Great service from the auto techs and the front desk customer service is excellent. I had an overall great experience here, they did my alignment very quickly with minimal scratches to my wheels. I will definitely consider going back here for other maintenance needs.

I was very impressed with the Excellent Customer Service when we walked in the door. The professional greeting was the reason for us returning the next day. The staff communicated clearly and effectively. The technician Dave knew his stuff. He made us feel like we were the most important person in the room. He was honest and an outstanding communicator. We will be using this shop from this point on. Tyrone was our first contact person and boy was he on the money for the term Excellent Customer Service. Wiygul is my new favorite repair shop. They are fast and professional. The gentleman that work the front desk are very sweet and funny. Ive been there a few times in the last year for different services and they have consistently done a great job. They covered my uber trip cost when I didnt have a way to get there even though I didnt set up the concierge service ahead of time. I would recommend them to anyone!

July 2021 Review: Bought a Groupon for the four wheel alignments for $59. I chose this place because of the positive reviews. I went to the Fort Washington location at 9205 Livingston Road, Fort Washington, MD, 20744.The Good: The cashier was nice and the service was quick (less than an hour).The Bad: I gave it 2 stars because they did not give out the wheel alignment report when my service was complete. This is the printout of the before-and-after specs of my car alignment. So there is no way I can tell whether the service was done correctly or if it was done at all. When I asked them about it, they told me that their machine is down so they could not print it out.My Recommendation: If you are going to try this place here for the first time, I would recommend ask them whether they can give you a printout of the before-and-after specs of your car alignment.

I took my car in to get the coolant checked because I thought it was leaking. The person at the desk mentioned possibly not being able to get to it that same day, but when they had some last minute cancellations, they immediately got to work on it. I really appreciated how quick they looked at my car. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my coolant. Most of my car mechanic experiences, they try to talk me into paying for repairs that aren’t absolutely necessary or what I asked for, and these people didn’t do that and they didn’t charge me for the labor. Very sweet and helpful folks here!

Pretty quick and easy. Most recently went there for an oil change. I had a coupon and the customer service was the same with or without that coupon. I wasnt up-sold anything. Its best to have an appointment but if you dont the waiting area was clean and set up to maintain social distancing while you wait. Maybe spent 1 hour there, and that included time walking in and leaving.

They were very professional and accommodating, explaining what the service I was being offered and what it included so that I understood what I was paying for. They didn’t have me wait. My appointment started on time, and their wait area is very clean which I didn’t mind sitting in until my car was done.

Wiygul Automotive is a top-notch auto repair shop. Every time I have come in, there is an organized environment. The staff is pleasant to be around. They are professional and honest. They have always had my best interest in mind. I have been driving in the DMV for over 20 yrs; and Wiygul is one of the best service shops I have encountered. I would not recommend this shop. The mechanic Carlos was great but the black guy up front named Tyrone was useless, rude, and could barely be bothered to get up off his @$$. I thought theyd gotten rid of him and brought in a new manager (Jerry?) but for some reason hes back. What the hell were they thinking? If you are set on using Wiygul then take the extra time to drive to Waldorf by the movie theatre.

You might have just gained a new lifetime customer thanks to Jeremy and the exceptional customer service he provided. He was friendly, helpful and didn’t pressure me with any suggestive selling. He even paid for an Uber to pick me up from my house and bring me to the shop. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Keep this up and you’ll see me there every 3 months!

Purchased a set of tires six months ago, had a flat and brought it in for repair. I was quoted a time for the repair to be looked at as they were busy.I stepped out for a walk and coffee and grabbed a comfortable seat in their showroom. I read a few emails and answered a few others and my vehicle was ready. The cause of the flat was a nail.Being a gear head, I noticed a brake and suspension mock-up in the showroom. Thought that was an awesome idea to use in assisting customers on parts being replaced in a suspension or brake job.I scheduled another service to be performed.

Great experience getting my tires, balancing, and alignment, & oil change. Staff were all great. Such a smooth ride.My experience with Jeremy was great as well as with other staff. Cheaper than I thought it would be!

