I called here to get a copy of our insurance cards for my whole family, and the representative was very friendly and efficient. All I had to do was provide her my email and within one minute I received all the information I need.

Last summer we had storm damage to our 16 year-old roof. Ive been paying premiums to this company for 15 years and never filed a claim. However, when I needed to use my insurance they made it as difficult as possible. At least 3 different claims were filed for the same incident for various reasons but all were due to inefficiencies in the company. They never once used my corrected name in spite of promising to correct it multiple times. Their inspector came out to meet with our roofer and look at the damage. They quit counting missing shingles at something like 100 and said we would need the entire roof replaced. Then, I received a check for $500 to repair the 100 missing shingles. After 15 years of taking my money and giving nothing in return, I had to fight for 2 months to get a much-needed roof replacement. My neighbor, using a different insurance company, had his approved, paid for and installed within days. Planning to move soon, so havent switched companies, but they call me every month or so and offer their lousy service on my automobiles, too. No thanks.

Tyler McGlasson :Allstate is the best insurance agency I have dealt with. for as long as I can remember. Todays times are very competitive when it relates to insurance and Tylers agency is at the tops of customer service, claims, rates, promotions. I left my previous company/agency off a referral from a friend , I am so thankful he shared his honest opinion with me. Word of mouth is still the best advertisement.

I had a very good experience with this agency, great service! The only thing I have to say is that you could hear someone belching LOUDLY in the background. VERY unprofessional, hoping it won’t happen every time I call. The girl helping me just kept going trying to hide the fact someone kept belching in the background.
