I used to be a regular, but it seems the more business they get the more their quality of service goes down. I haven’t been there in about 6 months and they have some new techs. I called from the parking lot before I went in because I knew I didn’t have an appointment and if they would be too booked today I would’ve gone somewhere else. Tiffany told me to come on in they had time first thing this morning. The next tech comes in about 2 minutes after I do and gets me seated. She burned me more than once with the drill and then sat me in a different chair after getting my nails wrapped to soak because her appt arrived. That’s fine I understand because this lady had an appointment and I didn’t. THEN about 6 other people without appointments proceeded to come in and get their services done by Tiffany and the other guy while I waited. I was in there for about 3 hours and didn’t get what I wanted not even close to it because the tech couldn’t understand what I wanted after showing the picture and explaining it. I’m not saying I won’t go back, but it may be a last resort for sure…. I don’t dislike my nails but this was a pretty bad visit

I got these done last week and they started lifting day 2. Also super thick. The lady was nice, but talked me into a deluxe pedicure but she didnt cut or file my toenails.. and it only lasted about 20 minutes.. I paid $62 and do not feel I got what I paid for.. not sure if I will return here. This was my 1st visit.

They were extremely nice and clean but they were rough and cut me(they also cut my friend and her mom as well)! I know it was on accident but I ask for you to please slow down when dealing with peoples nails

I went in today and Tiffany did my manicure while another lady did my pedicure. As I was speaking to Tiffany I found out that lady works 7 days a week every week. No days off. That is one of the most hard working women I have ever met. She took amazing care of me. Did exactly what I wanted. She took the time to make conversation which made me feel so comfortable. She has one of the biggest hearts! She told me she just wants to see everyone happy! I recommend her 100 out of 10 times! Her shop is so beautiful and clean. They also waxed my eyebrows and of course made me look beautiful! So very very very pleased with her services!

Great experience at this location. Today was my 2nd time going. Tiffany did my mani pedi the 1st time and today the gentleman worked on me. Both did a great job and I was in and out in no time. My feet and hands came out great and I will be back again!

It took for ever, I got there around 1 and didnt leave till almost 3:50. My water was cold, they didnt do what I wanted I even showed pictures. The lady who did my nails did a horrible job, by that night the side wer lifting. My toes came off 2 days later. She didnt cut back my skin around my nails, and they are very thick, I asked for thin white tops and I got thick white tips. Over all was a waste of 60.00

I went in wanting to get my nails done, kind of knowing what I wanted, but not sure.Tiffany took me in and helped me decide reassuring me that based on the pictures I showed her, that I would love what she had in mind. The workers are very experienced and get to learn what the customer says a looking for! I loved the nails and she gave me a great deal! Very good prices and always fast in and out. Takes temperatures at the door, and follows COVID precautions!! 10/10🤩🤩

Absolutely the best nail place in town and Ive tried almost all of them. Everyone of Tiffanys girls do beautiful nails! Shes inexpensive too!! Some places want to charge 50 for dip! Ha! No thanks. Tiffanys nails are around 25 to 35. I like the bling! Clean and fast too!

I’d rather give it 0 stars. I paid $60 for gel and it started peeling the VERY NEXT DAY on both my fingernails and toenails. I had to take it all off. Overpriced. Wish I could have my money back.

Nail Tech was very polite. I picked pre-designed tips after putting on 3 nails it was determined that there were not enough for 10 nails. She tried to take off nails by pulling. Ill assume she didnt think the glue dried. I picked another style of design tips. The 3 tips had to be cut and soaked off. The wrong color powder acrylic was used. I played dumb asked is it going to dry clear. She then got the white powder acrylic from under the front counter. She had trouble glueing on the tips and cut the same spot on my right pinky twice with the drill. She was very apologetic. At some point I thought if I didnt get my nails cut for tips. I would have left. But I kinda felt bad for her. I never raised my voice or start ranting. I was satisfied with the final outcome considering all the obstacles but a discount would have been wonderful.

