I must highlight the manager Mr. Awosika and his team of professionals at the Mr. Tire of Ft Washington (Cady Dr). We had a loud noise and check engine light on and feared the car was about to break down. Mind you, we bought the car used and we were only passing through the area, but someone needed to help us figure out what was going on. So I reached out to the local Mr. Tire. Even though it was near their closing time, they still did an inspection and discovered the problem. Long story short, the parts came in the very next afternoon and they diligently worked on our vehicle and even stayed beyond closing hours again(!!!) to ensure the job was done right! Theyve earned my gratitude and my recommendation!!!

Tires are escaping air, and they were honest in suggesting that I check the air pressure because of the age of the tires. They could have offered new tires, but they were righteous, which I appreciated.

I cant say enough how much I appreciate the guys at Ft. Wash. Tire Pros. I had a lower control arm off the vehicle I needed a new ball joint pressed in and Martinez assisted me and asked one of the mechanics to do it for me and I couldnt be happier! The guys provided machine shop services for me and my car is back on the road. I am a customer for life and a huge Thank you to Jeremy and the entire team. You guys provide better service than any auto dealer Ive ever been to. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been here before to get an oil change and have had pleasant experience. However, the last time was my last time. I arrived on time for my 5PM appointment. Upon walking to the front desk I was told the technician was running behind. I was assured he was on his way and would arrive shortly. After a 40 minute wait, I was told he “wasn’t confident that his technician would make it. He was supposed to be here at 2:30.” This was the most horrible customer service and simple oil change visit I’ve had in my life. I was offered no discounts, coupons, or anything. I will never ever visit this establishment again.

The staff service is very poor compared to the previous management under Delonte before he left. Amanda is trying her best but the mechanics are not properly trained to finish the work right the first time. Appointment times are not being honored and technicians are taking long breaks even though the service I needed was a tire rotation with a scheduled appointment and it still took 45 additional minutes before my car was looked at.The mechanic didn’t do the job correct and the front end of my car was shaking at high speed and the tire pressure light came on. When my husband got to work and check the air pressure the front driver tire was left at 25lbs of air. They lost two of my air valves caps and didn’t bother to let me know. I’m disappointed in the quality of service and will never return.

Wonderful service, the young lady at the front of who helped me was so enthusiastic, so happy so bubbly, she made the drive there after work, absolutely worth it. I’ve been here quite a few times and I’m always left satisfied and happy with the work and customer service.

Normally, I have no issue with Mr. Tire but the service member I spoke to today was not at all helpful or friendly in this instance. He quoted a final price which did not coincide with the price of the tires and offered no explanation, no suggestions.... I just didnt feel welcome.

I hate to post a negative review so Ill state the good and the not so good.Positive: Very quick service. He said i had two nails in my tire and only charged me to patch one $50. Usually the staff will SHOW you the nails but I had to take their word; support minority business; social distancing in the lobby.Neutral: Somewhat friendly customer service.Negative: I called Costco while there. They charge $12 bucks. So I guess youre paying for the convenience; i had to wipe down my car afterwards for covid because they didnt take precautions from what I saw.

The work they did on my car was good quality and certainly quite quick. But, I am not happy that gender stereotype still exists in this chain stores! This is the second time I see this in one of Mr tire shops! They treated me is as if I am a dump women who doesnt understand car repairs! When I asked about further information about different fluids of my vehicle they did not respond and did not help me. Also they no longer have this list that they go through to inspect your car free of charge.The other issue which is more important was lack of hygiene and health precautions in this store. People that are working there were NOT wearing masks! except for the person at the front desk. The people that work on your vehicles are also very dirty! touching the wheel and other parts of the vehicle with their dirty oily hands! it doesnt take much effort to wipe their hands with a clean cloth or wash it before driving the car out of repair space! my hands were completely black and oily! by the time I arrived home, just because whoever that was working on my car didnt bother to wipe their hands clean!This is a deadly pandemic people! you need to stop being selfish and respect other peoples health! please be more careful about health safety regulations, otherwise you will lose customers!

What can I tell you shopping for tires is not that fun especially when tires for my van usually run over $100. So thats my goal to buy a tire thats under a hunderd dollars and maybe pay extra for Road hazard insurance And installation. Well I was able to do that at Mr. Tire and I will go back if I have any other tire needs.

Ayo gave me Frist Class service

Ive been to several shops today trying to find out where my tire leak was coming from. I pull up to the shop and the first thing the guy does is check my valve stem. There it is, a leak from the core. Gladly leaving a review. Im am very pleased.

The new supervisor is excellent but she has to know that the mechanics are liars they try to make money by lying creating mechanical problems that do not exist

Honesty goes a long way. Most places Ive been to would have taken my money for an alignment knowing it couldnt be done. This place is a hidden gem.

They called me 15 minutes after I scheduled and was able to get me in much quicker. My tire was replace quickly at a very reasonable price. Lobby and waiting areas are clean and they are practicing social distancing and wearing mask. Managers and staff are super friendly and I continue to reccomend them for your car services needs. 5 STARS!

Went there this morning and Mr Champ was very helpful and very polite. His customer service skills was amazing. I dropped my truck off at 9 am and it was done by 1030. Great experience at this Mr. Tire location! I needed an oil change pretty urgently and everywhere else I looked, they told me I had about a 3 hr wait. I came to this location and they not only got my oil change done expediently but they also gave me a coupon towards my bill! Great service 👍🏾

My father and I came in for a rotation and alignment. We were greeted promptly by James who I spoke to about basketball for what seemed an hour. The car was done in almost 43 minutes. Quick service and an amazing conversation. Cant beat that.

So the manager, Devonte asked me to come back at noon and would me in and out within a hour. Well all I can say is.. I was back in my warm bed within an hour and half. I specifically asked for this to be check at Mr. Tire when I went and nothing was replaced. My dealer said my brakes were almost metal on metal. I can no longer trust Mr. Tire to service my vehicle. I will not be returning to this store.
