair, they get it fixed right away. They are definitely our dealer of choice. I don’t usually leave reviews, but since the service was so good I figured I’d say something.I took my Lincoln MKX into Crossroads Ford/Lincoln and they got me setup with an appt. quick. They were very nice, professional and most importantly Honest with fair prices. Chris called me and kept updating me with options and different routes for me to take financially. I came up with an option that fit my wallet and they got the job Done! My vehicle runs great and if anything goes bad in the future, I’m not hesitating to go back. Best mechanics in town. (They also cleaned and vacuumed my truck before I picked it up... You can’t lose with these guys)

***Additional Comment - Frankfort is a small town. I posted this review.Repairs were done under my fiances name. She works in a big Co - figure Id keep her name out of it. TO THIS DAY, NO ONE from Crossroads Ford has reached out. Not even a comment online that they cant find any repairs in my name. Par for course.Seems every time we turn in our vehicle for repair, something else breaks a week or two after. And each time repairs were done, I had to bring it back in same day or next because they forgot to do certain things. One of the things they forgot was torquing the engine bolt to the frame!!! Who the heck forgets that? My car would thump each time I took off from a stop. Another thing they forgot - different visit - put the filter cover back on after replacing the filter!! Dont they have checklists?? I only found it because driving home, it just sounded weird. Opened the hood and there laying on the engine is the filter cover. Never again! Ill make the extra trek over to Georgetown.

I came in on Saturday March 20th looking to upgrade my 07 Ford Edge. Mike, I believe thats his name, came up to me and I told him I was looking to upgrade my 07 Ford Edge and he said that he had one that would work for me. It was a 2017 Ford Edge . I was giving an application to fill out, heard back on Tuesday the 23 of March that there was a deal for me. I came in on Wednesday March 24 test drove the 2017 and really liked it , asked if I could take it home I was able to take home let my fiance test drive it and he told me to get it if I want it. I came back and signed all of the paperwork and took it home. The guy in finance, not very good at remembering names, explained the Gap insurance and The extended warranty to me. Everyone was very friendly and professional the whole time I was there.I will recommend CrossRoads Ford to my friends.

Found a nice mercedes ml350 bluetec on cargurus offered by crossroads. bought it online. one of the attractive parts of the deal was crossroads will deliver up to 500 miles free of charge & pick up my trade, which they offered almost the payoff. agreed to deal & got all their paperwork to them. took 2 weeks to get that done thru Ally. so far so good. i travel with my work & explained to them i had a trip coming up that i had to take when my employer told me to go...the car did not arrive until 1 May, the same day i had to travel. no paperwork was included to show my ownership. so i’m in a rental in Louisiana...out of my pocket. wait...it gets much worse. when the driver arrived he asked if the dealership had called me & they hadn’t. he looked to the sky & told me that there was a check engine light on when he picked up the vehicle. when i called the dealership the salesman told me to have it fixed & they would pay. they sent me a vehicle with an active drivetrain code displayed. it isn’t an easy one either. P24C6-particulate matter sensor temperature circuit. it could be other issues that are related to this...this is also related to an oxygen sensor on a gas engine. but with these german diesels it could be turbo related or exhaust. my 2014 jetta diesel showed the same thing & everthing in the turbo, exhaust & related sensors had to be replaced. took VW 6+ months to get it right. and the salesman actually thinks i got a good deal & should just get it fixed & be happy. i think they want me to pay for the repairs & they pay me back? not today scooteri want the dealership to come get their vehicle. i will be contacting Ally Bank & my attorney tomorrow.

We were passing through town and staying a few days in our camper. The AC in the truck had not worked for about a week. We tried to get it repaired at Ford dealers in IN and called other independent repair shops. They all said they were too busy and I would have to make an appointment. Crossroads and Mike the service advisor fit us in. We are so grateful to have AC in the truck when we are traveling in hot weather. Thanks Mike! I received the first notification for the recall in June. Three phone calls and five months later, I was able to have the repairs completed for the multiple recalls. Upon dropping off my vehicle for repair, noticed approximately 10 people in the receiving area (mostly staff) and only 2-3 individuals had masks on or the proper type of mask. I felt very unsafe leaving my vehicle and being able to pick up my vehicle due to the virus.