Rodney and Jeremy were fantastic in getting my tire repaired. The tire wasnt in stock but was ordered from Maine and received much earlier than expected. They promptly called me to schedule an appointment . Nice shop! Good customer service!!

After arriving to get my vehicle serviced on 6/23/21, had to wait because they were behind schedule. When I inquired as to how long was informed at least an hour. Once work was completed, was informed by one of the service workers who barely spoke English clearly, was informed after asking several times that the indicator tire light on my display had been set and it would go off once I started driving. I epeated the question to him several more times because I needed to be sure. Well, the light is still on. My only concern is that if its something that they cannot fix, they should just say so.

I got a great Groupon deal for 4 wheel alignment and easily scheduled the appointment online. When I arrived early for the appointment, a whiteboard in the lobby already had my (first) name, welcoming me... nice touch! They had free wifi, a spacious waiting area, unobtrusive TV, a current paper, and a welcoming staff. I could see the mechanic working on my SUV as I waited. And they got things done quick! I was even able to briefly talk directly to the mechanic about what hed done to the vehicle. In sum: a first class, professional experience and a great bargain deal. Thanks, Wiygul!

I wanted to make sure the alignment could be done on a lower vehicle, i was assured it would be no problem when i called to make the appt. Arrived early and no surprise, the car is to low the bumper would rub. I knew this would happen so i had a 10mm socket ready, 5 to 8 min the bumper is off NOW piping is going to rub. At this point i offer to run home and switch vehicles, when i am informed i would have to come back 4 hours later. Ridiculous, drove down to the shop on cady drive got the alignment done on the same lowered car. Sometimes a great price on a groupon deal is not worth the run around

The tech was very informative and worked with us on what repairs needed to be done soon, and which ones could wait. The paperwork on what needed to be done was very thorough and even had pictures to show us what the issues were. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Would recommend.

When I went to get my wheel alignment done everybody was polite and very prompt. I had a 10:30 appointment but showed up early and was able to get in and out in 30mins. Will definitely be doing business here again in the future.

I went to Goodyear prior to Wiygul for an oil change, but Goodyear simply told me there was some kind of leak and they cant change it, with no other details, such as the nature or severity. The great folks at Wiygul took one look at it, recommended to put some fluid that helps with oil leaks in the tank, and come back. I came back a couple weeks later and they changed my oil with no issue.Thank you for doing what Goodyear couldnt!

I had called around in search of a run flat tire and finally spoke to Rodney at Wiygul. The tire (MOE Continental Pro Contact SSR) was ordered and installed the next day. Tyrone, who was at the shop the next day offered directions, and was very patient cuz a sistah still got lost 😆 and had to call back a couple of times. Anyhow, I was greeted with a smile and my tire replaced and tested in about 30 minutes. Tyrone answered all my concerns, showed a good sense of humor, and extended a warranty for the tire as well. This was my first time at Wiygul. Jeremy was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I had no idea what was going on with my vehicle. Jeremy called me an Uber home while my vehicle was being evaluated. I received emails with a list of suggested issues. Although the list of things were more than what I had to spend he suggested the important things with no pressure. I was able to get my car back the same day and my initial problems was solved. I came in with no appointment in urgent need of a new tire after blowing a tire on the highway. I was greeted professionally and the service representative came out and checked my existing tires, looked at the rim for damages, and determined what my vehicle needed. The tire I needed was not in stock so they ordered the tire and went and picked it up and had it installed for me within 3 hours.I was on my way to my destination so quickly!Thank you!

I’ve gone to this location a few times and finally gave up forever. Each time the staff makes me feel like a burden and a major bother. If you don’t like being treated like the gum on the bottom of your shoe, avoid at all costs

These people are crooks! They tried to tell me my car only took synthetic oil which is BS, when Ive taken my car to the dealership, they dont use synthetic oil. I felt like I was being taken advantage of due to being a female and by myself.

