As a former retail worker for more than a decade, far too often do most outstanding employees get overlooked for keeping the business running smooth. The folks that took care of me, made me feel appreciated. They also gave me some suggestions on some things to get looked at for preventative maintenance. But when they offered, it was genuine and not pushy. Super wholesome staff. They treated every other customer that came in after me very nice. And the best part is that they were open and upfront with pricing. Good job guys. I know where I’m taking my vehicles next time I need some work done 👍🏾

Tires and pros have been servicing my vehicles for many many years. Its very family oriented there and I have never had a complaint. They do excellent work and I find their prices to be very reasonable for the work they do. They usually get you in and out at a reasonable hour depending on the situation of your vehicle. I highly recommend this place.

Came in to get my tires checked. They found there was a nail in my tire and were able to repair the same day. They were very professional and polite. I had a great first time experience there!

I had 4 tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment. The staff is professional and provides food customer service. They get very busy early so Id recommend arriving before they open (I got there at 7:15 a.m. and there were 6 people ahead of me) OR leaving your car if you dont want to wait.

So I have been to quite a few different tire and service shops in the Fort Washington and Waldorf area and I can tell you I’ll never go anywhere but here again. The professionalism, customer service, quality work, and price.Dropped the car off this afternoon for brakes and the guy said he could get to it first thing in the morning, calls me an hour later and says they can get it done tonight. Great service and then I had a coupon they had listed on their site they just added it to final total saving me $30! Awesome place!

What a wonderful, first-time experience I had with the Ft. Washington Tire Pros & Auto Center team, especially Erick Martinez! I needed four new tires and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I asked several questions and made several phone inquiries. I also asked about an alignment and he said that he would check the alignment of my car and, if needed, he would perform the work and if an alignment wasn’t needed, he wouldn’t do it (other business would have done the alignment regardless and charged me for it!) This type of honesty is very important to me. When I decided on the tire that I wanted, he jumped into action and had the tires ready for me the next day. I felt very comfortable dealing with Martinez and he treated me like a valued customer. Quite honestly, as a woman, I hate having to deal with car/automotive issues as I always feel like I am being taken advantage of. I never felt this way in dealing with Ft. Washington Tire Pros & Auto Center! I would highly recommend Ft. Washington Tire Pros & Auto Center for all your automotive needs. Pricing is fair, responsiveness is outstanding and they provide high quality workmanship. I brought my truck in to have the rims that I just bought rebalanced because there was vibration after the initial install. After having them rebalanced I noticed there was damage from the balancing machine (although they tried to dispute it, of course). Jeremy told me to go to a rim shop to fix it on my own dime. Not good customer service and I would definitely avoid this place if you have aftermarket rims or care about your car. I wish someone would have just told me about the damage initially rather than being shady about it. The wait times are also atrocious. I waited over 3 hours to have my tires mounted and balanced. I will not be coming back.

Decided to go back to fort washington tire pros since I used to go there back in the 90s for Maryland st inspection on a vehicle. Wheel bearing, window tint, blown fog light and rust on the body were the problems. My wheel lock was also lost so i had to pay to have the remaining 2 wheels removed. A few months before i had the same inspection done by a local mitsubishi dealership which listed none of the problems they mentioned. After the required repairs were done the vehicle was dropped off before closing on a monday evening just to get a sign off on the repairs. First come first served only applies if you wait as my vehicle didnt move on the lot all tuesday. Tomorrow 7/20 I am terrified of what they will say now! Lesson learned and never again! I will report the location to MD to pull their inspections. Go somewhere else you have been warned.

I took my wife’s vehicle to Ft. Washington Tire and Auto for the very first time last week to replace her radiator. The staff was very professional and courteous, the work was of great quality, and the price was very fair. They definitely won me over after years of taking my vehicle to different repair shop.

Ive dealt with them on two occasions for tires to put on my old 09 Nissan Altima back in 2015-16 and December 2019 for my 2016 Nissan Altima.Their customer service was excellent and they did a great job installing my tires. They had the brand of Continental Tires I wanted at a price that was lower than the dealership by $20.Last summer I had to go to them to fix a leak I had in my tire. Due to Covid-19 procedures I had to wait in my car in the back of the shop since there wasnt any parking in the back. And they told me someone would come out and take my car in and they did. Everything took about an hour (30 minute wait and 30 minutes to repair the tire).

They are very helpful. Been coming here for about 5 years now. Today was just a bit disappointing I understand good work is never rushed. I did get a quote before they started work. My car is not my everyday driver so it sits for months. I really didnt need expensive tires. Im sure cheaper ones were available but nevertheless. I didnt received a call to let me know my car had been serviced and ready for pick up. They are always busy. So maybe next time Ill try they guys down the street that had great reviews also. Its good to have back up.

