The only place in Fort Smith to have your nails done! Awesome massage chairs, hot stones, warm towels for pedicures. Many, many colors and products to choose from. Anna and her staff are always professional and friendly!

During pedicure, I asked for my nails to be cut short. Didnt happen. The lady working on me, cut my foot, then told me that my shoe must have caused it.(?) I had my first gel polish. The lady did a poor job of polishing. This was my first time and last. If possible, I would give negative stars!

I have been coming here for over 2yrs and love them. They are reasonable and do a very good job. Ms Anna usually does my nails, but when she is out I have other girls as well. Love them all. Hope they get to open again soon. Need my nail done. Lol

They cut me two times while I was getting my nails done, and I continued to bleed as the worker applied the nail polish over my bloody nails.The worker didn’t ask what length I wanted my nails, she just cut them. The worker also did not check to see if all my nails were the same length. So I walked out with bloody fingers, uneven nails, and a length that I was not satisfied with.However, they did welcome me into the store and were not rude. My only issue was with my nails overall and not with the attitude of the staff.

They were nice but only two nails out of 10 even look good. Wont be going back. Not to mention having to go pay for my nails to get redone now

Couple of the girls aren’t friendly. Got a medi-pedi a few weeks ago. She didn’t use the hot rocks like in the past. Had all kinds of cuticles left on my fingers. Dip polish was sloppy and not smooth. One finger with the dip cracked after a few days then chipped off. Went back and she fixed but still didn’t last very long.Not a good experience. Won’t be back.

I usually walk in and dont wait. They always do a great job. I love Ann!

My mom and I decided to try a new nail shop and chose this place, the lady that did my moms did awesome and her nails looked great. The lady that did mine, well I wasnt so lucky, she did not do such a great job and even used the wrong polish on my shellac. The lady Van that did my moms nails took over and fixed my nails and mine turned out awesome. Their prices on shellac is the cheapest around and they have awesome nail polish that you can choose from. I chose catseye polish and my mom chose mood changing polish. We definitely will return for Van and that polish.

They HAVE ROACHES BAD. DONT GO THERE

I love this place, the ladys are all very friendly and helpful, they want there customers to leave happy and i appreciate that!! There shallic is only 10$, V always does mine and does excellent i will not go anywhere else!!

The workers did not make me wait and took me in to get my nails done at 6:15 pm. I will definitely go back.

I have had my nails done here a few time and have had one pedicure. I thought they were wonderful and my nails looked great. They dont do a lot of Art work but if you want a simple, really good, Mani-Pedi give them a try.

I went there yesterday 9/28/18, to get a pedicure, yes I am a man. The girl that gave my pedicure used a razor type contraption on my feet. She cut more then the dead skin off my feet. I have 2 open bleeding sores on the right inside heel and 1 in between my big toe and next toe on my left foot. I was recommended by a friend of mine and I am never going to step foot in that place again. Too bad they dont have negative stars.

Terrible customer service! Most of them are incredibly rude, and Ive given it 3 shots bc its so close to home and work. Nope. Their all incredibly rude! Nails, toenails eyebrows also terrible job there! Ive had shellac done all 3 times, they do it in a hurry, looks like crap, and pretend they dont understand you when you ask them to fix something. Soooo rude and annoying! After all that , your shellac will start to chip the next day, if not the same day you have them done! Dont waste your time and money people!!!!
