Unfortunately I wanted to love happy nails but after the first day my gel on my toes fell off on two of my toes. I did notice they did not use a base coat prior to applying the gel. I also payed for a add on for my pedicure. The lady was super nice and performed the pedicure well but it did not last she may have just forgotten that step.

I paid $35 on Dec. 16th 2020. (they said that they would last at least 6-8 weeks) It took her a little over 2 hrs. to do them. This is what they looked like on the 28th (12 days later!). I asked if they would replace 3 of the finger nails 💅or would I have to wait til Friday when I get paid? She said that it would be Best for for Me to wait til Friday. Sorry but if Im going to spend 2 hours and $35 on my nails.... They Will Last Me More than 12 days! Yeah I Am Definitely NOT Going Back to Happy Nail !!💅

I walked in as a new customer and had to wait about 10 minutes but it was WELL worth it. The two ladies working were so sweet, very attentive to what I wanted and took their time to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely return!

They have great talent here, however when I went in I was gonna pay 35 for pedi 35 for full set. When I left they charged my card over $100. When I questioned them they act like they dont understand what Im talking about. When I asked them how much it would be they have NO PROBLEM understanding what your talking about. Service here should be maybe paid in advance, but thats questionable too because theyll tell you, *oh no, you no pay

Horrible nails! Absolutely worst nails Ive ever gotten done. Never again!! So a full set with 4 nails w art was 75$. I they way over charged and acted like they didnt understand English. Crooked, unprofessional thieves!!

Several nail techs, busy, nice mani & pedi but prices were a little higher and took longer than usual.

I loved it. It was my first time ever getting my nails done. The lady was very sweet and put up with me. I’m hard of hearing and couldn’t hear her half the time, but she was very patient. My nails look almost exactly like the photo I had in mind, and I never even showed her the picture!!! I didn’t catch her name, but kudos to her for being a great nail tech. Cant wait to go back

My first time in and I’m from out of town. I was in a rush and they were so friendly and accommodating!!! I got my dip nails removed and redone. 10/10 will 100% be back

Probably the best and most thorough pedicure Ive ever had! The salon is clean and all COVID restrictions are strictly enforced with additional protective equipment. There are plexiglass shields in front of each pedicure chair. The nail technicians are friendly and accommodating! I will be back!

I came in with my little girl and we got are toes done and I got full set of nails and my little girl got her nails painted as well they came off when we left. And I’m pretty sure I got over charged when I realized it I called and they were closed. I don’t think it costs 115$ . I was under the impression that the menna and petty was a special.

I have been going here for about 3 months. This is by far the best place around. This is the only place that had the attention to detail that I like. The longest shellac has ever lasted without chipping is 8 days..... here it will last almost 2 full weeks! By the time its been 2 weeks, I have 1 or 2 nails that are chipped, none are missing polish though.... which for me is amazing! This picture is the most recent dip. Im in love!

The ladies here were very nice, but I was overcharged $30 for a fill for my sister when their price list said $15. I was charged $40 for a full set which is fair but my nails were poorly done and the acrylic is only attached at the base :(

I’ve been going here since I was in high school, I moved away for college and recently stopped in because I was in town. I haven’t been in 2 years (because I moved) and the employees still remembered me. Ashley does an amazing job every single time, I love this place!

The guy that works in here has zero people skills and was rude as all get out. I actually ended up getting out of the massage chair and walking out after sitting for TWENTY minutes waiting for him to at least put water in the foot bath. If you don’t have time for a customer, tell them so when they ask. Don’t tell them to pick a color and lead them to the massage chair to leave them awkwardly sitting there.

I made an appointment through Facebook this morning for an hour later and it was quickly confirmed. I had the gentleman tech but failed to get his name. He was very friendly and thorough. Very relaxing! I will be back, and on a more regular basis!

My Daughter and I came in and had a pedicure and both a full set of nails. They were so sweet and very talented! I had Tammy and She has Jenny! We love our nails! Both did great nail art.

I loved the fact the Jenny talked to me while doing my nails and if she talked to someone else she explain what they were saying to each other. I didnt feel out of place!! And she did an amazing job!!

Terrible experience. The guy did such a horrible job on my dip powder that the woman had to fix them as good as could be. Was there over 2 hours. Would not recommend AT ALL! He did my pedicure first, I should have known from the job he did on those that it was not going to go good. My pedicure he had polish on my skin and cuticles. He also cut/filed them at different lengths. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Asked for ombré and did not get ombré, just two colors on top of each other. The “ coffin shape “ they gave me was awful and my nail length was uneven. When I told her I didn’t like it, she disregarded my comment. The older woman (who I’m guessing is the owner) was very rude.

Awesome pedicure experience. My friend and I randomly stopped in and glad we did. Started out with a soaking, then a great heal scrub, sugar scrub, and massage. I thought they were done, but then they did hot stone massage and hot towel. Great painting. Really cant beat that for $20.

HORRIBLE. I went in, asked for a simple design. Literally just two lines the form a triangle from my cuticle... it took her four tries. And then she blamed it on me. Betty had to re do one hand several times because there were lumps or bubbles, flakes of stuff or she used the wrong color. I asked her to take it completely off because it looked horrible. She began getting rough with me while taking the color off and then told me to go to the guy at the end. And proceeded to say its not my fault, its yours and then the guy said he wouldnt do any design on me because he didnt want to have to take it off. So they refused to do anything but a basic color. I will NEVER go back to this place.

I would leave less stars if it were possible. Where do I even start?! I came in asking for a VIP pedicure, was given a regular pedicure (not a big deal but the icing on the cake), and literally they didn’t even get the polish all the way on my nails. Now time for the dipped nails. I asked for my nails to be as short as possible while maintaining the coffin shape. They told me they couldn’t do it and wanted me to leave them long. My nails had been growing out a month, had been coffin shaped for awhile, and they are usually fairly short. I got frustrated and told them just cut them and put a clear coat on, I wasn’t going to pay for dipped nails if they couldn’t do what I wanted, and thank goodness I did. Apparently they couldn’t even cut them and put a clear coat on and make it look even decent, my nails look terrible. One girl with me got dipped nails, they’re way too long, super crooked and look awful. The other girl with me got acrylics. They don’t look any better at all. I usually spend good money getting my nails done and this BY FAR was the worst experience of my life. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I’ve been going here on and off. I would do not come in here for nails. Yesterday wasn’t the first rude experience I have had in there, not only did they try to over charge me they also had to redo my nails. The shape is lumpy and looks like something I got done at home.

Went in for acrylic set. My right hand looks fine except my left hand was lumpy, all five fingers. Not too happy. Had to go home and file it myself. Wouldnt recommend for acrylic set but their pedicures are nice.

I took my 9 yr old daughter for manis/pedis. This salon has a kids sized pedi chair, which my daughter loved! Everything was great except the technician wasnt paying attention as she was cutting her nails and cut a chunk out of my kids finger! Then she acted like it wasnt a big deal. But it scared my daughter, and the technicians disregard for her pain and fear ruined the experience for both of us. No discount was offered either.There arent a lot of nail salons in ft smith to choose from, but DONT CHOOSE THIS ONE!

Got mine pedi and medi done here a few times until the Transformation Hair salon on their neighborhood have an experiences nail technician. I go there I give that girl a try. I figured I was wrong to stick with Happy Nail. Some technician at Happy Nail are very poor in English that lead my pedi medi being done in the wrong way, they blamed it on me one time. The owner is also rule too. Be aware!I DO NOT recommended.