I have been a customer of this local mechanic shop for over 7 years and not one visit was ever a disappointment. You can search for hundreds of different of mechanic shops in the areas, but it’s hard to find one that actually care about about their customers, and not looking for you to swipe your credit card.. Why 5 stars? Excellent customer service, knowledgeable mechanics, fair priced, and a “job done right the first time”. Other reasons would be a staff that will know you by name, and maintain a great work environment. They also follow CDC guidelines by wearing mask and give many free quotes for services over the phone. I am in the armed services. And even when I moved out of the area, I still called this local mechanic for advice on my vehicle. Worth every penny.

I’ve used this location for years. When you walk in Jeremy knows you by face and name. He makes you feel like you’re the most important customer. I’ve notice more and more women find comfort in this location without the fear of being ripped off or being taken advantage of. I’ve never had an issue here and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my auto needs.

I recently got a safety inspection done at this shop. They charged me $89 for the inspection however my car did not pass the inspection. They told me that I had 30 days to come back and redo the inspection so I would not be charged again, yet when I took my car back for the re-inspection , they told me that I had to pay another $40. This is daylight robbery! How can this even be legal! I was so frustrated but I had no other choice at the time.

They had a new one installed and I was back on the road within 2 hrs. I’ve had my car towed from a good distance because I trust their work and ethics. My cars oil was changed within 35 minutes, even without an appointment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Felipe who took the time to explain to me the difference between regular and synthetic oil.

Walked in to get my tires installed and a wheel alignment. Let’s just start off with the customer service. Best customer service by far in the area. These guys were quick to install my tires and align my wheels. Seating is limited because of Covid. Best to get in as soon as they open.

Given the options are limited in Fort Washington, the Tire Pros & Auto Center is likely the only reasonable option in the area. My experience was average, I was especially disappointed when the representative set an expectation to call or update me, and instead kept my car overnight without even calling me to inform me that they needed an extra day. Mind you, this was a simple rotor and brake pad switch on one wheel. The tech said theyd have it to me in the afternoon as I dropped off at 9AM, and instead I didnt receive my car back until 11AM the following day. This wouldnt have been an issue if they had of called to let me know status, and changed my expectation to receive my vehicle back the same day. As this was my first impression, if I can avoid going here in the future for my auto servicing needs I definitely will.

Im not in love with the first come first served business model but I really like this shop. I never feel like theyre jacking up the prices because Im a woman. Theyre respectful, patient and answer all my questions with detailed responses.My car overheated and I brought it in for repair. They diagnosed it, gave me a fair price, and kept me updated. When I came back after the repair because I was skeptical it was fixed, instead of acting offended or rude they rechecked my car and guaranteed there were no additional issues and if anything went wrong with their work they would make it right.My car has been running great. The whole experience gives me a new level of trust and respect for them and how they do business.

I chose to go on a Tues morning because I thought they wouldn’t be busy, but this place seems to always be busy. Even though it took most of the day for my car to be ready, it was worth it. I selected this place based on the reviews... I had spoken with the manager prior to confirm cost and service time etc... I had my son take my car 7am before it even open to be sure it wouldnt be an ALL DAY PROCESS for a simple oil change and tune up.It is 12p and hes still there. My advice go somewhere else. Will never use this place again!

The shop was awesome clean, organized, and friendly. I had 4 tires replaced which was done in under 1 hour I also witnessed a few patrons come in to get other things done from starter to just a swap of tires. I have taken my cars to Fort Washington Tire for years for service. Based on my experience, the owner(s) and front counter staff have been fair and honest in their assessment of my needed car repairs and related quotes. For example, in October 2020, I took my car to have the tire pressure sensor replaced. After the mechanic ran their diagnostics, the tire pressure sensor started working and Fort Washington Tire did not charge me for the service. Another auto mechanic could have charged me for a new tire pressure sensor that was not needed. And, I have not had any problems with my tire pressure sensor since leaving Fort Washington Tire.

Fort Washington Tire provides outstanding service and have phenomenal customer service. I have been going to them for over 10 years.

He told me what I should have been seeking--to 1st check to see if they could just fix the tire. They found a nail & patched it for about $15.Thanks from the heart, to my go to guys! I used to live in Laurel so the first time I came to Fort Washington Tire Pros, I was skeptical to drive down to the shop to get some work done. I heard about the shop from a coworker and he told me they did great work on his car for years! Gave them a try and I was very happy with the work performed. There was a wait but with a good shop, everyone wants them to service their vehicle. This past weekend I had a wheel assembly hub replaced and again flawless work!