They were more than happy to look at our RV. (We are full time so we live in our RV). We dropped the RV off they found the issue. We picked it up a couple hours later. Had my cooling system drained and flushed. Then the car started leaking coolant. When I took the car back to Crossroads they got me right in for service even without an appointment. I was told initially that the problem is likely a problem with the drain plug. A few hours later I got a call confirming the problem and that it likely was caused when the technician was doing the flushing. I was then told that the radiator would have to be replaced and would cost $300. I explained that I would not be paying to replace the part that they broke. Finally they agreed to replace it at no charge. But the car would to stay overnight since the radiator would have to be ordered and delivered. Late the next day I called and was told the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told that the radiator was not replaced but was repaired instead. I am disappointed that I was told to pay to fix the part they broke. I was further disappointed when I was told that the part that I refused to pay to replace magically did not need replacing when Crossroads was going to have to pay for it. I am also unhappy because now I have to take the car to another garage to have the repair checked since the part wasnt replaced. Very disappointed!

Talked on the phone several times and always the same salesman. No getting several texts or emails from different salesmen. Called to set an appointment to come in but my salesman was on vacation. No worries the Owner answered, he told me to come on in and ask for him directly. Yes the owner not the GM. Now I buy a new vehicle every 3-4 years and this is the first time I have been told that.. So I showed up, meet the owner and we talk about what Im looking for. Another salesman came in and he listened to what I want. Due to the COVID stock was low but they had several that fit my interest. Picked the truck, got what I wanted for my trade, and got the payment in the range I was wanting to be. The low end. All in it was a very nice experience. The dealership is very friendly and still carry that small town appeal. Ill be back in 3-4 years.

They were nice but the recall repairs took much longer than I was told. Many came, got serviced and left while I waited. They also refused to disable the faulty Blis system. It’s not a necessary thing worth spending $1,500 to fix on a 7 year old vehicle.

Excellent place to have my Explorer served and they meet all my needs. I really like to ride they offer to and from my work place.The only concern I have is the coupon issue there may be a sign posted for coupons to be given before paying, maybe the attendant should ask if you have any coupons. This way when paying would be easier and not as frustrating to your staff.

I brought my truck back for an earlier electronic repair that malfunctioned again. The service department addressed it and the vehicle was ready the following morning. There was no charge. The service department has always been very accommodating and I have been very pleased with their work over the years.Once again Crossroads Ford has done a wonderful repair on my truck. I explained when we brought the car in that I would like to have an estimate on how much to fix the air conditioning. I even told them that it needed a new hose which one it was and needed charged. Still they have to charge for an inspection knowing what it already is. I asked them to look to see if there were any other issues so they also charged for looking at one of the guages after we told them what it was doing and if it didnt hurt anything leave it. So no work done $150.10 never will I go back here.

I am very pleased with my Ford Escape buying experience at Crossroads Ford in Frankfort, KY. I’m retired on a fixed income and needed a reliable, newer vehicle with safety features at a reasonable price. I was driving a 12 year old vehicle with over 200,000 miles. The need was great. My salesman Michael Wainscott helped me all the way. He listened to my needs and answered all my many questions. This happened over several days. All staff treated me well. They were professional and courteous. I can truly say that it was a pleasurable experience. Easy to drive in, sign work order, move on to the waiting area, and the work was performed. The turnaround time was quick for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, a recall was performed.

My family has dealt with crossroads Ford for years! This is my first experience and I must say Im more than impressed. All of the staff were very courteous and friendly. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. They gave me a great trade in value of my previous vehicle and a nice price on my new vehicle. The folks are crossroads become family as Im finding out from my own interactions. They truly care about their customers and not the bottom line. Ill be dealing exclusively with them on all my future purchases as well!