After the lady did my Pedicure, which was rushed, she put my shoes and socks on real quick so I didn’t get the chance to look at them. When I got home I looked at my feet and they were more rough than when I went in the shop. My toenails looked rushed and not cute. My dip pedicure was rushed and she didn’t get the sides of my nails good. I also told her that i wanted all of my nails to be even and I wanted shellac, and I didn’t get neither one of those. I want my $105 back.

I went there to get my nails done. The nail tech did a horrible job. Some of my nails are rough and some are shining. I told her I wanted the powder dip and she just caked this powder on my nails. She did not speak good English and could not answer my questions. My nails look like a child did them. She broke two of my nails and then had the nerve to tell me to relax. I will not be going back to this place ever. Just horrible service.

Went here to have my eyebrows done after town reopened. This lady didnt make them even remotely even and removed almost half of my left brow. Beware!!!! If you dont want a bald wax, this isnt the place to go... then they all argued with me about cost since I was paying with my card. Even after she removed half my eyebrow.

This was my first visit to Tiffanys Nails. I went to Tiffanys nails on a Sunday to get my nails filled. The young lady that did my nails did not speak english, which made it hard for me to understand what she was doing. She would only make gestures and I wasnt sure what she was trying to communicate. Overall the workers didnt seem overly friendly. She replaced a couple nails that needed to be re done. But she did not trim my nails or ask if I wanted them cut. Now just a week later one of my nails fell off! I have a hard time doing day to day things without catching my nail on something, which is painful. More than one are pulling up. All due to the fact that she did not trim my nails, nor could I communicate that to her. The last place that did my nails asked me if I wanted them cut down. I would not recommend that anyone else go there. And I will take my business elsewhere

Went in on a Friday to get fill, the person who did the fill I had never seen before. She burned my nails and I told several times. I am asked her how long have you been doing nails she did a long time. She used too much powder, the nails were too thick, when I complained the boss told her to grind them down, so bring on the burn again. Will not ever go back. I dont think the lady that did my nails was licenced. They dont have any licence posted in the shop. The pedicure I got the lady cut my foot and didnt even say anything when I almost jumped out of the chair! Never go back there again.

I go here often and I love these ladies!!! Theyre all so sweet, fast, and affordable. They have a ton of colors to choose from. I go around 1 or 2pm and have never had to wait the ladies are always ready.

I used to go here to get my pedicures. This past December, I went in for my Christmas pedi, and the lady who was doing it was plucking the sides of my toes, and then she used this flat tool and placed it under my toe and slid it around. It seemed like she was trying to re-position where the toe was at on the skin. It was pretty painful, and I told her to stop, but theres such a big language barrier, I dont think she understood me. I started feeling some tenderness a few days after my visit, but didnt think much of it. Then I noticed it became infected and ingrown. Ive been on 3 rounds of antibiotics, and today, I had to get part of my toe nail REMOVED because of what she did. Please yall, just do your own pedis.

I have gone here a few times and each time i choose a color the lady laughs. i asked her to do a color and she chose an entirely different color. the design was horrible and it looks like it is bleeding into the other colors. Waste of money.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. I asked for acrylic 3 times but she ended up never doing it. Worst paint I have ever seen! My 4 year old could have done a better job! I am a small business owner and try to ONLY post positive reviews for other small businesses but this was the worst waste of $20 I have ever spent

Went in to wax my eyebrows and I have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. They sent me out of the shop with wax and my face and my eye brows are 2 different shapes and not even all the way cleaned up. Went back in to resolve and problem is still not fixed. Terrible service!

HORRIBLE, AWFUL, JUST HORRIBLE. My nails were uneven, I mean to the point where they were beyond noticeable and they refused to fix or give a discount. They messed my eyebrows up as well!!!!!! When I went to pay the price was more than they originally said and when I addressed this issue they just looked at me with a blank stare. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON THEY ARE NOT SANITARY!