I walked in to find out how long it would be for an oil change. I was told it was pretty booked up and to call back after 3pm by Tyrone Smith. I called after 4pm and Tyrone answered the phone. He remembered telling me and said come on in. We are ready for you. I got there in about 10 minutes and Tyrone was leaving for the day. He stopped in the parking lot to let me know they are expecting me inside. I got in and Jeremy was ready for me. I was able to connect to their WiFi to take care of something for work really quickly. I was in and out. Jeremy was amazing. A great experience. I live 5 minutes away. This will be my permanent place to get my oil changed.

This is the BEST mechanic I’ve ever been too. Ever! They take pictures of the work they do to your vehicle. Any parts they replace they take pictures of the old one and new one(s) so you can see the work they are doing. I never knew there was a such a thing as a honest mechanic until I came to Wiygul Automotive Clinic. Best and friendliest customer service I’ve ever encountered. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a mechanic to go to Wiygul.

The agent was friendly and allowed me to book a 3:15 pm appointment after work. When I arrived they offered me an online coupon that included rotating my tires. If the agent had not offered the discount I would not have know about the coupon. They were professional, fast and friendly. I will definitely recommend the location in Fort Washington.

I brought a coupon from Groupon for a 4 wheel alignment. The guy at the counter already had my info in the computer. He took my vehicle in had it serviced and it was done in about an hour. However, before I left my stability light was still on. I went back inside and asked the cost of a diagnostic. I was quoted $130.00. I said sure do it. I waited another hour. The clerk told me that my vehicle was ready. I asked what’s the cost. He told me $290 not $130 as quoted. I’m like, you didn’t think to ask me if I wanted the work done. We settled on $230. I also informed him, that’s the reason he’s getting bad reviews. Understand, I needed the work, but was not ready to have it done at that time. I was informed by the clerk that the mechanic did the work without checking with him. In my opinion anytime a diagnostic is done someone should go over the results first and get permission to proceed.

I had a flat tire that apparently could not be repaired. My only complaint is that I did not see the tire that was damaged. I far as Im concerned I paid for a brand new tire that wasnt needed.

Yesterday l took my car to this auto center to have some work done. I was so empress with the professional and knowledge of the workers. I thought it was going to take hours,but it didnt once the mechanics got started they worked dilegenly on my vehicle and I was out of there in no time. I highly recommend Wiygul to all my friends and family.

They perform a pre-purchase diagnose which I was pleased with and finish at the time frame however the value was just a bit High I would have been pleased with maybe a hundred and ten bucks.

Scheduled appointment online for tire mounting. Per online info, where the tires were bought did not matter. Tech advised that they only mount tires bought from their store. Website needs to be updated.

I went online 3 time for pick up of another car and no one ever showed up. The last time Sean assured me he would personally make sure my car was picked up and serviced. Well, he didn’t and I Berber heard from him. So, my husband decided he would take his truck for an oil change only to be told he had to make an appointment. Very poor communication with the staff, we are so disappointed.

I appreciate all you have done for me and my familys cars. Your service is speedy and courteous. Other than routine service appointments, you have helped me several times. Two examples, I needed a charge as I had to pick my grandson up at school and Wiygul sent someone out to give me a jump free of charge. We take both of our trucks to Wiygul Automotive (in Ft. Washington). We are loyal customers. The desk staff and garage techs are knowledgeable and professional. Were treated with respect and they stand behind their work. Im always impressed with Jeremy and Keiser and Tyrone.EDIT: Sept. 2020... My truck needed brake work this time, and we chose Wiygul by default. Were always pleased with the courteous service from Jeremy and the quality work from Keiser. Drop off and pick-up on the same day. And while there, it was time for an oil-change too. You can get EVERYTHING you need at Wiygul. We wont go anywhere else.EDIT: January 2021. Our Ford Ranger needed new tires... and of course, we went to Wiygul! Why? Service, price (with the Goodyear rebate special offer, the price was cheaper than Costco!!) --- Wiygul is close to home. Early morning appointment times are SO convenient. --- ⭐⭐ Jeremy gives us VIP treatment and hes one of the main reasons that were Customers-For-Life. Wiygul is fortunate to have him... and so are the customers he serves. --- Well be back.
