I am a current client if statewide. I feel have been cheated and lied to by this company. They just took my money. I purchase a policy from a company, thought things were great. I got a notice that I was missing documents which may result in cancellation. I go in to speak with my statewide agent Donna, who assured me she would send in the documents. Yet to my dismay, it wasnt done. My insurance was cancel. I went back to office and she apologize, change my policy n company ( her suggestion) she told me i would get full coverage, provided me a down payment amount. She took the payment, then when finalizing it. Donna stated something came up on one of the drivers driving history and premium would increase. So she suggested for now to go with liability and uninsured coverage. I agreed and I asked at the time is the down payment the same Donna said yes. After leaving, rushing to get to work i notice my document showed my downpayment showed less than what i paid. I call immediately spoke with Donna who stated the difference minus a 25 service fee would be credit towards my next bill. Now Im here to pay my bill, no credit issued, Donna no longer works in office, and Im told there is nothing that could be done. I asked for a corporate number and the number provided doesnt even ring. Call and spoke with Dori who claimed she would call me once she gets it. Its been almost a week and no return call. Again I feel I was screwd over and they just took my money.Please note to everyone check ALL your documents before you leave.

Worst experience ever, unprofessional,. Will not be back one of the representative actually stole money from me.charged me 166.00 but but but the the coverage was only 116.00.so she pocketed 50.00 Sean the regional director.told me he would investigate and get back with me.never did
